"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja terhadap kualitas teamwork di PT. S. Tipe penelitian action research dengan responden sebanyak 66 karyawan. Alat ukur adalah adaptasi Teamwork Quality (Hoegl & Geumenden, 2001) dan Kuesioner Kepercayaan Terhadap Rekan Kerja (McAllister, 1995). Hasil perhitungan uji regresi berganda memperoleh hasil R2 =0,508 (p<0,05) yang berarti kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja mempengaruhi kualitas teamwork sebesar 50,8%. Intervensi team building training dirancang untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja dan kualitas teamwork.
Hasil perhitungan efek intervensi menunjukan signifikansi perbedaan pre-test dan post-test kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja dan kualitas teamwork dengan uji t-test; diperoleh nilai t untuk kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja sebesar -1,683 (p>0,05) dan untuk kulitas teamwork sebesar -4,460 (p<0,05). Hal ini berarti tidak terdapat peningkatan skor kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja secara signifikan namun terjadi peningkatan skor kualitas teamwork secara signifikan setelah diberikan intervensi team building training. Dengan demikian team building training mampu meningkatkan kualitas teamwork, namun belum mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja di PT.S.

This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal trust in co-workers to the teamwork quality at S Company. The type of this study is action research study by the number of study participants as many as 66 employees. Measuring instrument used is a measure of adaptation Teamwork Quality (Hoegl & Geumenden, 2001) and the Trust in Co-workers Questionnaire (McAllister, 1995). The results of calculations using multiple regression showed R2 = 0.508 (p <0.05), which means interpersonal trust in co-workers affects the teamwork quality at 50.8%. Therefore, the interventions made in the study was designed to increase interpersonal trust in co-workers and teamwork quality. The intervention is a team building training. Intervention effects were measured by comparing the pre-test and post-test measurements of interpersonal trust in co-workers and teamwork quality.
The results of tests of significance differences in the calculation of pretest and post-test interpersonal trust in co-workers and teamwork quality using a t-test. The t-test values obtained for interpersonal trust in co-workers is -1.683 (p> 0.05) and the value of t for teamwork quality is - 4.460 (p <0.05). This means there is no significantly scores increased in interpersonal trust in co-workers after a given intervention but teamwork quality scores increased significantly. The results of this analysis indicate that a given intervention can improve teamwork quality, but have not been able to increase the interpersonal trust in co-workers.

"ABSTRACT
Skripsi ini membahas tentang upaya Lembaga Kebudayaan Betawi LKB dalam mengembangkan seni budaya Betawi pada tahun 1977-1998 terutama seni musik, tari dan teater. Pembentukan LKB yang diprakarsai oleh ide dan gagasan tokoh masyarakat Betawi dan pemerintah Daerah Khusus Ibukota DKI Jakarta dalam mengembangkan seni budaya Betawi. Fenomena tersebut tidak terlepas dari dukungan penuh Gubernur DKI Jakarta Ali Sadikin terhadap seni budaya Betawi dengan membentuk Dinas Kebudaayaan DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah yang terdiri dari empat langkah yaitu heuristik pengumpulan data berupa buku, surat kabar, dan data penelitian lisan di lapangan dengan LKB dan seniman Betawi, kritik sumber, penafsiran, dan historiografi. Skripsi ini menggambarkan adanya pelaksanaan program kerja dan pembinaan sanggar yang diciptakan LKB untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan kreasi para seniman baik di dalam seni musik, tari dan teater. Terimplementasinya program kerja dan pembinaan sanggar dilakukan LKB melalui program penelitian, pemeliharaan, dan pengembangan seni budaya Betawi. Melalui program tersebut LKB bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengembangan seni budaya Betawi terutama dalam seni musik, tari dan teater, terutama pada era Orde Baru yang pemerintahannya lebih terfokus pada pembangunan infrastruktur, bukan pada pembangunan kebudayaan.

ABSTRACT
This research discusses the efforts of Lembaga Kebudayaan Betawi in short LKB in developing Betawi arts in 1977 1998 especially music, dance, and theatre. The forming of LKB was initiated by the ideas and concepts of Betawi community leaders and the government of DKI Jakarta in developing Betawi cultural arts. The phenomenon cannot be separated from the support of Jakarta Governor Ali Sadikin for Betawi culture and arts by establishing Department of Culture of Jakarta. This study uses the historical methods that consist of four steps heuristic data collection namely books, newspapers, and by interviewing the LKB organizers and Betawi artists, source criticism, interpretations, and historiography. This research describes the implementation of work programs and coaching the art studio created by LKB to enhance the creativity also the creation of the artists in the art of music, dance and theatre. The implementation of work programs and art studio guidance conducted by LKB through research, maintenance, and development of Betawi cultural arts. This research aims to analyze how rsquo s the development of Betawi rsquo s art and culture during Orde Baru where the government was more focused on building the infrastructure, not on the art and culture. "

"Sistem Pembelajaran Alternatif (ALS) telah menyebabkan berlakunya percanggahan pendapat berkenaan membaca dalam kalangan guru (penunjuk ajar). Program ini merupakan inisiatif kerajaan Filipina bagi melengkapkan remaja lepasan sekolah dengan empat kemahiran utama untuk lulus ujian penempatan dan setara. Audit pengetahuan yang dijalankan ke atas penunjuk ajar ALS yang terpilih di Dasmarinas, Cavite telah mendapati cara kerja dan pengetahuan teknikal dalam kalangan penunjuk ajar adalah tidak selaras. Ini meliputi dari segi aspek pembacaan dan ujian membaca ALS serta pedagogi antara ALS dan pembelajaran formal di dalam kelas. Terdapat beberapa perkara yang perlu dberi penekanan seperti pemahaman misi serta visi ALS dalam konteks pengajaran membaca, kebolehdapatan dan penyelenggaraan fasiliti serta penilaian membaca terhadap pelajar. Penentuan dan analisis perkara-perkara tersebut adalah bagi mempertingkat program membaca di Dasmarinas, Cavite yang merangkumi kemajuan pengajaran ALS yang berkait rapat dengan pembacaan dan pengajaran membaca, pendekatan genre dalam pengajaran ALS terhadap peserta dan penyediaan fasiliti yang akan menggalakkan budaya membaca dalam kalangan peserta dan lulusan. Pelaksanaan perkara-perkara tersebut seharusnya mampu membangunkan modal insan dan pembangunan komuniti secara mapan."
