"Material film adhesive yang digunakan PT Dirgantara Indonesia untuk pembuatan pesawat memiliki batas waktu penyimpanan di suhu ruang yang disebut work life. Untuk mengevaluasi work life film adhesive Z-15.429 telah dilakukan penelitian dengan tiga variasi lama penyimpanan film adhesive di suhu ruang yaitu 97.5 jam, 173 jam, dan 270.25 jam yang selanjutnya masing-masing diuji mekanik berupa shear test, peel test, dan drum peel test. Selain itu dilakukan juga uji Fourier Transform Infra Red (FTIR) untuk mengamati proses polimerisasi di suhu ruang dan pengamatan kerusakan akibat uji mekanik menggunakan mikroskop optik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya spesimen dengan film adhesive yang disimpan selama 97.5 jam di suhu ruang saja yang memenuhi standar PT Dirgantara Indonesia dengan nilai rata-rata kekuatan geser, nilai rata-rata beban pengelupasan hasil peel test, dan nilai rata-rata beban pengelupasan hasil drum peel test berturut-turut (38.06 ± 2.16) MPa, (355.62 ± 13.36) N, dan (648.17 ± 20.71) N serta mengalami 100% kerusakan kohesif.

Adhesive film materials that are used by PT Dirgantara Indonesia for aircraft manufacturing have a time limit in room temperature storage that is called work life. To evaluate the work life of Z-15.429 adhesive films, a study was conducted for this adhesive film that was stored at room temperature within three different durations, namely 97.50, 173, and 270.25 hours. Each sample for each duration was then mechanical tested, including shear, peel, and drum peel tests. Moreover, Fourier Transform Infra Red (FTIR) was applied to observe the polymerization process of the adhesive film and optical microscope observation was conducted to study the failure of the specimens after mechanical testing.
The results showed that only adhesive film specimen which was stored for 97.50 hours in room temperature have met the PT Dirgantara Indonesia standard with the average values of shear strength, peeling load of peel, and peeling load of drum peel were (38.06 ± 2.16) MPa, (355.62 ± 13.36) N, and (648.17 ± 20.71) N respectively, with 100% of cohesive failure.

"Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 16 Tahun 2021 tentang Peraturan Pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2002 Tentang Bangunan Gedung pada pasal 107 Standar Teknis penyelenggaraan Bangunan Gedung Hijau dikenakan pada bangunan gedung baru dan bangunan gedung yang sudah ada, bangunan peribadatan adalah bangunan dengan kategori Bangunan Gedung klas 9b dengan luas di atas 10.000m2. Bangunan masjid pada fungsinya adalah sarana peribadatan yang membutuhkan kenyamanan dalam ibadah. Nilai kenyaman yang dibutuhan adalah merupakan beberapa aspek pemenuhan nilai-nilai green pada bangunan masjid. Pada objek studi kasus yang diteliti, bangunan masjid ini merupakan bangunan retrofit dengan konsep green building dan sudah bersertifikasi edge dan belum tersertifikasi Greenship Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). Pada penerapan konsep green building retrofit pada bangunan tersebut dibutuhkan biaya yang awal yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan bangunan biasa lainya. Namun, dengan konsep green building yang berfokus pada efisiensi energi sepanjang life cycle proyek, penerapan konsep tersebut tentunya dapat menurunkan biaya operasional mencapai 10% dan dapat mengurangi biaya pemeliharan sebanyak 20 % dari sebelumnya (Mita Defitri, 2023). Diperlukan identifikasi setiap tahapan pada bagunan retrofit green building untuk dapat memaksimalkan permasalahan biaya awal yang dibutuhkan pada pelaksanaan bangunan green retrofit masjid. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis komponen biaya green retrofit dengan metode Life cycle cost (LCC) dengan mempertimbangkan risiko dominan pada tahapan green retrofit bangunan masjid untuk dapat mengetahui kinerja investasi. Hasil dari analisis tersebut menghasilkan kinerja investasi masing-masing integrasinya terhadap risiko dominan yang akan menjadi keputusan investasi.

Based on the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 of 2021 concerning the Implementation Regulations of Law Number 28 of 2002 concerning Building Buildings in article 107 of the Technical Standards for the implementation of Green Building Buildings imposed on new buildings and existing buildings, worship buildings are buildings with Building category class 9b with an area above 10,000m2. The mosque building in its function is a means of worship that requires comfort in worship. The comfort value needed is some aspects of the fulfillment of green values in the mosque building. In the case study object studied, this mosque building is a retrofit building with the concept of green building and has been edge certified and not yet certified by the Greenship Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). The application of the green building retrofit concept to the building requires higher initial costs compared to other ordinary buildings. However, with the concept of green building that focuses on energy efficiency throughout the life cycle of the project, the application of the concept can certainly reduce operational costs by 10% and can reduce maintenance costs by 20% from before (Mita Defitri, 2023). It is necessary to identify each stage in the green building retrofit to be able to maximize the initial cost problems required in the implementation of the mosque green retrofit building. Therefore, this research analyzes the cost components of green retrofits with the Life cycle cost (LCC) method by considering the dominant risks at the green retrofit stage of the mosque building to determine investment performance. The results of the analysis result in the investment performance of each integration of the dominant risk which will become an investment decision."
