"The expansion paradigm of development, its line has determine the direction of health development policies contained in the Medium Term Development Plan (Development Plan)for 2004-2009 in the Health Sector, which was more emphasis on preventive and promotive and empowering families and communities in the health field. One form of community empowerment efforts in the health sector was to develop the UKBM (Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber daya Masyarakat), for teh example, Posyandu-managed and organized from, by, and with society in the implementation of health development, in order to empower and provide convenience to the public in obtaining basic health services, primarily to accelerate the declining in maternal and infant mortality. Posyandu was a vehicle for the integration of Family's Healthy Planning district or village level, conducting five priority programs are: Family Planning, Nutrition, Maternal, and Child health, Immunization and the prevention of diarrhea. This type of research was qualitative and observational design. Population was a whole cadre of posyandu in the region of Bali Province in 2008. Purposive research sample is taken on selected districts are Badung, Gianyar, Klungkung dan Tabanan regency. Qualitative methods as the primary data that is carried out through in-depth interviews to cadres, head of health centers, village midwives, program managers, indigenenous Klian, perbekel (headman), and the public to obtain information about the extent to which the role of cadres and Klian customary in an effort the Health Department. Data is Analyzed descriptively. Yhe role of cadres and traditional Klian is very important in supporting the activities of Posyandu so that people, especially women and children who use the facility will more often come every mont to Posyandu. There is an assumption, that if the mother/society that does not come to a posyandu will get sanctioned or excluded kemayarakatan activities in the area."

"Poverty is one of the main problems in a complex and chronic process of economic development that has no border in time and space dimension. Tabanan Regency, one of the regions with the highest poverty index among other regions has 41.894 people in poverty and Kediri sub-district has a pole position of people in poverty One of the poverty problems to implement poverty alleviation is not optimal because the indicator does not use local specific or the root of the problem. This study aimed to analyze poverty condition in Tabanan Regency includes 1) describing real condition of poverty in Tabanan Regency with Nested Spheres of Poverty; 2) identifying the determinant of poverty in Tabanan Regency; 3) determining strategy of poverty alleviation based onlocal genius. The method used in this study was descriptive-quantitative using poverty index and other statistical descriptive analysis. The area of the study is ten sub-districts in Tabanan Regency: Selemadeg, Kerambitan, Tabanan, Kediri, Marga, Baturiti, Penebel, Pupuan, West Selernadeg, and East Selemadeg. The result of this study is poverty in Tabanan Regency is of moderate category for all aspect of Nested Spheres of Poverty, so poverty problem is still important program to alleviate. Aggregately, the rank priority of poverty is economic, wealth, political, natural resources, knowledge, health, social and infrastructure. The strategy to alleviate poverty in Tabanan Regency is to strengthen the economy, social culture and local institution, mitigating vulnerability of poverty, and sustainabile program for increasing the welfare of the community."

"ABSTRAKCalon Arang ditulis dalam tradisi karya sastra di Bali. Di dalam perjalanan sejarah sastra Bali muncul berbagai teks yang bersumber pada Calon Arang. Ada yang ditulis dengan mempertahankan model asli, ada pula yang ditransformasikan ke dalam karya yang berbeda, yang disesuaikan dengan genre dan pandangan hidup penyair pada zaman lahirnya karya tersebut. Akibatnya, banyak terdapat karya sastra turunan, saduran tentang Calon Arang. Ada Calon Arang berbentuk prosa, ada pula yang berbentuk puisi, yaitu kidung dan geguritan/parikan. Kajian ini bertujuan melacak dan menentukan mata rantai teks Calon Arang prosa yang berasal dari lingkungan pertapaan zaman Gelgel pada abad ke-16, yang dimuat pada teks LOr 5387/5279. Teks tersebut apabila diperbandingkan dengan teks yang lain adalah teks yang lebih tua dari teks kidung dari zaman Gelgel/Klungkung, yang termuat pada teks LOr 4565, dan geguritan Kirtya IVd/1047, karya sastra pada zaman Klungkung abad ke-19. Di dalam suntingan teks Calon Arang, seperti termuat pada LOr 5387/5279, digunakan teori filologi, dan di dalam pengungkapan pelacakan teks digunakan teori sastra yangdisebut intertekstualitas,yang dalam analisisnya berdasarkan pada tataran kode bahasa, sastra, dan budaya.
