"Indonesia memiliki potensi besar untuk mejadi pemimpin di Kawasan Asia dan infrastruktur memiliki peranan yang penting. Terdapat beberapa sektor infrastruktur yang utama diantaranya adalah infrastruktur pengolahan limbah, air bersih, dan irigasi. Sektor tersebut termasuk dalam sektor utama karena merupakan kebutuhan dasar kelangsungan hidup manusia. Kondisi infrastruktur di Indonesia yang belum memadai menjadi hambatan dari potensi tersebut. Hal tersebut tergambar dari sudut pandang masyarakat terhadap infrastruktur di Indonesia melalui hasil survey dengan kuesioner online oleh lembaga Saatnya Didengar dan juga dari literatur – literatur yang ada. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan identifikasi permasalahan dan penentuan solusi dari permasalahan di sektor infrastruktur pengolahan limbah, air bersih, dan irigasi di Indonesia tersebut dengan menganalisis komentar masyarakat dari hasil survey dengan menggunakan metode analisis konten untuk pengolahan datanya. Metode tersebut dipilih karena data yang diolah merupakan data teks yang bersifat kualitatif.Melalui penelitian ini, didapatkan hasil permasalahan untuk sektor infrastruktur pengolahan limbah sebanyak 43 permasalahan yang dikelompokan ke dalam 8 kategori dengan permasalahan utama banjir dan kategori permasalahan dengan suara terbanyak adalah pencemaran, kerusakan lingkungan, dan gangguan kesehatan akibat limbah dan sampah serta didapatkan 70 solusi dengan suara terbanyak dari masyarakat untuk solusinya adalah menambah tempat pembuangan sampah. Untuk sektor infrastruktur air bersih, hasilnya terdapat 31 permasalahan dengan masalah utama daerah tertentu kesulitan mendapatkan air bersih. Permasalahan tersebut dikelompokan ke dalam 10 kategori permasalahan dengan kategori permasalahan utamanya adalah kekurangan air bersih. Selain permasalahan, dihasilakn juga 40 solusi dengan solusi utama menurut masyarakat adalah dengan menambah pasokan air bersih. Pada sektor terakhir yaitu sektor infrastruktur irigasi, dihasilkan 35 permasalahan dengan masalah utama kekurangan air atau kekeringan ketika kemarau. Untuk kategori permasalahannya, terdapat 8 kategori dengan dua buah kategori permasalahan utama yang memiliki jumlah suara sama yaitu kurangnya sumber air untuk irigasi dan kondisi infrastruktur irigasi yang telah dibangun kurang memadai. Solusi yang dihasilkan pada sektor ini sebanyak 43 solusi dengan solusi utama adalah membangun infrastruktur irigasi yang lebih baik.

Indonesia has a great potential to become a leader in Central Asia and the infrastructure has an important role to it. There are some major infrastructure sectors include waste treatment infrastructure, clean water, and irrigation. The sectors included in the primary sector because it is a basic need of human survival. The condition of infrastructure in Indonesia is not adequate become a bottleneck of this potential. This is reflected from a community perspective to the infrastructure in Indonesia through a survey with a questionnaire method with online way by the agency Saatnya Didengar and also of the existing literatures. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the problem and finding the solution of the problems in the waste treatment, clean water, and irrigation infrastructure sectors in Indonesia by analyze Indonesian people’s comment from the results of the survey by using content analysis to data processing. The method chosen for the processed data because the form of data is a text data that are qualitative. Results from this study is the conclusion that contains the solution of problems in the sector of waste treatment, clean water, and irrigation infrastructures.

Through this research, the problems for the waste treatment infrastructure as many as 43 issues which are being grouped into 8 categories with the main problem is flooding and the category of the problem with the most votes is pollution, environmental damage and health problems caused by waste and garbage and obtained 70 solutions with most opinions from the society to the solution is to add more trash can an landfills for the garbage. For clean water sector of infrastructure, the results there are 31 problems with the major problem is certain regions are having trouble of getting clean water. Those problems are being grouped into 10 categories of problems with the category of the key problems is the lack of clean water. In addition to the problems, also produced 40 solutions with the main solution according to the Indonesian people’s opinion is to increase the supply of clean water. In the last sector which is the irrigation sector of infrastructure, produced 35 issues with a major problem is water shortage or drought when dry. For the category of the problem, there are 8 categories with two categories of major issues that have the same number of votes, they are the lack of water sources for irrigation and irrigation infrastructures which has been built are less than adequate. The resulting solution in this sector as much as 43 solutions with the main solution is to build better infrastructure for irrigation.

"Infrastruktur merupakan suatu hal yang penting pada sebuah negara. Infrastruktur dinilai dapat berpengaruh pada seluruh sektor terutama di sektor perekonomian negara. Telekomunikasi dan listrik merupakan hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan kehidupan masyrakat di Indonesia pada saat ini. Oleh karena itu pengkajian tentang infrastruktur telekomunikasi dan infrastruktur ketenagalistrikan harus terus dilakukan guna meng-update perkembangannya karena perkembangan komunikasi dan listrik terus berkembang di era modern seperti saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian kali ini agar dapat mengetahui permasalahan yang ada pada infrastruktur telekomunikasi dan infrastruktur ketenagalistrikan di Indonesia saat ini serta menghasilkan solusi terkait permasalahan tersebut. untuk metode yang akan dilakukan untuk mengolah data pada penelitian kali ini yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian analisi konten atau analisis isi. Hasil pengolahan data yang didapatkan dari hasil kuisioner dimana terdapat 524 responden pada sektor infrastruktur telekomunikasi dan 278 responden pada sektor infrastruktur ketenagalistrikan diperoleh setidaknya sepuluh jenis permasalahan pada infrastruktur telekomunikasi disertai dengan solusinya dan delapan jenis permasalahan pada infrastruktur ketenagalistrikan yang juga disertai dengan solusinya.

Infrastructure is an important thing in a country. Infrastructure is considered to affect all sectors, especially economy. Telecommunications and electricity are things that can’t be separated with the people in Indonesia at this time. Therefore, the study of telecommunications and electricity infrastructure should continue to be done in order to update its development due to the development of communication and electricity continues to grow in today’s modern era. The purpose of this study in order to find out the problems that exist in telecommunications infrastructure and electricity infrastructure in Indonesia at this time and to produce relevant solutions to these problems. for methods that will be made to process the data in this research is using content analysis research method. The results of processing the data obtained from the questionnaire where there were 524 respondents in the telecommunications infrastructure sector and 278 respondents in the electricity infrastructure sector gained at least ten types of problems in telecommunications infrastructure along with the solution and eight kinds of problems in the electricity infrastructure is also accompanied by the solution."
