"Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi lingkungan whistleblowing system di Lembaga Pengawas Keuangan. Evaluasi dilakukan berfokus pada kebijakan yang dimiliki oleh Lembaga Pengawas Keuangan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan kriteria lingkungan positif dari kebijakan whistleblowing system oleh National Audit Office. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan di Lembaga Pengawas Keuangan sudah sesuai dengan kriteria lingkungan positif dari kebijakan whistleblowing system.

This research aims to evaluate the whistleblowing system environment in the Financial Services Supervisory. The whistleblowing system is one of the tools that can detect fraud in the Financial Services Supervisory. This research focuses on positive environment policy of the whistleblowing system and supporting the whistleblowers owned by Financial Services Supervisory which is assessed by the positive environment criteria for whistleblowing system by National Audit Office. The whistleblowing system environment policy in the Financial Services Supervisory is in accordance with the positive environment criteria for whistleblowing system policy."

"Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana sebuah lingkungan interior dapat menghadirkan kualitas spasial yang menciptakan kontrol terhadap pergerakan (movement) dalam konsep continuous interior. Proses pemahaman ini ditelusuri melalui studi mengenai pembentukan sistem persepsi yang melibatkan fungsi sensori dan gerak tubuh.Studi kasus dilakukan dengan melakukan penelusuran terhadap lingkungan interior melalui perspektif penyandang low vision. Ketidakoptimuman fungsi sensori visual terkait persepsi ruang, berdampak pada kesulitan berorientasi dan bernavigasi.Studi terhadap penelusuran memberikan temuan bahwa beberapa perlakuan terhadap elemen-elemen ruang mampu menghasilkan kualitas spasial yang ditawarkan dalam konsep "continuous interior". Perlakuan terhadap elemen ruang yang repetitif menghasilkan kualitas kontinuitas (continuity).Selain itu, perlakuan terhadap elemen ruang yang berfungsi sebagai landmark atau penanda menghadirkan kualitas keberagaman program (diversity of programme). Kedua kualitas spasial tersebut kemudian mampu mengarahkan alur pergerakan (directed flow) pernyandang low vision.

This undergraduate thesis focuses on understanding how an interior environment offers spatial qualities that could create control on movement, by looking at a theory called "continuous interior". The understanding process involves study on the construction of the perception system, which further involves comphrehension on sensory system and body movement.

Study cases for this thesis are done by interviewing and having a walk through an interior environment with people whom have low vision. The involvement of people with low vision is to understand the perspective of space from a low vision point of view, which leads to difficulties on orienting and navigating through space.

From the study case, it is found that several treatments towards spatial elements could create spatial qualities (continuity, diversed programme, directed flow) proposed by the theory of "continuous interior". Repetitive treatments on spatial elements create the spatial quality of continuity. Other than that, elements that are designed as landmarks create the spatial quality of diversed programmed. Both the spatial quality of continuity and diversed programme then creates another spatial quality of directing the movement (directed flow) of people with low vision."

"Bangunan hijau yang mengusung konsep sustainability dimaknai juga suatu konsepyang mengaplikasikan bagaimana sebuah bangunan dirancang, dibangun dandiaplikasikan dengan memperhatikan sumber daya yang efisien, bertanggung jawabterhadap lingkungan serta berdampak positif bagi lingkungan sosial dan ekonomi.Kegagalan konsep dalam bangunan sering timbul akibat besarnya perhatian padapertimbangan teknis, dengan hanya sedikit mempertimbangkan nilai-nilai,perilaku dan karakter penghuninya. Bangunan blok eksisting rusunawa padakawasan yang ditetapkan menggunakan konsep zona hijau, belum melakukanpenerapan konsep hijau pada bangunan. Untuk menerapkan konsep tersebut padabangunan perlu ditinjau aspek perilaku penghuninya. Dari hubungan bangunandan penghuninya, dapat diketahui faktor-faktor yang paling mempengaruhi agarkonsep bangunan hijau untuk penghuni rusunawa yang lebih optimal. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan konsep bangunan hijau padaRusunawa ditinjau dari aspek efisiensi energi, air, kualitas udara, dan pengelolaanlimbah, menganalisis perilaku peduli lingkungan penghuninya, serta menganalisishubungan perilaku peduli lingkungan dengan sikap, pemahaman dan persepsipenghuni terhadap penerapan konsep hijau pada bangunan. Metode analisisdeskripif digunakan untuk menganalisis penerapan bangunan hijau dan mengukurindeks perilaku peduli lingkungan penghuni. Untuk menganalisis hubunganperilaku peduli lingkungan dengan sikap, pemahaman dan persepsi penghuniterhadap penerapan konsep hijau pada bangunan digunakan metode SEM-PLS.Berdasarkan analisa diperoleh hasil bahwa penerapan konsep hijau ditinjau dariaspek efisiensi energi pada bangunan lokasi penelitian sudah memenuhi kriteria;aspek efisiensi air, penerapan pada bangunan sudah memenuhi kriteria; aspekkenyamanan termal bangunan belum memenuhi kriteria kenyamanan dalamkonsep hijau; aspek pengelolaan limbah cair bangunan belum memenuhi kriteriadalam hal pemanfaatan air hasil olahan IPAL; dan dari aspek limbah padatbangunan belum menyediakan fasilitas pengolahan/pemilahan sampah. Dari hasilpenilaian perilaku peduli lingkungan penghuni rusun, tingkat kepedulian penghuniberada pada kriteria sedang, dengan indeks tertinggi pada kriteria efisiensi energidan terendah pada kriteri pengelolaan sampah. Berdasarkan model dapat diketahuibahwa untuk memperbaiki perilaku peduli lingkungan dapat dilakukan denganmeningkatkan pengetahuan penghuni terhadap informasi mengenai programlingkungan dan meningkatkan persepsi penghuni terhadap penerapan konsephijau. Persepsi penghuni terhadap penerapan konsep hijau dapat ditingkatkandengan perbaikan fasilitas pada bangunan sesuai kriteria.

Green building is defined as a concept that applies how a building is designed,built and applied with due regard to efficient resources, is responsible for theenvironment and has a positive impact on the social and economic environment.The failure of the concept in the building often arises from the great attention paidto technical considerations, with little consideration of the values, behavior andcharacter of the inhabitants. The existing rental flats building blocks in the areathat are designated using the green zone concept, have not implemented the greenconcept in the building. To apply this concept to buildings, it is necessary toreview aspects of the occupants' behavior. From the relationship between thebuilding and its occupants, it can be seen the factors that most influence theoptimal green building concept for the residents of the flat. The purpose of thisresearch is to analyze the application of the green building concept in rental flatsin terms of energy efficiency, water, air quality and waste management, to analyzethe environmental care behavior of its residents, and to analyze the relationshipbetween environmental care behavior and occupants' attitudes, understandingand perceptions of the concept application green on the building. Descriptiveanalysis method is used to analyze the application of green buildings and measurethe index of environmental care for residents. To analyze the relationship betweenenvironmental care behavior and attitudes, understanding and occupants'perceptions of the application of green concepts in buildings, SEM-PLS method isused. Based on the analysis, the results show that the application of the greenconcept in terms of energy efficiency aspects in the research location building hasmet the criteria; aspects of water efficiency, application in buildings has met thecriteria; the thermal comfort aspect of the building does not meet the comfortcriteria in the green concept; the aspect of building liquid waste managementdoes not meet the criteria in terms of utilizing water from IPAL; and from theaspect of solid waste, the building has not provided waste processing / sortingfacilities. From the results of the assessment of the environmental care behaviorof the residents of the flat, the level of care of residents is in the medium criteria,with the highest index on the criteria for energy efficiency and the lowest on thecriteria for waste management. Based on the model, it can be seen that improvingenvironmental care behavior can be done by increasing residents 'knowledge ofinformation about environmental programs and increasing residents' perceptionsof the application of green concepts. Residents' perceptions of the application ofthe green concept can be improved by improving facilities in buildings accordingto the criteria. The concept requires environmental program factors that are runby the building manager and the active involvement of residents."
