"ABSTRAKPraktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) telah dilakukan di Direktorat Bina Produksi dan Distrbusi Kefarmasian Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat kesehatan Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia selama 4 minggu.Tujuan PKPA ini adalah untuk Memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai tugas dan fungsi Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan dalam bidang pelayanan kefarmasian, Memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai tugas dan fungsi Direktorat Bina Produksi dan Distribusi Kefarmasian, Memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai peranan seorang apoteker dalam Direktorat Bina Produksi dan Distribusi Kefarmasian. Direktorat Bina Produksi dan Distribusi Kefarmasian merupakan satu dari empat Direktorat yang terdapat pada Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan. Direktorat ini memiliki tugas melaksanakan penyiapan, perumusan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan dan penyusunan norma, standar, prosedur, dan kriteria serta bimbingan teknis dan evaluasi di bidang produksi dan distribusi kefarmasian.. Semua kegiatan yang dilakukan di Direktorat Bina Produksi dan Distrbusi Kefarmasian bertujuan adalah meningkatkan sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan yang memenuhi standar dan terjangkau oleh masyarakat.

ABSTRACTPharmacists Professional Practice (PKPA) have been conducted in the Directorate of Production and Distrbusi Pharmaceutical Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical devices Ministry of Health of the Republic ofIndonesia for the past 4 weeks. PKPA goal is to Acquire the knowledge and insight regarding the duties and functions of the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices in the field of pharmacy services, Gainknowledge and insight regarding the duties and functions of the Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical Services, Acquiring knowledge and insight regarding the role of a pharmacist in Directorate Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical Development. Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical Directorate is one of four located at the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices. The Directorate has a duty to the preparation, formulation and implementation of policy and the drafting of norms, standards, procedures, and criteria as well as technical guidance and evaluation inthe field of production and distribution of pharmaceutical. All activities are conducted in the Directorate of Production and Pharmaceutical Distrbusi aim is to improve the pharmaceutical and medical devices that meet the standards and afford."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia bertujuan untuk memahami tugas pokok dan fungsi Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian dan tugas pokok dan fungsi Subdirektorat Farmasi Komunitas, Subdirektorat Farmasi Klinik, Subdirektorat Penggunaan Obat Rasional (POR). Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah mengetahui peran apoteker dalam memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian di ICU dan mengetahui manfaat apoteker dalam memberikan pelayanan di ICU.

While the purpose of the special task is to understand the role of pharmacist in pharmaceutical care in ICU and the advantages that given from the role of pharmacist in ICU."

Pharmacist Internship Program at Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Ministry of Health of The Republic of Indonesia aims to understand the organization structure, duties, and fuctions of Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan generally and Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian specifically. The purpose of this internship program is also to understand the important role of pharmacist at Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan. While the purpose of the specific assignment is to arrange the design suggestion of drugs information service guideline which can be applied in every health care facilities"

Tugas khusus bertujuan agar mengetahui dan memahami proses revisi DOEN 2013 yang dikerjakan oleh Subdirektorat Standardisasi Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian dan mengkaji daftar usulan obat sebagai dasar revisi DOEN 2013.

Pharmacist Internship Program at Directorate of Pharmaceutical Care was aimed to provide an understanding about the organizational structure of Ministry of Health, Directorate General Pharmaceutical Care and Medical Device, and Directorate of Pharmaceutical Care as well as Its duties and function. The special task given was titled Assessment of Drug Proposed on Revision of the National List of Essential Medicines (NLEM) 2013. This assignment was aimed to to identify and understand the process of revision of the NLEM 2013 were done by the Sub Directorate of Standardisation, Directorate of Pharmaceutical Care and review the list of drug proposed as the base revision NLEM’s 2013."

While the purpose of the specific assignment is to obtain information about the purpose of patient care in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), to obtain information about drug related problems and to identify drug related problems that occur in Intensive Care Unit (ICU)."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia bertujuan untuk memahami ruang lingkup kerja, tugas pokok dan fungsi Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian, memahami program kerja yang sedang dijalankan oleh masing-masing subdirektorat di Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian dan memahami kerja sama subdirektorat dalam Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian dalam rangka persiapan implementasi Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional (SJSN). Judul tugas khusus adalah Analisis Hasil Pemantauan dan Evaluasi Penggunaan Obat Rasional di Puskesmas Ditinjau dari Indikator Peresepan pada Periode Tahun 2010-2012. Tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah menganalisis hasil pemantauan dan evaluasi penggunaan obat rasional ditinjau dari indikator peresepan pada pelayanan kesehatan dasar yaitu Puskesmas di beberapa provinsi di Indonesia yang telah ditetapkan pada periode tahun 2010 - 2012 serta memberikan saran untuk mengatasi hambatan yang ada.

The purpose of special task are to analyze the result of monitoring and evaluation of rational use of drug reviewed by prescription indicator in primary health care that is Puskesmas in several provinces in Indonesia period 2010-2012 and to give proposition to solve the problems."

While the purpose of the special task is to identify and examine the proportion of the cost of medicines in the treatment of stroke, pneumonia and breast cancer, identify the pattern of medicine use in the treatment of stroke, pneumonia and breast cancer and control of treatment costs."
