"Penelitian ini berusaha mengidentifikasi model pengukuran dari brand personality dan customer trust yang terdapat pada ritel farmasi atau apotek yang berada di wilayah Jakarta dan sekitarnya, dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang diolah dengan program LISREL 8.7. Dari 2 kelompok tipe apotek, yaitu apotek independen dan apotek jaringan, dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh dimensi sincerity, excitement, competence, sophistication dan ruggedness terhadap customer trust menggunakan analisa Partial Least Square (PLS).
Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa 5 dimensi brand personality dan 3 dimensi customer trust merupakan indikator dari brand personality dan customer trust pada ritel farmasi (apotek). Selain itu penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa brand personality dapat mempengaruhi customer trust. Untuk apotek independen, dimensi sincerity, excitement, competence, dan sophistication adalah dimensi-dimensi yang signifikan mempengaruhi customer trust. Sedangkan untuk apotek jaringan, dimensi excitement dan competence adalah dimensi-dimensi yang signifikan mempengaruhi customer trust.
Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh apotek untuk menciptakan brand personality yang berbeda dibandingkan dengan pesaing, sehingga dapat meningkatkan customer trust dan membangun long-time relationship dengan pelanggan.

This study sought to identify the measurement model of brand personality and customer trusts contained in the retail pharmacy located in Jakarta and surrounding areas, by using a structural equation model (SEM). For 2 type group of pharmacies, independent pharmacies and network pharmacies, further research conducted to find the influence of sincerity, excitement, competence, sophistication and ruggedness of the customer trusts using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis.
The results of this study demonstrate that the 5-dimensional and 3-dimensional brand personality customer trust is an indicator of brand personality and customer trust in the retail pharmacy (pharmacies). In addition, this study also proves that the brand personality can affect customer trust. For independent pharmacies, the dimensions of sincerity, excitement, competence, and sophistication are significant dimensions that affect customer trust. As for the network pharmacy, excitement and competence dimensions are dimensions that significantly affect customer trust.
The results of this study can be used by the pharmacy to create a brand personality that is different among the competitors, so as to increase customer trust and build a long-time relationship with customers.

Tesis ini membahas tentang analisis pengaruh komponen dari brand knowledge

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses analysis about the influence of brand knowledge component
consisting of brand awareness and brand image, brand relationship component
consisting of brand satisfaction, brand trust, and brand attachment, as well as
behavioral outcomes of current and future purchase purchase at NYLON
magazine Indonesia, through Twitter social media as a medium of electronic
Word Of Mouth (eWOM). Tools analysis using Structural Equation Modeling
(SEM). The result of this study showed that brand awareness has a positive

"Pasar produk perawatan tubuh pria sudah semakin meningkat pesat dan produk-produknya dihadirkan dalam berbagai bentuk yang berbeda, namun masih kurang inovatif karena masih banyak permintaan atau kebutuhan pria yang tidak terjawab dengan produk yang ada di pasar sekarang, terutama permintaan akan produk perawatan tubuh pria halal. Merek Kahf hadir sebagai produk perawatan pria halal yang dapat memberikan pengalaman yang positif bagi konsumennya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh halal brand personality dan brand experience terhadap brand prestige, brand trust, customer satisfaction dan brand loyalty pada brand halal. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability judgemental sampling. Survei dilakukan pada masyarakat Indonesia yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan produk perawatan Kahf. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dari halal brand personality dan brand experience terhadap brand prestige Kahf, yang lanjutnya berpengaruh positif pada brand trust dan customer satisfaction serta attitudinal loyalty.

The market for men's body care products has increased rapidly and the products are presented in many different forms. However, this market is still not innovative enough as there are still many unanswered demands with existing products in the market today, especially the demand for halal male personal care products. Kahf brand is here as a halal male care product to provide a positive experience for its consumers. This study aims to analyze the effect of halal brand personality and brand experience on brand prestige, brand trust, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty to halal brand. The sampling method used was non-probability judgmental sampling. The survey was conducted on Indonesians who have bought and used personal care Kahf. Data processing was performed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of halal brand personality and brand experience on Kahf's brand brand prestige, which in turn has a positive effect on brand trust and customer satisfaction and attitudinal loyalty.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand experience dan brand personality terhadap brand loyalty melalui brand prestige, brand trust, dan customer satisfaction dari produk sepeda motor Honda CBR150R. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode survei pada pengguna sepeda motor Honda CBR150R di Jakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100. Penelitian melakukan uji validitas dengan analisis faktor dan reliabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand experience memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap brand prestige dan brand loyalty; brand personality memiliki pengaruh langsung ke brand prestige dan brand trust; brand trust memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung ke brand loyalty. Sementara, brand prestige terbukti tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap brand loyalty.

This study aims to analyse the effect of brand experience and brand personality on brand loyalty through brand prestige, brand trust, and customer satisfaction from Honda CBR150R. This study uses a quantitative approach to survey the methods for Honda CBR150R motorcycle users in Jakarta. This study uses 100 respondents as a sample to collect data through questionnaire. The study employs validity measurement using factor analysis and reliability measurement using Cronbach's Alpha. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is used in hypothesis testing. The findings present that brand experience has a direct effect on brand prestige and brand loyalty; brand personality has a direct effect on brand prestige and brand trust; brand trust has a direct effect and an indirect effect on brand loyalty. In addition, brand prestige is revealed has no indirect effect on brand loyalty.

"Sampo merupakan industri produk perawatan rambut di Indonesia yang sedang berkembang pesat Salah satu cara yang dilakukan untuk mendekati konsumen adalah membangun karakteristik merek brand personality. Dalam makalah ini penulis ingin menggambarkan preferensi konsumen terhadap produk perawatan rambut dalam perspektif pengalaman konsumen yang salah satunya dilatarbelakangi oleh brand personality. Penulisan makalah ini menggunakan studi kasus pada brand TRESemme Penulis melakukan analisa terhadap pengalaman konsumen mengenai karakteristik merek yang muncul dalam setiap aset dan bauran pemasaran TRESemme.
Hasil penulisan makalah ini menunjukan konsumen memiliki opini bahwa TRESemme adalah brand yang confident glamorous dan modern TRESemme dikategorikan ke dalam sophistication brand personality Brand personality tersebut juga mendasari konsumen dalam melakukan preferensi merek. Implikasi makalah ini bagi pelaku industri terutama dalam kategori produk perawatan rambut untuk membentuk dan mengelola brand personality guna membedakan diri dengan kompetitor dan menggiring konsumen untuk melakukan preferensi merek.

Shampoo is one of the industries in Indonesia that is growing rapidly One of the ways in which to approach the consumer is by building brand personality. In this paper author wanted to describe consumer preferences for hair care products in the perspective of the consumer experience one of which is motivated by brand personality. This paper uses case studies on brand TRESemme. Authors performed an analysis of consumer experiences on brand personality that appear in each asset and marketing mix owned by TRESemme.
Results of of this paper showed that consumers perceived TRESemme as confident glamorous and modern brand TRESemme categorized into sophistication brand Brand personality also become the basic of consumers when determining brand preference. The implications of this paper for the industry especially in the category of hair care products is to shape and maintain their brand personality to make differences between competitors and lead consumers on making brand preference.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand authenticity terhadap Brand trust serta peran Brand trust sebagai mediator dalam membangun Brand Affect dan Brand loyalty pada konsumen brand HMNS di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pemahaman bahwa brand authenticity memiliki peran penting dalam membangun hubungan yang kuat antara brand dengan konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden yang merupakan konsumen brand HMNS di Jabodetabek. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive dengan mengedepankan kriteria usia minimal 18 tahun dan pengalaman konsumsi terhadap brand HMNS. Total sampel yang terkumpul adalah 149 responden. Hipotesis di uji dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand authenticity memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Brand trust. Kemudian, Brand trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Affect dan Brand loyalty.

The purpose of this research is to cognize the influence of brand authenticity on Brand trust and the mediating role of Brand trust in building brand affect and brand loyalty among HMNS brand consumers in Jabodetabek. This study is based on the understanding that brand authenticity plays a crucial role in establishing a strong relationship between the brand and consumers. A survey method was employed, utilizing questionnaires distributed to HMNS brand consumers in Jabodetabek. The sampling was conducted purposively, with a minimum age requirement of 18 years and experience in consuming the HMNS brand. A total of 149 respondents participated in the study. The hypotheses were tested using Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM).The findings of the study indicate that brand authenticity has a significant influence on brand trust. Additionally, brand trust significantly affects both brand affect and brand loyalty. Furthermore, brand authenticity indirectly affects loyalty through brand trust. These results highlight the importance of brand authenticity in building a strong relationship with consumers. The findings have practical implications for brand communication and marketing strategies, emphasizing the need for brands to emphasize authenticity."

"This research demonstrates that brand performance can be enhanced not only through brand personality
congruence with customer personality, but also through brand personality fit, namely the
moderating fit of customer value proposition to brand personality. Through a study covering 125
brands, the result demonstrates that the moderating fit between brand personality and the different
level of customer value proposition positively affects brand performance. Price-quality relationship
for attribute-based customer value, self-construal for consequences-based customer value and selfregulatory
focus as goal-based customer value are used to test this moderating fit relationship. Other
findings show that this moderating fit is strongest toward the brand cognitive performance. Finally,
the result of this study suggests marketers to incorporate the brand personality design into their positioning
statement so that the overall customer value proposition can be developed in a more integrated
manner, leading to higher brand performance."

"Brand personality merupakan suatu strategi pemasaran yang potensial untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen terhadap suatu merek tertentu. Hal ini terutama berlaku pada produk high involvement. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh brand personality terhadap brand loyalty melalui kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 200 mahasiswa FISIP UI, dengan analisa eksplanatif dan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand personality memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap brand loyalty melalui customer satisfaction.

Brand personality is a potential marketing strategy to increase consumer loyalty towards a particular brand. This is especially true in high-involvement products. The objective of this study was to determine how the influence of brand personality on brand loyalty through customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 200 FISIP UI students, with explanative analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that brand personality has no significant influence on brand loyalty through customer satisfaction."
