"ABSTRAKIndustri kreatif di Indonesia menghadapi banyak peluang untuk berkembang. Kemajuan teknologi serta bonus demografi yang diharapkan di Indonesia menjembatani kemungkinan untuk mempercepat efisiensi industri kreatif yang akan berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan sektor ekonomi. Kaum muda harus menyadari pentingnya partisipasi kreatif mereka dalam media digital, karena mereka bertanggung jawab atas berlangsungnya kehidupan masyarakat. Rasa memiliki antar satu sama lain akan memulai bentuk kreatif lebih lanjut seperti kewiraswastaan, di mana manfaatnya bisa diberikan untuk individu maupun masyarakat. Makalah ini akan meneliti berbagai jenis partisipasi kreatif oleh anak muda, pentingnya, dan bagaimana hal itu dapat berdampak pada pengembangan industri kreatif di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan tinjauan pustaka, wawancara mendalam, dan studi kasus. Kisah sukses yang ditemukan di kaum muda di bidang tertentu akan menjadi masukkan rekomendasi peneliti tentang bagaimana meningkatkan kesadaran kaum muda tentang pentingnya industri kreatif di Indonesia dan partisipasi mereka yang turut berpengaruh dalam perkembangannya.

ABSTRACTCreative industry in Indonesia is facing a great deal of opportunities to develop. The advancement of technology as well as the expected demographic bonus in Indonesia bridges the possibility to accelerate the efficiency of the creative industry that will contribute to the growth of the economic sector. Young people must be well aware of the importance of their creative participation in digital media, as they are responsible for the occurrence of the society. The sense of belonging with others will then initiate further form of creative such as entrepreneurship, in which the benefits could be taken for individuals as well as for community. This paper will examine the different types of creative participation by youth, the importance, and how it may be impactful towards the development of creative industry in Indonesia. By using qualitative research methods, the research was done by doing literature review, in depth interview, and case study. The successful stories found in youth will then become insights for the researcher rsquo s recommendation on how to make youth to become aware of the importance of creative industry as well as their creative participation towards its development. "

"Tanggung jawab dalam melestarikan dan menjaga warisan budaya menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pemerintah dan masyarakat Kota Depok karena perkembangannya sangat cepat menuju kota modern. Kolaborasi bersama komunitas Kaoem Depok sebagai living heritage bersama seluruh stakeholder merupakan keniscayaan untuk menjadikan wilayah Depok Lama sebagai destinasi wisata sejarah Depok Lama dan menjadi ikon serta ruang publik baru bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus pada lokus cagar budaya Depok Lama fokus secara yuridis empiris. Penelitian ini menghadirkan kebaruan terhadap urgensi kebijakan yang sinkron serta komprehensif serta adaptif dengan laju pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat pada obyek bangunan cagar budaya yang melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Memaknai identitas perlu formulasi hibrid yang multikultur, bukan milik suatu entitas/etnis tertentu. Secara geobudaya, Depok Lama menunjukkan kekhasan pola berdasarkan alam budaya terkait residu budaya kolonialisme Belanda. Bahkan, menjaga warisan budaya itu akan meningkatan kohesi sosial mengingat kota tanpa bangunan tua seumpama dengan manusia tanpa ingatan.

The responsibility to maintain and protect cultural heritage is a challenge for the government and the people of Depok City because of its very fast development towards a modern city. Collaboration with the Kaoem Depok community as Living Heritage with all stakeholders is a necessity to make the Old Depok area a historical tourist destination for the Old Depok and become an icon and a new public space for the community. This study uses a qualitative case study approach at the Depok Lama cultural heritage locus, with a juridical and empirical focus. This research brings novelty to the urgency of policies that are synchronous as well as comprehensive and adaptive to the pace of community economic growth on cultural heritage objects that involve community participation. Making sense of identity requires a hybrid formulation that is multicultural, not belonging to a particular entity/ethnicity. According to geoculture, Old Depok shows a distinctive pattern based on cultural nature related to the cultural residues of Dutch colonialism. In addition, preserving this cultural heritage will increase social cohesion considering that a city without old buildings is like a human without memory."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi Pemerintah Kota Denpasar dan faktor yang mendukung serta menghambatnya dalam mendukung sumber daya industri kreatif kain tenun ikat endek. Teori yang digunakan adalah inovasi di sektor publik, faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya, dukungan sumber daya dalam pembangunan ekonomi suatu wilayah, serta industri kreatif. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah positivist dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, existing statictic, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Kota Denpasar melakukan tujuh kegiatan/kebijakan inovatif antara lain himbauan menggunakan produk kain endek, pelaksanaan Denpasar Festival, Pemilihan Duta Endek, Denpasar Design Center, pelaksanaan Misi Dagang, pembangunan Imperium Kumbasari, dan pendirian Asosiasi Endek, Bordir, dan Songket Kota Denpasar. Faktor-faktor pendukung inovasi Pemerintah Kota Denpasar antara lain faktor internal, eksternal, dan politik, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah internal dan eksternal.

This research aims to desrcibe the Denpasar Goverment innovation in enhancing the resources of endek woven cloth creative industry. Besides, It will describe the driver and barrier of it. This research use innovation in the public sector, the driver and barrier of it, enhancing the resources in regional economic development, and creative industry concept. The appoach is positivist that utilize in-depth interview, existing statictic, and literature study.

The result are Denpasar Government has done suggestion for using endek products, holding Denpasar Festival and trade mission, promoting Endek Ambassador, building Imperium Kumbasari and Denpasar Design Center, and establishing Denpasar’s Endek, Bordir, and Songket Association; The driver of Government Innovation are internal, external, and political factors; The barrier of Government Innovation are internal and external factors."

"Abstract. This purpose of this research paper is to describe the role of the Denpasar City Government in supporting the resources of endek fabric creative industry. The Denpasar Government has done a number of policies/activities in supporting the resources of endek fabric creative industry. As a result, the Denpasar Government earned with Upakarti and Innovative Government Award nomination in 2012. Furthermore, one of their attempts was submitted in UNPSA Competition. Nevertheless, endek fabric industry still face several problems, namely the lack of weavers and the crisis of competitiveness of the endek fabric. This research utilizes several concepts, such as the role of the government in the Triple Helix Model, the resource endowment in regional development, and creative industry. The approach is of the study is the qualitative approach that utilize in-depth interviews and literature study. The result is that the Denpasar City Government plays the role as the regulator by formulating the Denpasar Local Regulation No. 6/2012 as a cornerstone of the endek industry development. Furthermore, the Denpasar City Government provided weaving tools and conducted eight activities/policies, such as training and exhibitions; suggestion for using endek products; holding Denpasar Festival and trade mission; promoting Endek Ambassador pageant; building Imperium Kumbasari and Denpasar Design Center; establishing Denpasar's Endek, Bordir, and Songket Association. The Denpasar City Government has provided the interaction space between university and business interaction spaces. On the other hand, the Denpasar City Government still cannot overcome the crisis faced by the weavers.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Denpasar di dalam mendukung sumber daya industri kreatif kain tenun ikat endek (kain endek). Pemkot Denpasar telah melakukan kebijakan/kegiatan untuk mengembangkan industri kain endek yang mana hal ini membuat Pemkot Denpasar diganjar penghargaan Upakarti dan juga memperoleh nominasi Innovative Government Award 2012 berikut diajukan dalam pemilihan United Nations Public Service Awards (UNPSA). Kendati demikian, industri kain endek masih mengalami krisis penenun dan daya saing industri ini juga rendah. Teori yang digunakan adalah peran pemerintah dalam model Triple Helix, dukungan sumber daya dalam pembangunan ekonomi regional, dan industri kreatif. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pemkot Denpasar berperan di dalam membuat kebijakan Peraturan Daerah Kota Denpasar No. 6 Tahun 2012 sebagai landasan pengembangan industri endek. Selain itu, Pemkot Denpasar membantu permodalan UKM/IKM endek dalam bentuk peralatan serta melakukan delapan kegiatan yakni pelatihan dan pameran, himbauan untuk menggunakan produk kain endek, pelaksanaan Denpasar Festival dan Misi Dagang, Pemilihan Duta Endek, pendirian Denpasar Design Center, Imperium Kumbasari, dan Asosiasi Endek, Bordir, dan Songket Kota Denpasar sehingga memberikan ruang kepada universitas dan dunia usaha untuk berinteraksi. Kegiatan/kebijakan tersebut telah dapat mendukung sumber daya industri kain endek, tetapi belum dapat menanggulangi krisis penenun."

"Musyawarah perencanaan pembangunan (Musrenbang) kelurahan merupakan forum musyawarah perencanaan pembangunan yang paling awal dilaksanakan dalam proses penyusunan Rencana Kerja Pembangunan Daerah (RKPD) dan merupakan titik terdekat dengan masyarakat untuk menampung aspirasi masyarakat di setiap kelurahan. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam Musrenbang kelurahan menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam rangka penyusunan RKPD. Penelitian ini membahas partisipasi masyarakat dalam Musrenbang kelurahan di Kecamatan Cipayung untuk penyusunan RKPD Kota Depok Tahun 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwabentuk partisipasi perwakilan masyarakat dalam Musrenbang kelurahan adalah berupa kehadiran, pemikiran, saran, diskusi, maupun pendapat; motivasi perwakilan masyarakat untuk menghadiri Musrenbang kelurahan di antaranya adalah keingintahuan masyarakat dalam melihat perkembangan di wilayahnya dan adanya rasa tanggung jawab; empat kelurahan di Kecamatan Cipayung telah mengindikasikan adanya pembahasan usulan yang melibatkan seluruh pihak perwakilan masyarakat; dan satu kelurahan yaitu Kelurahan Cipayung dinilai belum sampai pada partisipasi masyarakat seperti yang terdapat di kelurahan lainnya, karena tidak terdapat pembagian kelompok dan pembahasan usulan, perjuangan usulan, serta tidak ada hak bagi masyarakat untuk menentukan prioritas pembangunan kelurahan.

The multi stakeholders consultation forum for local government development plan (Musrenbang)village is a forum of development planning discussion that earliest implemented in preparation process of Local Government Annual Development Plans(RKPD) and it is the closest point to community to accommodate the aspirations of community in each villages. Therefore, the importance of community participation in Musrenbang village become an inseparable part in the preparation of RKPD.This research discusses community participation in Musrenbang village atCipayungDistrict for the preparation of RKPDDepokCity 2012. It used a qualitative approachto the type of descriptive research.

The result showed that the forms of community participation in Musrenbang village is presence, thoughts, suggestions, discussion, and opinions; the motivation of community representatives to attend Musrenbang village is a curiosity of community in seeing the development in the region and a sense of responsibility; four villages atCipayung District has indicated theproposal discussions with involving all of community representatives; and one village that isCipayungVillage considered not up to community participation as found in other villages, because there is no proposalsdiscussion, proposals struggle, and there is no right for community to determine the villagedevelopmentpriorities."
