"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan employee engagement melalui persepsi terhadap umpan balik dengan implementasi "coaching clinic at work" pada karyawan PT X. penelitian ini tergolong action research dengan desain before-after study melalui program intervensi "coaching clinic at work". Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan kuantitatif.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek mediasi komitmen afektif pada hubungan persepsi karyawan terhadap dukungan organisasi dan intensi meninggalkan organisasi. Sampel penelitian melibatkan 96 Customer Service Officer CSO inbound Contact Center X Jakarta yang bergerak di bidang jasa layanan kebutuhan daya listrik. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan Hayes rsquo;s PROCESS macro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen afektif terbukti memediasi hubungan antar kedua variabel tersebut. Dengan demikian, intervensi terhadap peningkatan persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi perlu dilakukan agar dapat meningkatkan komitmen afektif dan menurunkan intensi meninggalkan organisasi. Bentuk rancangan yang disusun berupa peningkatan keterampilan atasan dalam memberikan umpan balik kinerja efektif untuk CSO inbound.
This study aims to investigate the mediating effect of affective commitment in the relationship between perceived organizational support and turnover intention. Data were collected from inbound Customer Service Officer CSO Contact Center X Jakarta which operating in service of electricity needs N 96 . Data were analyzed using Hayes PROCESS macro. Results showed that affective commitment mediated the relationship on that two variables so one practice to increase perceived organizational support is offered in order to increase affective commitment and reduce turnover intention. The intervention was designed to increase supervisor skill in giving effective performance feedback for inbound CSOs."

"Work engagement merupakan tren baru dalam positive psychology yang mulai muncul di kalangan akademisi karena psikologi dikritik lebih banyak membahas mental illness daripada mental wellness. Melihat berbagai dampak positif work engagement terutama agar perusahaan mendapatkan usaha lebih dari Generasi Y dan kebutuhan Generasi Y untuk mendapatkan feedback dan dukungan lainnya dari coach agar engaged ke pekerjaan, maka peneliti ingin meneliti hubungan antara managerial coaching dan work engagement pada karyawan Generasi Y. Sebagai penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dari 156 responden Generasi Y dari berbagai sektor industri di Jakarta dan sekitarnya.
Hasil korelasi Pearson menunjukkan bahwa persepsi terhadap managerial coaching memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan work engagement, yaitu r (162) = 0.430, p< 0.01. Berdasarkan analisis dengan dimensi-dimensi work engagement, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara managerial coaching dengan dimensi semangat, dedikasi, dan absorpsi.

Work engagement is a new construct in positive psychology and became concern in academic researchers because psychology was criticized for mostly discussing mental illness than mental wellness. Work engagement has positive impacts, especially to help company get the most from Generation Y, and because Generation Y needs feedback, supports from coaches to make them engaged, this research examine the relationship between managerial coaching and work engagement in Generation Y employees. As a quantitative study, the methodology used in this study is questionnaire to get data from 156 Generation Y from several industries in Jakarta and cities around Jakarta.
The result of Pearson correlation shows that managerial coaching has positive significant relationship with work engagement in Generation Y, r (162) = 0.430, p < 0.01. The analysis also showed that there is a positive significant relationship between managerial coaching and the dimensions of work engagement, which are vigor, dedication, and absorption.

"Pada era disruptif seperti sekarang ini, mengharuskan perusahaan perlu memiliki sumber daya manusia yang unggul serta berupaya untuk dapat mengoptimalkan job performance para karyawannya. Job performance dapat ditingkatkan dari adanya pengaruh employee engagement dan employee psychological wellbeing. Tujuand ari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement terhadap job performance melalui mediasi employee psychological wellbeing sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT Mitra Kiara Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menyebarkan kuesioner Google Form kepada 117 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap di PT Mitra Kiara Indonesia yang sudah bekerja minimal selama enam bulan dengan Teknik penarikan sampel berupa total sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi sederhana, uji interaksi, dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara employee engagement dan job performance melalui mediasi employee psychological wellbeing. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa employee engagement mampu mememngaruhi secara positif kepada employee psychological wellbeing yang memicu peningkatan job performance secara signifikan.

In a disruptive era like today, companies need to have superior human resources and strive to optimize their employees' job performance. Job performance can be enhanced by influencing employee engagement and employee psychological wellbeing. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of employee engagement on job performance through mediation of employee psychological wellbeing as a mediating variable for PT Mitra Kiara Indonesia employees. This research uses a quantitative approach and distributes a Google Form questionnaire to 117 respondents who are permanent employees at PT Mitra Kiara Indonesia who have worked for a minimum of six months using a sampling technique in the form of total sampling. Data analysis was carried out using simple regression analysis, interaction tests, and Sobel tests. The research results show that there is an influence between employee engagement and job performance through mediation of employee psychological wellbeing. This research proves that employee engagement can positively influence employee psychological wellbeing which triggers increased job performance significantly."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work-life balance terhadap employee engagement pada milenial PT XYZ melalui persepsi kepuasan kerja. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dan studi pustaka dari penelitian dengan topik sejenis yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 102 responden, dan diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement, dan work-life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil analisis kausal step yang dilakukan, kepuasan kerja dapat dikatakan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan work-life balance dengan employee engagement yang bersifat parsial dan signifikan.

This study aims to examine the effect of work-life balance on employee engagement at PT XYZ millennials through perceptions of job satisfaction. The research technique used was survey and literature study of research with similar topics that had been done previously. The sample used in this study amounted to 102 respondents, and obtained using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of regression tests that have been conducted, it shows that work-life balance has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee engagement, and work-life balance has a significant effect on employee engagement. Then based on the results of the causal step analysis carried out, job satisfaction can be said to be a mediating variable in the work-life balance relationship with employee engagement which is partial and significant.

"Extrinsic Compensation merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam sebuah perusahaan. Dari segi lain, Engagement yang merupakan suatu bentuk keterikatan karyawan secara emosional terhadap pekerjaannya juga mempunyai peran penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan agar lebih optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Extrinsic Compensation terhadap Employee Performance dan menganalisis peran Engagement sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap hubungan antara Extrinsic Compensation dan Employee Performance pada karyawan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatif dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap non manajerial di PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasional 1 Jakarta. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner yaitu sebanyak 80 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan software IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) for Windows versi 20. Hasil yang ditemukan bahwa Extrinsic Compensation dan Engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan Employee Performance pada karyawan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).

Extrinsic Compensation is one factor that can improve employee performance in a company. From another perspective, Engagement which is a form of emotional attachment of employees to their work also has an important role in improving employee performance so that it is more optimal. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Extrinsic Compensation on Employee Performance and to analyze the role of Engagement as a mediating variable on the relationship between Extrinsic Compensation and Employee Performance of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) employees. This research is an explanatory research and uses a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were non-managerial permanent employees at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area 1 Jakarta. Data obtained from distributing questionnaires, namely as many as 80 respondents. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) software for Windows version 20. The results found that Extrinsic Compensation and Engagement had a positive effect on increasing Employee Performance for PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) employees."

"Berdasarkan studi awal, diketahui bahwa karyawan unit Area PT X merasa kurang puas dengan proses komunikasi yang terjalin dengan atasan sehingga berdampak pada penurunan kinerja. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya kualitas umpan balik dari atasan karena atasan belum mengetahui cara memberikan umpan balik secara efektif kepada anggota tim. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua studi yaitu Studi 1 dengan desain korelasional dan Studi 2 dengan desain pretest-posttest. Studi 1 bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi terkait kualitas umpan balik dan kepuasan terhadap komunikasi pengawasan pada karyawan unit Area PT X. Pengambilan data Studi 1 dilakukan kepada 230 karyawan unit Area PT X menggunakan kuesioner persepsi terkait kualitas umpan balik dari Steelman, Levy, & Snell (2004) dan kuesioner kepuasan terhadap komunikasi pengawasan dari Ramirez (2012). Hasil Studi 1 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara persepsi terkait kualitas umpan balik dan kepuasan terhadap komunikasi pengawasan (r = 0.364, p < 0.01). Selanjutnya, hasil tersebut ditindaklanjuti pada Studi 2 dengan memberikan intervensi pelatihan pemberian umpan balik kepada 9 Facility Manager di unit Area PT X. Studi 2 bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas intervensi tersebut dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan manajer terkait proses pemberian umpan balik secara efektif kepada anggota tim. Hasil Studi 2 menunjukkan bahwa sesudah pelatihan, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan pada manajer dalam memberikan umpan balik secara efektif dengan peningkatan sebesar 45% (t = -7.031, p < 0.05). Dengan demikian, hasil ini dapat menjadi dasar peningkatan persepsi terkait kualitas umpan balik dan kepuasan terhadap komunikasi pengawasan pada karyawan unit Area PT X.

Based on preliminary study, employees of unit Area PT X were found not satisfied with communication established with their superiors, resulted in decreased performance. This is due to lack of feedback quality provided by superiors because they do not know how to provide effective feedback to team members. This research was conducted in two studies which Study 1 represents correlational design and Study 2 represents pretest- posttest design. Study 1 aims to determine relationship between perceived feedback quality and satisfaction with supervisory communication among employees of unit Area PT X. Study 1 was conducted on 230 employees of unit Area PT X using perceived feedback quality questionnaire from Steelman, Levy, & Snell (2004) and satisfaction with supervisory communication questionnaire from Ramirez (2012). Results of Study 1 indicated that there was significant and positive relationship between perceived feedback quality and satisfaction with supervisory communication (r = 0.364, p < 0.01). Furthermore, these results were followed up in Study 2 by providing feedback training intervention to 9 Facility Managers in unit Area PT X. Study 2 aims to determine effectiveness of interventions in increasing manager's knowledge about how to give feedback effectively to team members. Results of Study 2 showed that after training, there was significant increase in managers’ knowledge about how to give an effective feedback, with an increase of 45% (t = -7.031, p < 0.05). Thus, these results can be the basic step for increasing perceived feedback quality and satisfaction with supervisory communication on employees of unit Area PT X."

"Work engagement penting untuk dimiliki oleh para pekerja, di mana hal ini dapat
dipengaruhi oleh berbagai macam faktor, beberapa diantaranya melalui penerapan
learning organization dengan memberikan kesempatan bagi pekerja untuk berkembang,
ataupun dengan employee resilience agar pekerja dapat menciptakan energi yang positif.
Perusahaan perlu untuk memperhatikan bagaimana work engagement yang dimiliki oleh
pekerja agar tujuan perusahaan ataupun individu tetap tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk menganalisis pengaruh learning organization terhadap work engagement melalui
variabel employee resilience sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan
kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk datanya diolah lebih lanjut. Penelitian
ini menggunakan teknik census, dimana kuesioner disebar kepada seluruh pekerja PT
ABC yang berjumlah 150 orang dan kuesioner yang kembali dan terisi berjumlah 105
responden. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS (Structural
Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) dengan pengolahan data menggunakan
software IBM SPSS Statistics 20 dan SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil dari penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa employee resilience mampu memediasi hubungan antara learning
organization dan work engagement secara positif dan signifikan. Selain itu, seluruh
hubungan antar variabel juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan satu sama
lain.

Work engagement is important to employee, where this can be influenced by
various factors, which are through implementing a learning organization by providing
opportunities for employees to develop, or by employee resilience so that workers can
create positive energy. Employees who have high work engagement will have dedication
to their work and will show good performance. Therefore, companies need to give more
attention to how work engagement is owned by employees in order to achieve company
or individual goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of learning organization on
work engagement through employee resilience as a mediating variable. This study used
a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires for further processing of the data.
This study used a census technique, in which questionnaires were distributed to all 150
employees of PT ABC and 105 respondents returned and filled out the questionnaires.
The hypothesis was tested using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial
Least Square) with data processing using IBM SPSS Statistics 20 and SmartPLS 3.2.9
software. The results of this study indicate that employee resilience is positive and
significant to mediate the relationship between learning organization and work
engagement. In addition, all the variable also has a positive and significant relationship
on one another.
