"Industri perbankan merupakan salah satu industri dengan turnover yang tinggi disebabkan oleh beban kerja yang tinggi. Disisi lain, perusahaan berusaha mempertahankan karyawannya agar meningkatkan kinerja dan profit perusahaan keseluruhan, termasuk juga bank. Perusahan melakukan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan organizational commitment agar dapat menurunkan turnover intention, salah satunya melalui organizational learning culture dan perceived leader-member exchange quality.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan antara organizational learning culture, perceived leader-member exchange quality terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh organizational commitment pada karyawan bank. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel karyawan Bank ABC di Jakarta. dan Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation modeling dengan software LISREL 8.51.
Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan terdapat hubungan antara organizational learning culture dengan perceived leader-member exchange quality terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh organizational commitment. Namun, tidak terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara organizational learning culture dengan organizational commitment.

The banking industry is one of industries with high turnover due to high workload. On the other hand, companies trying to keep their employees in order to improve overall performance and profitability, as well as banks. Bank make efforts to improve organizational commitment for decreasing turnover intention rate, one of their efforts through organizational learning culture and perceived leader-member exchange quality.
This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational learning culture, perceived leader-member exchange quality on turnover intention is mediated by organizational commitment to the bank employees. This research is conducted using a sample of employees of Bank ABC in Jakarta. and Depok. This research used a structural equation modeling with LISREL software 8.51.
The results of this study describes the relationship between organizational learning culture and perceived leader-member exchange quality with turnover intention is mediated by organizational commitment. But, there isn’t significant positive relationship between organizational learning culture with the organizational commitment.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari organizational learning culture dan perceived organizational support terhadap komitmen afektif dan turnover intention pada karyawan IT di Bank XYZ. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 170 karyawan IT Bank XYZ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa organizational learning culture dan perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap komitmen afektif, dan adanya pengaruh yang negatif dari komitmen afektif terhadap turnover intention.

This research aims to examine the influence of organizational learning culture and perceived organizational support on affective commitment and turnover intention. The respondents of this study are 170 IT employees in Bank XYZ. This study uses Structural Equation Model SEM to analysis the data. This research found, there is significant positive relationship between organizational learning culture and perceived organizational support with affective commitment and there is significant negative relationship between affective commitment with turnover intention."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran persepsi hubungan antara atasan dan bawahan dalam leader-member exchange, serta persepsi karyawan terhadap dukungan organisasi atau perceived organizational support, yang merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intentions karyawan. Peneliti menggunakan organizational commitment sebagai mediator variabel untuk melihat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari kedua independen variabel tersebut. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 176 orang karyawan yang terdiri atas dua kelompok responden, yaitu Responden A sebagai atasan dan Responden B sebagai pelaksana/bawahan yang akan dibandingkan hasilnya.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan pada kedua responden penelitian terkait dengan pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intentions, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui organizational commitment sebagai mediator. Namun, menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda pada pengaruh leader-member exchange terhadap turnover intentions, baik secara langsung maupun melalui organizational commitment sebagai moderator. Pada Responden A, leader-member exchange tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intentions, baik secara langsung maupun melalui organizational commitment sebagai moderator. Sedangkan, hasil pada Responden B menunjukkan hasil yang sebaliknya, yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan leader-member exchange terhadap turnover intentions, baik secara langsung maupun melalui organizational commitment sebagai moderator.

This research was conducted to get a whole picture of the perception toward superiors subordinates'relationship in leader member exchange, as well as employee's perceptions of organizational support in perceived organizational support, which may affect employee turnover intentions. Researcher use organizational commitment as a moderator variable to see the direct and indirect influences from those two independent variables. Survey data were collected from 176 employees, which consists of two groups of respondents, namely Respondent A as superior and Respondent B as the executor subordinate, which will be compared the result with one another.
The result of this study shows significant in both respondents related to the influence of perceived organizational support toward turnover intentions, either directly or indirectly through organizational commitment as a mediator variable. However, it shows different on the influences of leader member exchange toward turnover intentions, either directly or indirectly through organizational commitment as a moderator variable. Respondent A show that leader member exchange has no significant effect on the employee's turnover intentions, either directly or through organizational commitment as a moderator. Meanwhile, the results of Respondent B show the opposite, that there is a significant influence of leader member exchange on employee's turnover intention, either directly or through organizational commitment as moderator.

"[Sebagai salah satu perusahaan teratas dalam sektor asuransi jiwa, PT XYZ tidak luput mengalami salah satu permasalahan SDM, yaitu intention to leave yang tinggi yang dapat disebabkan oleh rendahnya komitmen organisasional karyawan. Di dalam penelitian ini akan dijelaskan mengenai pengaruh dari perceived external prestige, ethical organizational climate, dan leader-member exchange quality pada komitmen organisasional dan komitmen karir karyawan serta pengaruh dari komitmen organisasional dan komitmen karir karyawan pada motivasi untuk mengikuti pelatihan dan intention to leave di PT XYZ. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah 237 orang karyawan PT XYZ di Jakarta. Dengan menggunakan structural equation model, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hanya perceived external prestige dan leader-member exchange quality yang berpengaruh signifikan pada komitmen organisasional dan komitmen karir serta komitmen organisasional dan komitmen karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to leave dan motivasi untuk mengikuti pelatihan.

"[Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Organizational Career Growth dan Leader-Member Exchange terhadap Turnover Intention melalui intervensi Career Mapping sebagai usaha untuk menurunkan tingkat turnover intention karyawan GTP di PT.CDE. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat ukur organizational career growth yang diadaptasi dan diterjemahkan dari Weng dan Xi (2011), kemudian alat ukur leader-member exchange yang diadaptasi dari Liden dan Maslyn (1998) dan telah diterjemahkan oleh Radikun (2010), serta alat ukur turnover intention yang diadaptasi dari
Mobley (1978). Hasil analisis korelasi terhadap 49 orang karyawan GTP
menunjukkan adanya hubungan organizational career growth dengan turnover intention sebesar 54.8%, sedangkan untuk leader-member exchange sebesar 46.3%. Dari analisis regresi diketahui organizational career growth growth mampu menjelaskan sebesar 24.6% (Adjusted R2 = 0.246) dari varians turnover intention dengan career goal progress sebagai dimensi yang paling berpengaruh. Dengan demikian, perlunya dikembangkan intervensi career mapping sebagai salah satu cara meningkatkan career goal progress pada karyawan GTP di PT.CDE.;This research is conducted to find the relationship between Organizational

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh leader-member exchange quality, job embeddedness, dan organizational identification terhadap turnover intention pada knowledge workers dari generasi milenial Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan cross-sectional design dan metode purposive sampling dalam proses pengumpulan data primer. Sampel penelitian ini diperoleh dari 206 orang knowledge worker generasi milenial Indonesia (lahir antara 1982-2000) yang memiliki atasan dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leader-member exchange quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job embeddedness, job embeddedness memengaruhi organizational identification secara positif dan turnover intention secara negatif, job embeddedness memediasi hubungan antara leader-member exchange quality dengan organizational identification serta leader-member exchange quality dengan turnover intention, dan organizational identification tidak memengaruhi turnover intention dan tidak memediasi hubungan negatif antara job embeddedness dan turnover intention.
Penelitian ini memiliki kontribusi teoritis berupa pengaruh leader-member exchange quality, job embeddedness, dan organizational identification terhadap turnover intention, serta kontribusi praktis berupa bahan pertimbangan untuk pengelolaan turnover intention dari knowledge workers generasi milenial di Indonesia.

This research aims to discover the effects of leader-member exchange quality, job
embeddedness, and organizational identification on Indonesian millennial knowledge
workers' turnover intention. This research is a quantitative research that utilizes crosssectional
design and purposive sampling method in primary data collection process.
Research sample was obtained from 206 Indonesian millennial knowledge workers (born
between 1982 and 2000) who have direct supervisors at work and the data analysis
process is conducted by using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. Results from this research indicate that leader-member exchange quality affects job embeddedness positively, job embeddedness affects organizational identification positively and turnover intention negatively, job embeddedness mediates the relationship between both leader-member exchange quality and organizational identification alongside leader-member exchange quality and turnover intention, and organizational identification does not affect turnover intention nor mediate the negative relationship between job embeddedness and turnover intention. The theoretical contributions of this
study include insights regarding the effects of leader-member exchange quality, job
embeddedness, and organizational identification on turnover intention, while the
practical contribution is provision of considerable factors in managing turnover intention
of Indonesian millennial knowledge workers.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini adalah mengenai komitmen credit officer terhadap Bank "X". Komitmen karyawan merupakan keterikatan karyawan pada organisasinya yang didasarkan pada pengetahuan dan penilaiannya terhadap organisasi, yang mengarahkan mereka pada tingkah laku organisasional lainnya.
Penelitian ini perlu dilakukan pada credit officer karena komitmen credit officer akan mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi. Karakteristik tugas credit officer yang khas, yaitu peran yang besar terhadap keberhasilan bank, tuntutan dan resiko kerja yang tinggi dan luasnya peluang untuk pindah bekerja di perusahaan lain, ditambah dengan besarnya "kesempatan dan godaan" untuk melakukan banyak praktek kecurangan karena adanya otonomi kerja yang luas, menuntut para credit officer memiliki komitmen organisasi yang tinggi
Jumlah responden penelitian adalah 147 credit officer Bank "X" dengan masa kerja enam tahun. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala Komitmen Organisasi Allen dan Meyer (1990) yang dimodifikasi oleh Seniati (2002), Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (Eisenberger dkk, 1986) yang dimodifikasi oleh peneliti untuk subyek credit officer, serta LMX-MDM questionnaire (Liden & Maslyn, 1986). Analisis untuk pengujian hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan metode analisis berganda (multiple regression) dengan bantuan SPSS. 10.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Organizational Support dan Leader-Member Exchange memberikan pengaruh yang cukup besar dan bermakna terhadap komitmen organisasi total. Adapun faktor pengalaman kerja dan karakteristik demografis secara bersama-sama tidak terbukti memberikan pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi total. Perceived Organizational Support dan Leader-Member Exchange memberikan pengaruh positif yang cukup besar terhadap komitmen afektif, faktor pengalaman kerja dan karakteristik demografis secara bersama-sama tidak terbukti memberikan pengaruh terhadap komitmen afektif. Baik Perceived Organizational Support, Leader-Member Exchange, pengalaman kerja maupun karakteristik demografis tidak berpengaruh secara bermakna terhadap komitmen rasional Selain itu, Perceived Organizational Support dan Leader-Member Exchange membenkan pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap komitmen normatif, tetapi faktor pengalaman kerja dan karakteristik demografis secara bersama-sama tidak terbukti berpengaruh terhadap komitmen normatif. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa, hanya pada komitmen normatif pengaruh Leader Member Exchange lebih besar daripada Perceived Organizational Support
Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah penyempurnaan alat ukur komitmen rasional, perluasan subyek penelitian komitmen organisasi (jenis profesi maupun jenis organisasi) dan perluasan fokus komitmen (tidak hanya komitmen bawahan, tapi juga komitmen atasan dan komitmen tim). Selain itu, saran utama yang dapat diberikan pada perusahaan adalah peningkatan perhatian terhadap persepsi karyawan terhadap organisasi, serta penggunaan pendekatan Leader-Member Exchange dalam pelatihan-pelatihan kepemimpinan tim."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh learning organization dan organizational commitment terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor pusat PT Telkomsel Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan cara memakai accidental sampling. Jumlah responden yang ada di dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan tiga teori utama, yaitu teori learning organization dari Watkins & Marsick, organizational commitment dari Steers, serta turnover intention dari Ableson. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa learning organization dan organizational commitment mempengaruhi turnover intention. Apabila dilihat pada masing-masing variabel, maka hasil yang diperoleh adalah learning organization memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention sedangkan organizational commitment juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention.

This study aims to explain the effect of learning organization and organizational commitment on turnover intention. This research conducted in head office of PT Telkomsel Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach to gather the data using a survey method that implement accidental sampling. Total respondents in this research are 100 employees. This research employs three main theories, which are the theory of learning organization by Watkins & Marsick, organizational commitment by Steers and turnover intention by Ableson. When viewed on each variable, the results obtained are that learning organization has influence on turnover intention and organizational commitment has also an influence on turnover intention.

"Penelitian ini fokus pada hubungan variabel Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), serta intervensi terhadap Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) untuk melihat dampaknya pada Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Sebanyak sepuluh orang karyawan PT X besedia berpartisipasi pada penelitian ini dan mengisi kuesioner yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yaitu LMX-MDM (1998) dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale (1990). Kuesioner-kuesioner tersebut mengukur perilaku kerja karyawan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian leadership program intervention.
Hasil penelitian menggunakan The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan nilai yang signifikan, baik LMX dan OCB saat sebelum dan sesudah pemberian program intervensi kepemimpinan (p>0.05). Hasil ini disebabkan beberapa faktor antara lain lack of time dalam proses transfer of learning, belum optimalnya peran controller dalam proses implementasi hasil pembelajaran, dan beberapa hal lainnya yang akan dibahas pada bagian diskusi.

This research focused on the relationship between Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), along with intervention on Leader-Member Exchange and its impacts on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Ten employees of PT X agreed to participate in this study and filled in LMX-MDM Scale (1998) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale (1990). Those questionnaires measured employees’ work behaviors before and after a leadership intervention program.
The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test results showed that there was no significant difference in Leader-Member Exchange and Organizational Citizenship Behavior before and after intervention (p>0.05). These results were caused by several factors including lack of time in the transfer of learning process, the role of the controller was less involved during implementation process of learning outcomes, and several other things that will be discussed in the discussion section.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari Islamic Work Ethics terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Intensi Keluar dan Kemampuan Inovasi para karyawan dengan melakukan studi kasus pada Bank Syariah Arafah. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner ke 172 karyawan yang bekerja di Bank Syariah Arafah dan melakukan wawancara ke beberapa karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis deskriptif dan Partial Least Square menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islamic Work Ethics berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, intensi keluar, dan kemampuan inovasi. Implikasi penelitian ini berguna diterapkan di lingkungan Bank Syariah.

This study aims to determine the effect of islamic work ethics on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intention and innovation capability of employees at Bank Syariah Arafah. Data obtained from the questionnaires distributed to 172 employees who worked in Bank Syariah Arafah and interviewed several employees to strengthen the analysis. Data was performed by descriptive analysis and partial least squares using Smart PLS 3.0.
The results indicates that islamic work ethics significantly influence job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intention, and innovation capability.This research can be useful for Islamic Bank Work Ethics.
