"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Rini bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan fungsi apoteker pengelola apotek (APA) di apotek dan memahami kegiatan di apotek baik secara teknis kefarmasian maupun non teknis kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul rekapitulasi dan pengkajian peresepan obat Nistatin pada bulan Maret 2013 di Apotek Rini. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan obat Nistatin dan kerasionalan dalam peresepan Nistatin di Apotek Rini.

Pharmacist internship program at Rini Pharmacy aims to understand duties and functions of pharmacist there and to study the technical and non-technical activities conducted in pharmacy. The title of the special task is recapitulation and review of Nistatin prescription in March 2013 at Rini Pharmacy. The purpose of th special task is to know the use of Nistatin and the rationalityof Nistatin Prescription in Rini Pharmacy."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Rini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan-kegiatan di apotek secara umum sebagai bekal untuk menghadapi dunia kerja apotek, serta mengetahui dan memahami fungsi dan tugas profesi apoteker di apotek dalam melakukan kegiatan teknis dan non teknis kefarmasian. Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah total dan persentase peresepan yang mengandung ezetimibe pada periode bulan Juli 2013 di Apotek Rini, serta mengkaji peresepan tersebut dari sisi kerasionalan resep.

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Rini Rawamangun bertujuan untuk memahami serta menerapkan peran dan tugas apoteker di apotek, dan juga memahami kegiatan pengelolaan apotek baik secara teknis kefarmasian maupun non-teknis kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa kegiatan mengkaji peresepan laksatif selama bulan Maret 2014 di Apotek Rini. Beberapa hal yang dianalisis, antara lain total jumlah obat laksatif yang paling sering diresepkan untuk pasien dewasa maupun pediatri, kemudian dianalisis tingkat keamanan dan kerasionalan obat-obat laksatif yang sering diresepkan untuk pasien pediatri tersebut, ditinjau dari regimen dosis, cara pakai, dan efek samping.

Apothecary Professional Practice in Apotek Rini Rawamangun is intended for apothecary students to understand and apply the roles and duties of pharmacists in pharmacies and have insight of pharmacies management in both technical and non-technical pharmaceutical activities. Specific assignment is given in the form of reviewing laxative prescriptions during the month of March 2014 at Apotek Rini. Several things that need to be reviewed are the total amount of commonly prescribed laxative drugs for adult and pediatric patients. Furthermore, the level of safety and rationalization of laxative drugs which are often prescribed for the pediatric patients are analyzed, in terms of dosage regiment, administration route, and side effects."

"Apotek adalah tempat dilakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dan penyaluran sediaan farmasi serta perbekalan kesehatan lainnya kepada masyarakat. Apotek menjadi salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan untuk mewujudkan tercapainya derajat kesehatan yang optimal bagi masyarakat. Saat ini, pelayanan kefarmasian yang dilakukan dalam Apotek telah mengalami pergeseran orientasi dari obat ke pasien yang mengacu kepada Pharmaceutical Care. Sebagai konsekuensi nya, Apoteker dituntut meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan perilaku agar dapat melaksanakan interaksi langsung baik kepada pasien maupun kepada tenaga kesehatan lain. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan pada 16 September - 25 Oktober 2013 di Apotek SamMarie Basra guna memberikan perbekalan bagi para calon Apoteker untuk menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari selama masa kuliah secara praktis dan langsung kepada pasien di Apotek. Kegiatan PKPA tersebut memberikan pengetahuan langsung mengenai peran dan fungsi Apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian dan pengelolaan Apotek.

Pharmacy is a place where do pharmacy work and distribution of pharmaceutical and other medical supplies to the public. Pharmacy became one of health care facility to realize the achievement of optimal health status for the community. Currently, pharmaceutical services are performed in the pharmacy has undergone a shift in the orientation of the drug to patients who are referred to the Pharmaceutical Care. As a consequence, Pharmacist required to increase the knowledge, skills, and behaviors in order to carry out the direct interaction to patients either to other health professionals. Pharmacists Internship Program (PIP) conducted on September 16 to October 25, 2013 at the SamMarie Basra Pharmacy to provide supplies for prospective pharmacists to apply the knowledge they have learned during the course in a practical and direct to patients in pharmacies. The PIP activities provide direct knowledge of the role and functions of pharmacists in pharmaceutical care and pharmacy management."
