"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara struktur kepemilikan terkonsentrasi dengan kebijakan pembayaran dividend perusahaan dan country level corporate governance pada tingkat negara terhadap kebijakan pembayaran dividen perusahan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia  (IDX) dan Bursa Efek Singapura (SGX) pada periode tahun 2014 hingga 2016.Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa struktur kepemilikan terkonsentrasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan pembayaran dividen perusahaan.Namun, penelitian ini tidak menemukan adanya pengaruh country level corporate governance  terhadap kebijakan pembayaran dividend perusahaan.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between concentrated ownership structure with dividend payment policy company and the influence of country level corporate governance on the dividend payout policy. The population in this study is non-financial sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) in the period 2014 to 2016. The results found that the concentrated ownership structure positively and significantly influence the company's dividend payout policy. However, this study did not find any influence of country level corporate governance  to the company's dividend dividend payout  policy."
