"Meningkatnya perkembangan industri telekomunikasi, termasuk didalamnya perusahaan penyedia menara telekomunikasi mengharuskan perusahaan menyelesaikan proyek pembangunan menara sesuai dengan yang diinginkan pelanggan. Metodologi Business Process Engineering (BPR) digunakan untuk mempersingkat waktu pengadaan dengan bantuan metode IDEF0, peta proses melalui wawancara dan Forum Group Discussion dengan enam orang pakar. Dengan metode Elimination, Simplify, Integration, Automation, penelitian ini menghasilkan As-Is dan To-Be proses pengadaan pada proyek pembangunan menara dan dapat mempersingkat waktu proses empat puluh enam persen.

Business Process Reengineering methodology used to shorten the time of the procurement with the help of the IDEF0 method, mapping the process through interviews and forum group discussions with six experts. With Elimination, Simplify, Integration, Automation method, this research resulted in As-Is and To-Be processes in project procurement and construction of the tower can be shorten processing time up to fourty percent."

"Pada saat KKKS (Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama) ingin menjalankan sebuah proyek maka diharuskan untuk mengajukan usulan dokumen usulan yaitu AFE (Authorization For Expenditure) kepada BPMIGAS. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memonitoring kegiatan KKKS, data yang ada dalam dokumen tersebut akan mencangkup mengenai pengerjaan proyek tersebut seperti informasi lengkap KKKS mengenai kegiatan yang diusulkan, mengetahui rincian biaya proyek, pengandalian biaya, pertahapan proyek dan pemeriksaan keuangan. Dari banyaknya dokumen yang akan diperiksa tentunya acap kali sering terjadi keterlambatan dalam proses pemeriksaan sehingga perlunya perubahan dalam bisnis proses lama menjadi bisnis proses yang baru yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses pemeriksaan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode BPR (Business Process Reengineering). Dalam proses perekayasaan ulang tersebut nantinya akan dibantu oleh Sistem Informasi untuk memudahkan dalam memonitor pergerakan tahapan untuk setiap dokumen usulan.

AFE (Authorization For Expenditure) is the proposal document to BPMIGAS when KKKS (Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama) want to run a project. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang perbaikan proses pengolahan data menjadi reporting insight data yang akan digunakan perusahaan untuk melakukan monitoring terhadap risiko dan kondisi terkini perusahaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Business Process Reengineering (BPR) untuk mempercepat waktu pengolahan data dan mengurangi aktivitas yang tidak bernilai tambah, sehingga karyawan terkait dapat lebih fokus pada aktivitas yang bernilai tambah. Tujuan penelitian ini sejalan dengan salah satu tujuan perusahaan untuk mencapai operational excellence, dimana perusahaan menjalankan operasional dengan efisien dan efektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini didapatkan 3 usulan skenario perbaikan proses. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa skenario 3 merupakan skenario yang mungkin diaplikasikan pada perusahaan karena menghasilkan efektifitas waktu yang paling tinggi yang didapat dengan kombinasi implementasi dashboard berbasis cloud dengan Ms. Power BI dengan memanfaatkan fitur on-premises data gateway dan proses yang berjalan secara otomatis dengan memanfaatkan implementasi RPA.

This research aims to design improvements to the data processing process into reporting insight data that will be used by companies to monitor the risks and current conditions of the company by using a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) approach to speed up data processing time and reduce non-value added activities, so that employees related activities can focus more on value-added activities. The aim of this research is in line with one of the company's goals to achieve operational excellence, where the company carries out operations efficiently and effectively. Based on the results of this research, 3 proposed process improvement scenarios were obtained. From the research results, it was found that scenario 3 is a scenario that may be applied to companies because it produces the highest time effectiveness obtained by combining the implementation of a cloud-based dashboard with Ms. Power BI utilizes on-premises data gateway features and processes that run automatically by utilizing RPA implementation.

"Skripsi ini membahas langkah-langkah perbaikan proses bisnis dengan menggunakan metode Business Process Reengineering (BPR). Proses bisnis yang menjadi objek adalah finished good quality release di divisi Quality Food Safety. Hasil akhir dari studi ini adalah sebuah strategi bisnis yang merupakan solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi dalam proses ini.Dalam pencapaian solusi, dilakukan proses evaluasi, rekayasa ulang, dan perbaikan sistem ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Untuk memprediksi implementasi perbaikan, digunakan perangkat lunak Oracle®. The focus of this study is to conduct business process improvement using Business Process Reengineering (BPR). The objective process is finished good on time release in Quality Food Safety Division. The deliverable key of this study is some comprehensive business strategies which are the solutions of the root problems.

To achieve the goal, evaluation, reengineering, and improvement the ERP system are conducted. To visualize the predicted implementation, a simulation model is built using software Oracle®. "ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah ketersediaan barang yang dapat menimbulkan keluhan konsumen dengan menggunakan pendekatan Business Process Reengineering pada sebuah perusahaan perdagangan suku cadang otomotif. Dengan memetakan kembali proses bisnis yang terjadi di perusahaan dapat diperoleh sebuah pemahaman yang benar mengenai proses yang terjadi di perusahaan sehingga dapat dilakukan perbaikan. Pendekatan dalam merancang proses bisnis dapat menggunakan pendekatan secara sistematis dan pendekatan clean sheet (menggunakan metode idealisasi). Kedua pendekatan ini dikombinasikan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik. Perbandingan dari proses sekarang dan proses yang dirancang belum memberikan hasil yang maksimal hal ini terjadi karena adanya perbedaan aktivitas antara aktivitas saat ini dengan aktivitas yang dirancang. Perbedaan aktivitas ini menyebabkan perubahan budaya kerja dari budaya kerja administratif ke budaya kerja yang lebih terencana. Kesiapan dukungan sistem informasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk kelancaran implementasi proses bisnis yang baru.

ABSTRACTThis research aims to solve the problem of availability of goods which can lead to consumer complaints using Business Process Reengineering approach on an auto spare parts trading company. By mapping business processes that occurred back in the company can be obtained by a correct understanding of the processes occurring in the company so it can be repaired. Approach in designing business processes can use a systematic approach and a clean sheet approach (using the method of idealization). Both approaches are combined to obtain better results. Comparison of the current process and process designed yet provide maximum results this is the case because of the difference in activity between the current activity with the activities designed. These differences lead to changes in the activity of the working culture of administrative work culture to work culture more planned. Preparedness information system support is needed for the smooth implementation of new business processes."

"Proses pengadaan atau procure-to-pay merupakan proses yang penting bagi perusahaan perkapalan karena berfungsi menyediakan kebutuhan pemeliharaan kapal. Untuk terus dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dan tetap kompetitif, perusahaan perkapalan harus melakukan peningkatan kinerja pada proses pengadaannya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan metode business process re-engineering untuk mencapai perbaikan proses secara signifikan. Unified Modeling Language (UML) digunakan untuk memetakan dan menganalisis proses pengadaan saat ini dan merancang proses pengadaan usulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan proses baru dan strategi bisnis yang didapatkan dari analisis permasalahan yang terjadi dengan melibatkan empat orang ekspert. Untuk menguji efektivitas proses perbaikan yang diusulkan, dibangun subuah model simulasi menggunakan Igrafx. Dengan menggunakan parameter waktu, hasil simulasi penelitian menunjukkan penurunan waktu mencapai 60%.

Procurement process or procure-to-pay is an important process for shipping company because it supplies parts and services for vessel maintenance. In order to fulfil the increasing demand and keep competitive, the shipping company should improve its procurement process. Therefore, this study was developed using business process re-engineering method to improve the procurement process dramatically. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used to map and analyze current business process and design the future process. The outcomes of this study are a new process design and business strategies those was obtained from company problem analysis by involving four experts. To verify the re-engineering design effectiveness, a simulation model is built using Igrafx. By using time as a parameter, the simulation output shows an efficiency up to 60% in the procurement process time."
