Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persiapan dalam penyusunan dan revisi spesifikasi dan metode analisa bahan baku dan produk jadi di PT. Actavis Indonesia.

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Proses Packaging Development di bagian departemen supply chain di PT. Astrazeneca Indonesia. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memahami proses pengendalian perubahan terhadap bahan kemas lokal (local packaging development).

Astrazeneca Indonesia. This particular task aims to understand the process of controlling changes to the packaging materials locally (local packaging development)."

Therefore, the University of Indonesia in cooperation with PT. SamMarie Tramedifa implement PKPA, on June 17th-July 12th, 2013 and July 29th to August 16th, 2013."

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Identifikasi dan Kategorisasi Kesesuaian Jenis pada Dokumen Mutu PT. Novartis Indonesia dengan Pedoman Registrasi Variasi. Tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah untuk Megidentifikasi kesesuaian dan mengkategorisasikan jenis perubahan yang tertera pada dokumen mutu perusahan dengan pedoman perubahan registrasi variasi yang tertera pada Peraturan Tata laksana registrasi obat yang diatur oleh Badan POM.

Pharmacist Internship Program at PT. Novartis Indonesia was aimed to provide knowledge and understanding about Pharmacist role as Drug Regulatory Affairs at PT. Novartis Indonesia in new drug registration procedure, registered drug variation registration and expired drug registration number re-registration. The specific assignment given was titled Identification and Categorization of Variation Type Conformance in PT. Novartis Indonesia Quality Document with Variation Registration Guideline. The specific assignment was aimed to identified the conformance and categorize the variation type which written in company quality document with Indonesia National Agency of Drug and Food Control variation registration guideline."

"Apoteker merupakan salah satu tenaga inti dalam industri farmasi yang turut berperan dalam menghasilkan obat yang bermutu, aman, dan berkhasiat. "Pharmacists Professional Practice at Rini Pharmacy aims to understand the duties and functions of pharmacists pharmacy manager (APA) in pharmacies and pharmacist understand the activities in both technical and non-technical pharmacy activity. Special task given study titled Prescribing ivabradine in January 2013 at the Rini Pharmacy. The purpose of this special task is to determine the percentage of prescriptions containing ivabradine with trade name Coralan in January 2013 at the Rini pharmacy and find out prescription containing irrational prescribing of ivabradine at the Rini pharmacy.

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Kajian Peresepan Ivabradine pada Bulan januari 2013 di Apotek Rini. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui persentase peresepan obat yang mengandung ivabradine dengan nama dagang Coralan® pada bulan Januari 2013 di Apotek Rini dan mengetahui kerasionalan peresepan yang mengandung ivabradine."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Endeh bertujuan untuk menambah dan memperluas pengetahuan secara langsung mengenai peran apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek, memberi pemahaman kepada calon apoteker mengenai peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker Pengelola Apotek di apotek serta mempelajari cara mengelola apotek yang baik dengan mengikuti kegiatan rutin apotek, manajemen, organisasi dan pelayanan kesehatan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Peraturan Perundang - Undangan Obat Narkotika di Apotek. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini yaitu untuk melihat apakah peraturan perundangundangan tentang narkotika masih relevan atau tidak saat ini di apotek.

Pharmacist Internship Program at Endeh Pharmacy aim to increase and expand knowledge directly the role of the pharmacist in pharmaceutical service in pharmacy, giving insight to prospective pharmacists about the roles, duties and responsibilities of Pharmacists Pharmacy Manager (APA) at a pharmacy as well as learn how to manage a good pharmacy by following the routine pharmacy, management, organization and health services. Special assignment given entitled constitutional policy of narcotic drug in pharmacy. The aim of special assignment to see whether the constitutional policy of narcotics are still relevant or not currently in pharmacy."

"Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan bagian dari sistem pelayanan kesehatan, termasuk didalamnya pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Dalam mengelola apotek, diperlukan seorang Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola apotek baik secara teknis kefarmasian maupun non teknis kefarmasian. Untuk dapat melaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian ini, seorang calon apoteker tidak hanya membutuhkan bekal pendidikan dan pengetahuan, akan tetapi juga penerapan ilmu yang telah didapatkan selama masa kuliah dalam hal pengelolaan apotek. Oleh sebab itu, dilakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Erra Medika pada 17 Juni – 12 Juli dan 29 Juli – 16 Agustus 2013. Tugas Khusus dengan judul “Label Informasi Obat Sediaan Selain Sediaan Padat Oral di Apotek Erra Medika” bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi tambahan yang harus diberikan kepada pasien yang menggunakan obat sediaan selain sediaan padat oral di Apotek Erra Medika.

In managing the pharmacy, needed a pharmacists pharmacy manager that responsible for managing both technical and non-technical pharmacy activity.
