Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul verifikasi termometer dan termohigrometer. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memastikan dan mendokumentasikan bahwa pembacaan termometer dan termohigrometer telah sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan oleh PT. Zenith Pharmaceuticals.

Pharmacist Internship Program held in PT. Zenith Pharmaceuticals Indonesia Jl. Tambak Aji 1 Semarang Central Java. PKPA activity aims to identify and understand the application of aspects of good manufacturing practices (GMP) of drug in the pharmaceutical industry; understand the duties and role of the pharmacist profession in the pharmaceutical industry as well as gain practical experience in the field. My special assignment entitled verifications of thermometer and thermo hygrometer. This special assignment is to ensure and document that the readings of thermometer and thermo hygrometer in accordance with the specifications set by PT. Zenith Pharmaceuticals."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Zenith Pharmaceuticals bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami penerapan aspek-aspek Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di industri farmasi dan memahami tugas dan peran profesi Apoteker di industri farmasi serta mendapatkan pengalaman praktis di lapangan. Melalui praktek kerja ini, apoteker dapat melihat secara langsung kegiatan Produksi, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Pengembangan Formula, dan teknis di PT. Zenith Pharmaceuticals. Praktikan ditempatkan di Departemen Research and Development (RnD) dan diberikan tugas khusus yang berjudul Studi Praformulasi Tablet Metformin Hidroklorida Extended Release. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk membuat produk copy baru metformin hidroklorida extended release (XR) dengan formula yang sesuai dengan produk inovator dalam rangka memenuhi permintaan pasar farmasi. Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur dan analisis terhadap produk innovator maka digunakan HPMC tipe Methocel K100M Premium sebagai matriks tablet dengan konsentrasi 30% dengan metode pembuatan kempa langsung. Dengan ini diharapkan dapat dihasilkan tablet sesuai dengan target spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan.

Pharmacists Professional Practice in PT. Zenith Pharmaceuticals aims to identify and understand the application of aspects of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry and understand the duties and role of the pharmacist profession in the pharmaceutical industry as well as gain practical experience in the field. Through this practice, pharmacists can see firsthand the activities of Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Formula Development, and technical in PT. Zenith Pharmaceuticals. Praktikan placed in the Research and Development Department (RnD) and given the specific assignment Praformulasi study entitled Metformin Hydrochloride Extended Release Tablets. Special assignment aims to create a new copy products metformin hydrochloride extended release (XR) that similar with product innovators in order to meet the demand of the pharmaceutical market. Based on a literature study and analysis of the innovator product used HPMC Methocel K100M Premium as a type of matrix tablets with a concentration of 30% by the direct method of manufacture felts. With is expected to be produced a tablet in accordance with specifications established targets."

Bufa Aneka dan Perhitungan Koefisien Produksi. Tujuan dilakukannya pelaksanaan tugas khusus praktek kerja profesi apoteker adalah membuat rekap dan menganalisa hubungan antara prodplan, realisasi, pengiriman, dan surat pesanan dari produk PT. Pabrik Pharmasi Zenith dan PT. Bufa Aneka selama tahun 2013 hingga kuartal tahun 2014 dan menentukan koefisien produksi dari PT. Pabrik Pharmasi Zenith pada bulan Januari-Maret 2014.

Pharmacists as key personnel in the implementation of GMP is required to have the insight, knowledge, and practical experience. Apothecary Intership Program was conducted on 4 January-February 26, 2016 in PT Pabrik Pharmasi Zenith in order to prepare a reliable pharmacists with practical experience and a deeper understanding of the duties and functions of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry."

Tujuan dari tugas khusus yaitu untuk melihat kualifikasi dari trainer dalam melakukan pelatihan yang diadakan.

Pabrik Pharmasi Zenith was intended to have knowledge and understanding about pharmaceutical industry and also to gained insight into the role and responsibilities of pharmacist in pharmaceutical industry. Through the internship, students were able to activities in the field of quality assurance, quality control, and production based on the GMP. Special assignment at PT. Pabrik Pharmasi Zenith was to recaps the effectiveness of trainer in PT. Bufa Aneka Semarang 2016. The purpose of the task is to see the qualifications of the trainer in conducting the training held."
