"ABSTRAK
Balairung Hotel Jakarta merupakan salah satu etnik hotel, yang bertaraf internasional
di Jakarta. Jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Jakarta yang kian meningkat, tidak
diimbangi dengan jumlah tamu yang menginap di Balairung Hotel Jakarta terutama
pada saat weekend dan hari libur, yang disebabkan oleh banyaknya jumlah hotel di
Jakarta. Sehingga pihak manajemen perlu meninjau kembali strategi pemasarannya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh
Balairung Hotel Jakarta dan menemukan alternative strategi untuk menaikkan tingkat
hunian Balairung Hotel Jakarta.
Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus,.
Analisa lingkungan perusahaan dengan analisis SWOT, analisis lingkungan eksternal
menggunakan matriks EFE dan lingkungan internal menggunakan matriks IFE, kedua
hasil analisis digabungkan dalam matriks IE. Responden dalam penelitian ini meliputi
manajemen puncak yang berjumlah tujuh orang yang membawahi tiap tiap divisi
pada organisasi Balairung Hotel Jakarta.
Hasil analisis faktor lingkungan eksternal dan faktor lingkungan dalam matriks IE
menunjukkan Balairung Hotel Jakarta berada pada posisi kuadran I yaitu tumbuh
dan berkembang (grow and develop). Alternatif strategi pemasaran yang bisa
diterapkan adalah strategi penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar, dan pengembangan
produk.

ABSTRACT
Jakarta Balairung Hotel is one of the ethnic hotels considered as an international
level hotel located in Jakarta. The number of visitors which is increasing rapidly
moreover when it comes to the weekends and holidays is as unequal as the
number of guests who stay in Jakarta Balairung Hotel. This condition is caused by
the numerous hotels located in Jakarta. Therefore, the management party of
Jakarta Balairung Hotel needs to re-observe the marketing strategy is being used.
This research aims to examine the marketing strategy applied by Jakarta
Balairung Hotel’s management and find out the alternative marketing strategy and
marketing plan to increase the number of customers in Jakarta Balairung Hotel.
This research uses a qualitative research method with case study as the approach.
The result of company environmental analysis by using SWOT analysis method
will be combined in IE matrix with the analysis of external environmental factors
by using EFE matrix and the analysis of internal environmental factors by using
IFE matrix. The respondents of this research are the top managements with the
total number of seven persons. Each person is responsible for each division in
organizational structure of Jakarta Balairung Hotel.
The result of external and internal environmental factors analysis in IE matrix
shows that Jakarta Balairung Hotel is stated in quadrant I which belongs to the
‘grow and develop’ level. The alternative marketing strategy that can be applied
in Jakarta Balairung Hotel is market penetration strategy, market development
strategy, and product development strategy."

"Tenun ikat Sintang is one of the traditional products whose existence is threatenedwith extinction. The purpose of this study explains how Sintang community’s strategiesand local governments respond to these threats through policy and cooperation in thedevelopment of weaving products. This study used library method and fieldobservations. Interviews were conducted with artisans, private organizations (NGO) andlocal governments. The results of this study were variety of efforts such as the developmentof human resources artisans, provision of raw materials, product diversification, the provisionof the means of production and marketing. In order for this strategy to work well it needed theintervention of authorities and institution such as non-governmental organizations suchand the local government. Despite efforts towards the developmen had been done,the problems still remain especially in the supply of raw materials on natural resources inthe forest as well as marketing as the effect of high production costs that make the Ikatweaving more expensive."

"Tenun Ikat Sintang merupakan salah satu produk tradisional yang keberadaannyaterancam punah. Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana strategi masyarakat Sintangdan pemerintah daerah merespon ancaman ini melalui kebijakan dan kerja sama dalampengembangan produk tenun ikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif denganmelakukan wawancara dan pengamatan di lapangan serta didukung dengan studikepustakaan. Subyek penelitian adalah para perajin, lembaga swadaya masyarakat, danPemerintah Daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan berjalandengan baik dan diperlukan keterlibatan pihak lain seperti yayasan dan Pemerintah Daerah.Walaupun pengembangan telah dilakukan, masih ada hambatan yang belum terselesaikanterutama dalam penyediaan bahan baku dari tumbuh-tumbuhan alam yang ada di hutandan dalam bidang pemasaran yang disebabkan tingginya biaya produksi sehingga membuatharga tenun ikat menjadi mahal."

"Penelitian ini menguji dimensi E-service quality terhadap e-satisfaction melalui experiential value sebagai variabel mediasi pada Zalora Indonesia. Dimensi E-service quality yang digunakan adalah efficiency, fullfillments, system availability, privacy, responsiveness and trust. Dimensi experiential value diadopsi dari tipologi experiential value yang terdiri aesthetics, playfullness and customer return on investment (CROI). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana data dan informasi yang dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan kuesioner online dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis multivariat, dengan menggunakan analisis jalur dan Uji Sobel SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-service quality memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan kuat terhadap e-satisfaction melalui experiential value sebagai variabel mediasi.

This study examines the dimensions of e-service quality toward esatisfaction through experiential value as mediating variable on Zalora Indonesia. The dimensions of e-service quality has been used is efficiency, fullfillments, system availability, privacy, responsiveness and trust. Experiential value dimensions adopted from tipology experiential value that consist of aesthetics, playfullness and customer return on investment (CROI). This research uses a quantitative approach, in which data and information were collected through surveys with the tools of online questionnaire and bibliographical studies. Analysis technique of the data used is multivariate analysis, using path analysis and Sobel Test on SPSS. The results showed that e-service quality has a significant and strong effect toward e-satisfaction through experiential value as a mediating variable.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari penerapan PSAK 50 dan 55 (revisi 2006) dan PBI No.14/15/PBI/2012 terhadap tingkat manajemen laba pada perbankan publik di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini adalah bank publik yang tercatat pada BEI antara tahun 2009 hingga 2013. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan positif signifikan dari penerapan awal PSAK 50 dan 55 (revisi 2006) pada tahun 2010 dan 2011. Tingkat manajemen laba berkurang setelah dikeluarkannya PBI No.14/15/PBI/2012. Ini menandakan bahwa penerapan PSAK 50 dan 55 (revisi 2006) membutuhkan waktu adaptasi bagi perbankan dalam menerapkannya. Ketika sebuah regulasi baru telah dikeluarkan, perbankan dianggap telah menerapkan secara penuh menerapkan PSAK tersebut dan telah beradaptasi dengan standar tersebut sehingga tingkat manajemen laba berkurang pada tahun 2013.

The purpose of this research is to find whether the PSAK 50 and 55 (revised 2006) and The Regulation of Bank Indonesia No. 14/15/PBI/2012 will affect Earning Management significantly in public banking. Sample of this research consist public bankings that are listed in BEI from 2009 untio 2013 The results showed a significant positive differences from the initial application of PSAK 50 and 55 ( revised 2006 ) in 2010 and 2011. The level of earnings management is reduced after the issuance of PBI No.14 / 15 / PBI / 2012 . This signifies that the application of PSAK 50 and 55 ( revised 2006 ) requires the adaptation time for banks to implement . When a new regulation has been issued, the bank is deemed to have fully adopted PSAK apply and have adapted to these standards so that the level of earnings management was reduced in 2013.

"Dalam kondisi buruk yang terjadi pada petani garam desa Rawaurip akibat pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini berdampak pada ketahanan usaha petani garam. Dari dampak yang diterima oleh petani garam mereka harus beradaptasi dengan realita berdasarkan modal sosial yang mereka miliki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Menganalisis ketahanan usaha petani garam (2) Menganalisis unsur-unsur modal sosial di lingkungan petani garam (3) Menganalisis peran modal sosial terhadap ketahanan usaha petani garam (4) Menganalisis strategi adaptasi petani garam dalam menghadapi pandemi covid-19 dengan mempertimbangkan ketahanan usaha dan modal sosial. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ketika terjadi kondisi yang sulit seperti harga garam yang murah yaitu Rp. 300,-/kg. Pada petani garam melakukan ketahanan usaha dianataranya, (1) hope, sebagian petani garam menggunakan metode geomembran untuk memperbaiki kualitas (2) problem solving, negoisasi dengan pemilik tambak garam, (3) toughness, meminimalisisr modal untuk bertani garam. Ditambah lagi,ketahanan usaha ini berlandaskan modalssosial Putnam yaitu, (1) hope petani garam begitu erat dengan kepercayaan yang dimiliki oleh petani garam, norma yang dijunjung, (2)Problem solving petani garam sangat erat dengan adanya jaringan sosial antar petani garam, dan (3)toughness berkaitan dengan norma dan jaringan sosial. Selanjutnya, petani garam melakuan strategi adaptasi diantaranya, (1) strategi aktif, bekerja diluar petani garam, (2) strategi pasif, membatasi pengeluaran, dan (3) strategi jaringan, berhutang pada teman dan negosiasi dengan pemilik tambak. 

The bad conditions that have occurred to salt farmers in Rawaurip villaga due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This has an impact on the resilience of salt farmers' businesses. From the impacts received by salt farmers, they must adapt to reality based on the social capital they have. The aims of this research are (1) to analyze the business resilience of salt farmers (2) to analyze the elements of social capital in the salt farmers' environment (3) to analyze the role of social capital in the resilience of salt farmers' businesses (4) to analyze the adaptation strategies of salt farmers in dealing with the covid-19 pandemic. 19 taking into account business resilience and social capital. This research method was carried out using a qualitative approach with interview and observation methods. The results of the study show that when difficult conditions occur, such as low salt prices, namely Rp. 300,-/kg. Among the salt farmers doing business resilience are, (1) hope, some salt farmers use the geomembrane method to improve quality (2) problem solving, negotiations with salt pond owners, (3) toughness, minimizing capital for salt farming. In addition, the resilience of this business is based on Putnam's social capital, namely, (1) the hope of salt farmers is so close to the trust that is owned by salt farmers, norms that are upheld, (2) Problem solving of salt farmers is very close to the existence of social networks between salt farmers, and (3) toughness related to norms and social networks. Furthermore, salt farmers carry out adaptation strategies including, (1) active strategies, working outside salt farmers, (2) passive strategies, limiting spending, and (3) network strategies, owing to friends and negotiating with pond owners. "

"ABSTRAK
Sumber daya merupakan komponen penting bagi suatu organisasi dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya. Kesadaran akan kepemilikan sumber daya serta alokasi sumber daya yang optimal sangat berperan untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal. BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN memiliki sejumlah sumber daya yang unik yang membedakan dengan pelaku usaha layanan produk dan jasa teknologi dirgantara yang lain. Kepemilikan serta penggunaan sumber daya dan kapabilitas BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN secara efisien akan memunculkan peluang besar bagi organisasi agar dapat beroperasi secara ekonomis dan baik untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Untuk mempertahankan kinerja yang unggul dalam bisnis layanan produk dan jasa teknologi dirgantara, maka BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN harus memiliki faktor-faktor yang mampu membuatnya sulit untuk ditiru oleh pesaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lingkungan internal BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN melalui pendekatan Resource-Based View (RBV) dengan mengetahui sumber daya dan kapabilitas melalui analisis rantai nilai (value chain) dan dalam upaya merumuskan strategi keunggulan kompetitif bisnis menggunakan kerangka kerja VRIO, yang terdiri dari bernilai (value), langka atau sulit didapatkan (rare), tidak mudah ditiru (imperfectly imitable), dan terorganisasi dengan baik oleh perusahaan (organization). Pendekatan RBV ini dapat mengidentifikasi sumber daya dan kapabilitas yang berpotensi sebagai kekuatan internal perusahaan untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sumber daya (resources) dan kapabilitas (capabilities) yang dimiliki BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN dan teridentifikasi sebagai sumber keunggulan berjumlah 24 sumber daya dan 28 kapabilitas. Berdasarkan pengujian menggunakan kerangka VRIO diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat 9 sumber daya dan 10 kapabilitas yang mampu memberikan keunggulan kompetitif bagi bisnis produk dan layanan yang dijalankan oleh BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN.

ABSTRACT
Resources are essential components for an organization in carrying out its business activities. Awareness of resource ownership and optimal resource allocation was instrumental to achieve maximum results. BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN has a number of unique resources differenta from other businesses competitors. Ownership and use of resources and capabilities efficiently BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN will bring great opportunities for organizations to operate in an economical and good for achieving a competitive advantage. To maintain superior performance in business services aerospace technology products and services, the BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN must have factors that could make it difficult to be imitated by competitors. This study aimed to analyze the internal environment through an approach BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN Resource-Based View (RBV) to determine the resources and capabilities through the value chain analysis (value-chain analysis) and in an effort to formulate strategies competitive advantage VRIO business use framework, which comprises of worth (value), rare or difficult to obtain (rare), not easily imitated (imperfectly imitable), and well organized by the company (organization). The RBV approach can identify resources and capabilities as a potential internal power companies to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method of case studies. The results show the resources (resources) and capability (capabilities) that are owned BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN and identified as a source of excellence resource totaling 24 and 28 capabilities. Based on testing using the framework VRIO result that there are 9 resources and 10 capabilities that can provide a competitive advantage for the business products and services that are run by BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN.
