"[ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas tentang perlindungan hukum terhadap pasien sebagai konsumen di klinik kesehatan yang ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen dan Undang-Undang Kesehatan. Klinik adalah salah satu fasilitas kesehatan di Indonesia yang jumlahnya sangat banyak sehingga mudah diakses oleh masyarakat. Pasien adalah konsumen klinik sehingga pasien tidak hanya dilindungi oleh Undang-Undang Kesehatan tetapi juga oleh Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen. Klinik sebagai pemberi jasa pelayanan kesehatan bertanggung jawab terhadap tindakan tenaga kesehatan terhadap pasiennya karena hubungan pasien dan klinik yaitu bahwa klinik menjamin setiap tenaga kesehatan yang melakukan tugasnya di klinik akan berupaya secara maksimal untuk menyembuhkan pasien. Hasil penelitian menyarankan agar Pemerintah melakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan secara berkala dan berkelanjutan terhadap klinik-klinik di Indonesia, pasien menyadari bahwa ada peraturan perundang-undangan yang melindungi hak-haknya, serta klinik dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya harus berdasarkan pada undang-undang supaya tumbuh sikap jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

ABSTRACT

, This thesis examines legal protection concerning patients as the recipients of clinical health services by means of Consumers’ Protection Law No. 18 Tahun 1999 and Indonesian Health Law No. 36 Tahun 2009. Clinic is one of health care facility in Indonesia with a great number allowing society easily access the facility. Patients are consumers of the clinic. Therefore, the patient are not only protected by Indonesian Health Law No. 36 Tahun 2009 but also by the Consumers’ Protection Law No. 18 Tahun 1999. As the health service provider, clinic is responsible for any range of action by the health workers due to relationship between the patients and the clinic which guarantee every range of actions by health workers will endeavor to heal the patient. The results suggest that government should undertake monitoring

and community development periodically and in a sustained manner against the clinic in Indonesia. Moreover, the patients have legal protection as stated in Government Regulation in Lieu of Law so they have the discretion to choose the clinical health services. Lastly, the results strongly recommend the clinicsoperate its business activities according to the Law thruthfully and responsibly.]"

"ABSTRAKPembahasan skripsi ini adalah pengaturan dan pengawasan dokteroid di Indonesia. Selain itu juga membahas pertanggungjawaban hukum seseorang yang melakukan praktik dokteroid dan analisis pengaturan dan pengawasan dokteroid pada Putusan No 1180/Pid.Sus/2016/PN Pbr. Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaturan dokteroid diatur dan pengawasan dokteroid diterapkan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian yuridis-normatif dengan menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif-analitis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengaturan dan pengawasan dokteroid di Indonesia sudah diimplementasikan dengan baik, pelaku praktik dokteroid ditindak sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang diatur di Indonesia. ABSTRACTThe disscusion of this academic thesis is about regulation and control of dokteroid in Indonesia. It also discussed about the legal responsibility for someone who performs dokteroid practice in Indonesia and analysis of regulation and control of dokteroid in Indonesia in Verdict No. 1180 Pid.Sus 2016 PN Pbr. The purpose of this thesis is to know how regulation and control of dokteroid being applied in Indonesia. This research is in the form of juridical normative research using descriptive analytical research type. The conclusion of this study is the regulation and control of dokteroid in Indonesia has been applied well in Indonesia, the perpetrators who perform a doctoroid practice are prosecuted according the regulation. Indonesian society is advised to check Konsil Kedokteran Indonesia rsquo s website, kki.go.id or Ikatan Dokter Indonesia rsquo s website, idionline.com before using doctor dentist services."

"Le 18e numéro de la collection "Informatique et Santé" est consacré aux liens entre les systèmes d'information de santé et l'amélioration de la qualité en santé. Ce thème a été consacré lors 14e Journées francophones d'Informatique Médicale qui se sont déroulées à Tunis, les 31 mars, 1er et 3 avril 2011.
