Tata ruang pedesaan perkotaan memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan untuk memperbaiki jamban (OR 11.091, 95% CI 6.393-19.240), pengelolaan limbah (OR 85.792, 95% CI 34.679-212.239), air limbah buangan (OR 9.197, 95% CI 5.341-15.835), bersih air (OR 2,988, 95% CI 1.048 - 8.521), dan air minum (OR 0,114 95% CI 0,047-0,279).

Urban rural differences in water and sanitation become a major obstacle for Indonesia to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. In Bengkulu Province, only 39.22% had access to sanitation and 41.08% access to clean water. Socioeconomic differences in urban and rural areas and low access in Bengkulu Province are major problems to ensure improved water and sanitation facilities for all, thus helping to control a large number of infectious diseases. This study aims to describe the differences in urban urban spatial planning in access to improved water and sanitation facilities in Bengkulu Province. Data was obtained from Village Potential 2018 from BPS with 148 samples in each regional category. This study uses a cross-sectional design to describe urban and rural differences for improved access to latrines, waste management, waste water disposal, clean water, drinking water, and structural conditions. The results of this study found that urban areas have better access to better sanitation and water than in rural areas. Urban rural spatial planning has significant differences to improve latrines (OR 11,091, 95% CI 6,393-19,240), waste management (OR 85,792, 95% CI 34,679-212,239), waste water (OR 9,197, 95% CI 5,341-15,835) ), clean water (OR 2.988, 95% CI 1.048-8.521), and drinking water (OR 0.114 95% CI 0.047-0.279)."

"A single mother turns up dead at the bottom of the river that runs through town. Earlier in the summer, a vulnerable teenage girl met the same fate. They are not the first women lost to these dark waters, but their deaths disturb the river and its history, dredging up secrets long submerged. Left behind is a lonely fifteen-year-old girl. Parentless and friendless, she now finds herself in the care of her mother's sister, a fearful stranger who has been dragged back to the place she deliberately ran from--a place to which she vowed she'd never return. With the same propulsive writing and acute understanding of human instincts that captivated millions of readers around the world in her explosive debut thriller, The Girl on the Train, Paula Hawkins delivers an urgent, twisting, deeply satisfying read that hinges on the deceptiveness of emotion and memory, as well as the devastating ways that the past can reach a long arm into the present.
Als Nel Abbott verdrinkt in de rivier in een dorp in Noord-Engeland en zowel de politie als haar zus ondezoeken wat er is gebeurd, brengt dat oude en nieuwe spanningen naar boven.

"This cross sectional study in the Philippines, is a part of CRONOS study. Data on dietary intake, anthropometry, biochemical assessment and socio - economic and self perceived health status were collected from 300 elderly Filipino men and women between 60-75 years old in middle income and low income areas in Metro Manila and rural areas in Rizal province during the period of October to November 1996.
Results of dietary intake showed both sexes had very low intakes of energy nutrients. Rural elderly for both sexes had low intakes of energy and nutrients compared with urban middle income and urban low income.
Anthropometric finding showed that rural elderly had lower nutritional status as compared to urban elderly. Chronic energy deficiency was higher in male than female elderly. A high prevalence of anemia (38%) among male elderly was also found to exist. A high prevalence of hypertension was also observed in the urban low income elderly (33%).
Majority of the elderly rated their self rated health as good and fair. The reported self perceived diseases common among the elderly were arthritis, cough, and hypertension.
Previous jobs engaged by the elderly were mostly blue collar jobs and owing to loss of income, most elderly are dependent on their families for support."

"The prominent issue of the mismatches of children’s body dimensions with school furniture has made people realize the essential factors of providing ergonomic furniture. By evaluating rural and urban areas, school furniture can be designed for both areas based on their anthropometrics, thereby combating mismatches. This quantitative study focused on four regions in Malaysia. A total sample of 2,400 primary school children from seven to eleven years old from both rural and urban schools was evaluated. Six anthropometric aspects were measured: stature, subscapular height, shoulder breadth, hip width, buttock popliteal length, and popliteal height. The measurements were evaluated using SPSS, with which T-tests were performed, to evaluate the anthropometric differences between each province. Each region showed different results when its rural and urban areas were compared. This reveals that anthropometrics are different in certain areas, even when they are in the same country. The importance of knowing such matters will help to ease the sizing of products (such as furniture) based on location, hence, making ergonomic products possible."
