"ABSTRAKRemaja merupakan periode transisi dari masa anak ke masa dewasa yang ditandai dengan percepatan perkembangan fisik, mental dan emosional. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah akhir ini adalah diketahuinya hasil pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam perkembangan identitas diri remaja dengan pendekatan model Adaptasi Stres dan Health Promotion Models di komunitas. Karya ilmiah ini menggunakan metode studi kasus, sebanyak 21 remaja dibagi dalam dua kelompok intervensi, kelompok pertama diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners pada remaja dan keluarga serta terapi kelompok terapeutik, sedangkan kelompok dua diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners pada remaja dan terapi kelompok terapeutik. Hasil karya ilmiah ini menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan remaja dalam menstimulasi perkembangan dan perkembangan identitas diri lebih tinggi pada kelompok yang diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners remaja dan keluarga, serta terapi kelompok terapeutik. Terapi kelompok terapeutik direkomendasikan untuk dilakukan pada tatanan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa di masyarakat dengan melibatkan keluarga dan kader kesehatan jiwa menggunakan pendekatan kelompok untuk mencapai perkembangan remaja yang lebih optimal.

ABSTRACTAdolescent is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood which is characterized by the acceleration of the development of physical, mental and emotional. The purpose of writing this paper is known the result of the application of group therapy as a form of therapeutic stimulation of adolescent development with Stuart models and models of health promotion approach. This study used case study method. The responden in first group of 7 adolescents given therapeutic group therapy, nurse intervention for adolescent and family and empowerment of cadres, the second group 14 adolescents given therapeutic group therapy and health education for adolescent only. The results showed a higher increase in the ability to stimulate the development and adolescent identity development in the group given therapeutic group therapy, nurse intervention for adolescent and family and empowerment cadres. Group therapeutic recommended to do at the stage of mental health services in communities with involving family and cadres mental health using a group approach to achieve a more optimal adolescent development."
