This internship report was prepared to evaluate the procedures for making user interfaces and user development especially concerning wireframing and usability testing carried out by PT ABC and its clients in the telecommunications industry for Business-to-Business applications that were created with the aim of increasing the capabilities of MSMEs. The focus of this internship report is to evaluate the suitability of the user interface and user development procedures carried out by PT ABC and its clients with applicable theories, standards, and regulations. The results of the evaluation show that the procedures for making user interfaces and user development of PT ABC and the client have been carried out according to applicable theories, standards, and regulations. In addition, this report also discusses the author's self-reflection during his internship at PT ABC. The internship experience experienced by the author becomes a means of evaluating and improving himself in the future."

"Pertumbuhan pesat industri halal menyebabkan fenomena pariwisata halal muncul di kalangan muslim. Platform penunjang pariwisata halal menjadi potensi terbesar pada pelaksanaan pariwisata halal. Halal Navi adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dirancang untuk membantu pengguna muslim dalam menemukan dan mengidentifikasi tempat-tempat yang menjual atau menyediakan produk-produk halal. Aplikasi Halal Navi bermanfaat bagi penggunanya tetapi belum bisa memuaskan penggunanya terutama dari sisi kemudahan saat digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana pengalaman pengguna terhadap aplikasi halal navi dan merancang rekomendasi agar pengalaman pengguna menjadi lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengevaluasi terdiri dari Performance metrics, Self-Reported metrics, dan Issue-Based metrics. Riset pasar juga dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan potensi peningkatan pengalaman pengguna. Hasil evaluasi akan dianalisis dan menciptakan rekomendasi desain dengan dasar Eight Golden Rules dan Law of UX. Rekomendasi desain dievaluasi untuk dibandingkan dengan desain sebelumnya. Terdapat outlier pada data evaluasi desain rekomendasi. Hasil yang diperoleh yakni peningkatan evaluasi user experience pada desain rekomendasi baru dan pada dua fitur yang ditambahkan hasil riset. Dua fitur yang ditambahkan yaitu fitur informasi sholat dan fitur perencanaan perjalanan.

The rapid growth of the halal industry has caused the phenomenon of halal tourism to emerge among Muslims. Halal tourism support’s platforms are the biggest potential in the implementation of halal tourism. Halal Navi is an application designed to help Muslim users find places that provide halal products. The Halal Navi application is useful for its users but has not been able to satisfy its users, especially in terms of ease of use. This study aims to evaluate the user experience of the Halal Navi application and design recommendations to make the user experience better. The methods used in evaluating are Performance metrics, Self-Reported metrics, and Issue-Based metrics. Market research is conducted to maximize the potential for improving the user experience. The results of the evaluation will be analyzed and create design recommendations based on the Eight Golden Rules and the Law of UX. Design recommendations are evaluated to be compared with previous designs. There is an outlier in the recommendation design evaluation data. The results obtained are increase in user experience evaluation on the new recommendation design and on the two features added by research results. Two features added are the prayer information and the travel planning feature."
