"The differences in interregional development have caused gaps in regions' advancements and prosperity, such as in the case of Western Indonesia (WI) and Eastern Indonesia (EI) and between urban and rural areas. The objective of this study is to analtze the structural path of road infrastructure construction sector on household income distribution change in both Intra and Inter West--East Region of Indonesia. The model used is Interregional social Acounting Matrix West abd East Region of Indonesia (IRSAM WEI). Within the model framework, construction sector is disaggregated into construction of road infrastructure sector (including bridge) and other construction sector. Meanwhile, the urban and rural household income is disaggregated into low, medium and high income. The structural Path Analysis (SPA) shows that the strongest multiplier effect comes from production factor of worker and capital before reaching households."

"Setiap perusahaan jasa konstruksi selalu berusaha mengadakan inventori. Dengan inventori diharapkan dapat memperlancar pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi sehingga tidak terjadi stockout material di proyek yang berpotensi mempengaruhi waktu proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko inventori, dampak serta tindakan terhadap risiko utama pada proyek jalan di Ambon. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisa data dilakukan bertahap meliputi uji dua sampel, AHP, level risiko, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji korelasi, analisa faktor, dan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa permintaan material yang kurang lengkap atau tidak mencukupi, dan aksesibilitas yang sulit selama proses pengiriman berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu.

Each construction services company always tries to holding inventory. With inventory is expected to facilitate the implementation of construction works so there is no stockout materials in the projects that could potentially affecting time of the project. The aim of this research is to identify the risk factors and the impact of inventory, knowing the action on the main risk in Ambon road project. Research conducted by method of interview and a questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted in two test sample, AHP, level of risk, test validity and reliability, correlation test, factor analysis and regression test. Research showed that risk factors major effect on performance time road projects in ambon, namely demand material not complete or insufficient, and the difficult accessibility during the process of delivery.

"Construction delays have become endemic in Libya. It is imperative to create awareness of the extent to which such delays can adversely affect project delivery, especially with regard to road construction projects. It is clear that the Libyan road construction industry also faces the issue of not being able to complete projects within the allocated time. This paper identifies the effects of road construction delays, evaluates these through a questionnaire, and assesses them using an empirical method. A detailed review of related literature produced the secondary data, while the primary data was obtained via a structured questionnaire which targeted the road construction projects owners, consultants and contractors. A 71% response rate was achieved; 256 out of the 360 questionnaires sent out were returned. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data received from the questionnaires. The findings of the study reveal that the major outcomes of road construction project schedule overruns in Tripoli, Libya include cost overruns, time extensions, disputes, loss of profit, breaches of contract, poor quality of work and company’s bad reputation. The study makes a contribution to the knowledge of the subject of the outcomes of road construction project schedule overruns in Tripoli. Computation of the means and standard deviations, together with a structural equation model, have been used for the data analysis and inference. It is found that delays in road construction projects widely lead to cost overrun, time overrun, litigation and disputes. The findings of the study also provide significant insights into the construction industry, which will help it formulate strategies in order to avoid delays and their consequences. The most important effects identified were time overrun, cost overrun and obstruction of economic and country development. The recommendations and limitations are discussed in the concluding part of the study."

"Penilaian permukaan jalan adalah proses untuk mengevaluasi kondisi jalan yang ada, mendeteksi semua jenis kerusakan jalan. Kondisi jalan menjadi hal yang penting mengingat salah satu faktor penyebab kecelakaan lalu lintas. Metode penilaian permukaan jalan saat ini mahal, memakan waktu, dan padat karya. Sebagian besar pendekatan penilaian permukaan jalan saat ini menggunakan kendaraan bergerak yang disesuaikan secara unik untuk setiap karakteristik guna memantau permukaan jalan dan hanya memeriksa sejumlah lokasi tertentu. Proyek penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan metode penilaian permukaan jalan saat ini menjadi lebih fleksibel, efektif, murah, dan membutuhkan lebih sedikit tenaga kerja. Selain itu, ini akan menghubungkan prosedur penilaian permukaan jalan saat ini dengan deteksi berbasis Smartphone dengan menghasilkan referensi yang komprehensif. Selain itu, tinjauan literatur algoritma pendeteksian berbasis Smartphone dan metode penelitian hadir untuk memfasilitasi tautan tersebut. Deteksi berbasis smartphone memberikan peluang baru untuk meningkatkan metode penilaian jalan karena kemampuannya untuk mengevaluasi area yang lebih luas dan membutuhkan lebih sedikit tenaga, biaya, dan waktu. Namun, pendeteksian berbasis smartphone tidak dapat menggantikan keseluruhan metode penilaian jalan, tetapi memberikan peluang untuk memperkecil ukuran area yang perlu dikunjungi.

Road surface assessment is a process to evaluate the existing road condition, it detects all kinds of road defects. Road condition is important knowing that it is one of the factors that cause road accidents. The current road surface assessment method is expensive, time consuming, and labour intensive. The majority of the current road surface assessment approach use a moving vehicle that is uniquely tailored for each characteristic to monitor the road surface and examines just a limited number of locations.This research project aims to improve the current road surface assessment method to be more flexible, effective, inexpensive, and requires less labour work. Moreover, it will link the current road surface assessment procedure with Smartphone based detection by generating a comprehensive reference. In addition, literature review of Smartphone based detection algorithms and research method is present to facilitate the link. Smartphone based detection gives a new opportunity to improve the road assessment method due to its ability to evaluate larger area and it requires less labour, cost, and time. However, Smartphone based detection cannot replace the entire road assessment method, but it gives the chance to lessen the size of areas that need to be visited."

"Dalam pembangunan infrastruktur di provinsi Aceh khusunya pada proyek pembangunan jalan masih mengalami banyak permasalahan dan hambatan, dimana pada saat pelaksanaan konstruksi sering terjadi kinerja waktu yang dihasilkan tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dengan kata lain terlambat dari waktu yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan faktor risiko dominan serta risk respon dari risiko penyebab keterlambatan untuk meningkatkan kinerja waktu pelaksanaan proyek.
Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah metode survey dan kuisioner kepada pakar dan pelaksana konstruksi. Dan dari penelitian ini didapat tiga faktor risiko yang masuk dalam kategori risiko tinggi penyebab keterlambatan yaitu harga penawaran yang rendah dari kontraktor, adanya intervensi dari pihak-pihak tertentu dalam proses lelang, serta sosial cost yang diluar perhitungan semula.

In infrastructure development in the province of Aceh especially in road construction projects are still experiencing a lot of problems and obstacles, which at the time of construction often occurs when the resulting performance is not as expected, in other words late than the expected time. This study aims to gain a dominant risk factor of risk and risk responses cause delays to improve the performance of the project implementation time.
The selected research method is a survey method and questionnaire to the experts and the contractor. And from this study obtained three risk factors that fall into the high risk category of causes of delay which offers a low bid price from the contractor, the intervention of certain parties in the bidding process, as well as the social cost beyond the original calculation.

"Pada pembangunan jalan raya di kota Kupang Nusa Tenggara Timur, sering terjadi kenaikan biaya yang disebabkan oleh lemahnya sistem persediaan bahan, oleh karena itu perlu untuk meneliti faktor-faktor risiko dalam sistem persediaan bahan yang mempengaruhi kinerja biaya proyek. Penelitian yang dihasilkan menggunakan metode AHP menunjukkan bahwa ada 11 faktor risiko tinggi, 16 faktor risiko menengah, dan 26 faktor risiko rendah, yang kemudian di lakukan pencegahan dan tindakan korektif yang direkomendasikan oleh para ahli.

On highway construction in the city of East Nusa Tenggara Kupang, often occurs cost overruns that caused by weak of material inventory system, therefore it is necessary to research the risk factors in material inventory system that influences project cost performance. The research resulting using AHP method show that are 11 high risk factors, 16 medium risk factors, and 26 low risk factors, which then in the doing preventive and corrective actions that are recommended by experts."

"Angka kecelakaan konstruksi di Indonesia tergolong tinggi, termasuk pada konstruksi Jalan Tol. Kecelakaan pada proyek konstruksi di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa selain penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Konstruksi di Indonesia masih terabaikan, kecelakaan konstruksi juga disebabkan oleh kurangnya biaya dalam Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Konstruksi. Proyek konstruksi jalan tol telah menetapkan anggaran biaya SMKK sebesar 0,5-1,5 % dan dinilai cukup rendah karena berada dibawah 3 % dari biaya proyek. Metode statistik dengan SPSS versi 26 digunakan untuk meneliti hubungan dari komponen Biaya SMKK, komponen AHSP, dan Kinerja Keselamatan Konstruksi pada Proyek Jalan Tol. Hasil dari penelitian akan menunjukkan komponen yang paling berpengaruh pada kesadaran keselamatan adalah papan jalur evakuasi, Alat Pemadam Api Ringan (APAR), program inspeksi dan audit internal. Komponen yang paling berpengaruh pada manajemen disiplin diri adalah induksi keselamatan konstruksi, tali keselamatan (lifeline), dan biaya alat. Komponen yang paling berpengaruh pada pengendalian kecelakaan adalah Alat Pemadam Api Ringan (APAR), program inspeksi dan audit internal, serta biaya material.

The number of construction accidents in Indonesia is quite high, including the construction of toll roads. Accidents on construction projects in Indonesia show that in addition to the neglect of the implementation of the Construction Safety Management System in Indonesia, construction accidents are also caused by a lack of cost in the Construction Safety Management System. The toll road construction project has set an SMKK cost budget of 0.5-1.5% and is considered quite low because it is below 3% of the project cost. Statistical methods were used to examine the relationship of Cost Components of SMKK, Components of AHSP, and Construction Safety Performance on Toll Road Projects. The results of the study show that the components that have the most influence on safety awareness are evacuation route boards, fire extinguishers, inspection programs and internal audits. The components that have the most influence on self-discipline management are construction safety induction, lifeline, and tool costs. The components that have the most influence on accident control are fire extinguishers, inspection and internal audit programs, and material costs."

"Konstruksi perkerasan jalan lentur (flexible Pavement), yaitu struktur yang terdiri atas campuran beraspal diatas lapis pondasi atas kemudian lapis fondasi bawah dan  tanah dasar. Perencanaan berada di ruas Jalan Simpang Sayut – Nanga Sarai Kecamatan Putusibau Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu Utara. Perencanaan ini meliputi Survey Lalu Lintas Harian Rata-rata dan menggunakan metode Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan. Tujuan dari perencanaan ini adalah menentukan desain dan tebal lapis perkerasan lentur yang sesuai pada Ruas Jalan Simpang Sayut – Nanga Sarai Kecamatan Putusibau Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu Utara.

Flexible pavement construction, namely a structure consisting of asphalt mixture on top of the top foundation layer then the bottom layer and subgrade.. The planning is on  Simpang Sayut – Nanga Sarai road section, Putusibau District, North Kapuas Hulu Regency. This planning includes an Average Daily Traffic Survey and uses the Road Pavement Design Manual method. The aim of this planning is to determine the appropriate design and thickness of the flexible pavement layer for the Simpang Sayut - Nanga Sarai Road Section, Putusibau District, North Kapuas Hulu Regency.
