"ABSTRAKPeran apoteker di dalam CPOB sangat penting terkait dengan mutu obat sehingga perlu bagi seorang mahasiswa apoteker untuk mendapatkan pengalaman kerja sebelum nantinya akan mengerjakan tanggung jawabnya di dunia farmasi, salah satunya dengan mengikuti Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Melalui PKPA ini, mahasiswa profesi apoteker diharapkan dapat melihat keadaan nyata di industri farmasi serta menerapkan ilmu-ilmu teori yang telah dipelajari sebelumnya. Dalam laporan ini, calon apoteker akan menjelaskan hasil praktek kerja yang telah dijalan selama dua bulan. Selama PKPA, calon apoteker mengikuti initial training dan ditempatkan di departemen Quality Assurance. Calon apoteker membuat protokol dan laporan validasi proses, validasi pembersihan, dan studi waktu tunggu bersih serta mengerjakan pembuatan analisis worst case untuk validasi pembersihan.Setelah mengikuti PKPA, calon apoteker mengetahui peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi antara lain sebagai penanggung jawab produksi, penanggung jawab pengawasan mutu, dan penanggung jawab pemastian mutu dengan pemahaman akan CPOB yang menjadi kebutuhan dasar seorang apoteker. ABSTRAKharmacist role in application of GMP is very important related to the quality of the drug, therefore a pharmacist student needs to have working experience. Internship is one of many ways to get that experience. Through internship, pharmacist students are expected to see the real condition in pharmaceutical industry and apply theories that had been learned before. In this report, pharmacist student will explain the result of the internship that had been done for 2 months. During the internship, pharmacist student had initial training and is plotted in Quality Assurance department.
