"Praktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Atrika bertujuan mengetahui dan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab seorang apoteker di apotek. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama enam minggu. Dalam hal ini, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat mengetahui dan memahami cara pengelolaan apotek dalam kegiatan administrasi, dan manajemen apotek baik pengadaan, penyimpanan, maupun penjualan serta dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap masyarakat di apotek. Selain itu juga apteker dapat mempraktekan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek secara professional sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku dalam system pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia.Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan bentuk pelayanan dan tanggung jawab langsung profesi apoteker untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Pelanggan merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang harus dijaga oleh apotek. Dengan mengenali siapa pelanggan kita, apa kemauan, kebutuhan dan keinginan mereka dengan kemudian menyediakan produk serta pelayanan sebaik mungkin yang dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan. Untuk tugas khusus di apotek, dilakukan pengkajian resep yang mengandung obat-obat antihiperlipidemia. Pengkajian resep ini bertujuan untuk menilai kelengkapan administrasi resep, kesesuaian farmasetik dan klinis, serta mencoba menyusun informasi yang dapat diberikan kepada pasien atau keluarga pasien penderita hiperlipidemia.

Apothecary Internship at Apotek Atrika aims to know and understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacist in pharmacy. This activity was conducted during six weeks. In this case, the pharmacist candidate is expected to know and understand how to manage a pharmacy in terms of administrative activities, financial management, procurement, storage and sale of pharmaceuticals and also to practice the pharmaceutical care in pharmacy accordance to the laws and ethics in Indonesia. Pharmaceutical care is a form of service and direct responsibility of a pharmacist to improve the quality of life of patients. Customer is one of important factors which must be kept by the pharmacy. By identifying our customers, their willingness, need, and desire, and then provide the best product and service, can give satisfaction to our customers. For the specific task, was conducted assesment of prescription containing anti-hiperlipidemia drugs. This assessment aims to assess the administrative completeness of prescription, pharmaceutical and clinical appropriateness, and also trying to collate the information that could be given to patient or their family."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab seorang Apoteker Pengelola Apotek, serta memahami cara pengelolaan apotek baik teknis farmasi maupun non teknis farmasi.Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul rekapitulasi peresepan, penatalaksanaan, dan konseling dalam terapi tuberkulosis di Apotek Atrika. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah dan jenis obat tuberkulosis yang diresepkan oleh dokter kepada pasien berdasarkan resep yang diterima Apotek Atrika selama periode November 2011 hingga April 2012 serta mengkaji peresepan obat untuk terapi tuberkulosis yang diterima Apotek Atrika selama periode November 2011 hingga April 2012 dari sisi kerasionalan resep, interaksi obat, dan pemberian informasi. Data yang dikumpulkan diperoleh dari resep-resep yang diterima atau dilayani oleh Apotek Atrika selama bulan November 2011 hingga bulan April 2012, kemudian dilakukan pencatatan terhadap resep yang ditujukan untuk terapi tuberkulosis selama periode tersebut. Berdasarkan resep yang diterima Apotek Atrika selama periode November 2011 hingga April 2012, resep yang ditujukan untuk terapi tuberkulosis di Apotek Atrika sebanyak 2 lembar resep. Obat untuk terapi tuberkulosis yang paling banyak diresepkan oleh dokter adalah Isoniazid. Terdapat 2 resep yang terkait terapi obat tuberkulosis yang dilayani Apotek Atrika, resep pertama tidak rasional karena tidak memenuhi persyaratan administratif dan kesesuaian famasetis. Sedangkan resep yang kedua sudah dianggap rasional.

Special assignment title which is given is recapitulation of prescription, system, and counseling in therapy of tuberculosis at Atrika Apotek. This special assignment aimed to know the number and kind of tuberculosis drugs which prescription by a doctor to patient based on the prescription which is accepted Atrika Apotek during November 2011until April 2012 with observe prescription to tuberculosis therapy which is accepted Atrika Apotek during November 2011until April 2012 from prescription rationality, interaction of drug, and information present.

Data is collected from prescription which is served by Atrika Apotek during November 2011until April 2012, then is performed recording toward prescription which tended for tuberculosis therapy during the period. Based on the prescription which is accepted Atrika Apotek during November 2011until April 2012, prescription which is tended for tuberculosis therapy at Atrika Apotek as many two sheet of prescription. The most of tuberculosis drugs which is given by a doctor is Isoniazide. There are two prescription concerned with tuberculosis drug therapy which is served Atrika Apotek, The first prescription is not rational because it doesn’t comply administrative criteria and compatibility pharmacetics. Whereas the second prescription is complies."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika bertujuan memahami tugas pokok, fungsi dan cara pengelolaan apotek dalam kegiatan teknis dan non-teknis kefarmasian apoteker sebagai Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) di sebuah apotek. Melalui praktek kerja ini, apoteker dapat melihat secara langsung kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian, administrasi, dan manajemen di Apotek Atrika. Kemudian, tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Penggunaan Lodia® di Apotek Atrika Pada Periode Oktober 2012 - Maret 2013. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan Lodia® yang diresepkan sebagai obat diare di Apotek Atrika selama periode Oktober 2012 - Maret 2013 dan menganalisis penggunaan atau peresepan Lodia® di Apotek Atrika selama periode Oktober 2012 - Maret 2013 dari sisi kerasionalan resep dan pemberian informasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran resep, total resep yang diterima atau dilayani untuk pengobatan diare berjumlah 7 lembar atau 0,60 % dari jumlah keseluruhan resep yang diterima selama periode tersebut. Pemberian informasi mengenai obat saat penyerahan obat kepada pasien juga telah dilakukan dengan baik di Apotek Atrika.

This particular assignment aims to determine the use Lodia ® is prescribed as a remedy for diarrhea in Pharmacy Atrika period October 2012 - March 2013 and analyzed the use or prescription Lodia® in pharmacies Atrika during the period October 2012 - March 2013 from the rational prescription and provision of information. Based on a recipe search results, total prescriptions received or served for the treatment of diarrhea has 7 shares or 0.60% of the total number of prescriptions received during that period.
