"Selaras dengan kebutuhan untuk memperbaharui daya saing industri nasional dan perkembangan teknologi dalam era globalisasi ini, aspek teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dinilai memberikan banyak manfaat di berbagai bidang. Salah satu industri kreatif yang diharapkan memiliki daya saing adalah industri piranti lunak. Sumber keunggulandaya saing perusahaan piranti lunak bersumber dari banyak faktor yang terdiri dari faktor strategi, manajemen sumber daya manusia, kapabilitas inovasi dan pada gilirannya kinerja inovasi itu sendiri. Untuk memperoleh kinerja inovasi yang baik, perusahaan memerlukan kapabilitas inovasi yang didukung oleh strategi bisnis dan kapabilitas organisasi dalam menatakelola sumber daya manusia dan pengetahuan secara strategis. Penelitian ini memposisikan strategi bisnis, proses manajemen pengetahuan dan manajemen sumber daya manusia sebagai anteseden kapabilitas inovasi.
Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah meneliti keterkaitan antara strategi bisnis, manajemen pengetahuan dan manajemen sumber daya manusia strategis, kapabilitas dan kinerja inovasi perusahaan. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan-perusahaan piranti lunak Indonesia. Hasil uji model struktural menggunakan Partial Least Squares dengan sampel 50 responden menunjukkan pengaruh positif manajemen sumber daya manusia strategis dan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi.
Penelitian juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif kapabilitas inovasi terhadap kinerja inovasi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh langsung strategi bisnis terhadap kapabilitas inovasi. Penelitian ini menjelaskan hubungan antara manajemen pengetahuan, manajemen sumber daya manusia strategis dan kapabilitas inovasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris terhadap rerangka kerja kapabilitas inovasi yang disusun peneliti-peneliti sebelumnya yaitu Lawson dan Samson (2001) Penelitian berikutnya dapat memperkaya cakupan studi dengan memasukkan anteseden faktor lingkungan dan karakteristik industri serta mengaitkannya dengan berbagai konteks dan variabel kinerja organisasi.

Regarding with the need to establish the national industrial competitiveness, information and communication technology considered to provide many benefits in various fields especially in creative industry. One of the creative industry cluster expected to be a competitive advantage for Indonesia is the software industry. Competitive advantage at software companies is derived from many factors including the factor of strategy, human resource management, innovation capabilities and in turn the performance of innovation itself.. To have good innovation performance, companies need to develop innovation capabilities supported by effective business strategies and organizational capabilities e.i. knowledge management and strategic human resource management. This study positioned the business strategy, knowledge management and strategic human resource management as antecedents of innovation capabilities.
The main objective of this study is to examine the relation between business strategy, knowledge management and strategic human resource management, corporate innovation capabilities and performance. The study was conducted on software companies in Indonesia. The test results of the structural model using Partial Least Squares with a sample of 50 respondents showed a positive influence of strategic human resource management and knowledge management towards innovation capabilities.
The research showed a positive effect of innovation capabilities towardsinnovation performance. The study also showed no direct influence on the business strategy of innovation capabilities. This study contributes to the empirical framework innovation capabilities framework from previous researchers such as Lawson and Samson (2001). The next research can be conducted to enrich the scope of the study by including environmental factors and industrial characteristics as antecedents and associate them with a variety of contexts and organizational performance variables.

"ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dinamika interaksi dan aktivitas berbagi informasi pada grup traveler daring dan peran anggota sebagai komunikator pariwisata Indonesia melalui thread yang diposkan. Agar tujuan penelitian tercapai, kerangka teoritis disusun dari penelitian sebelumnya dalam lingkup ilmu komunikasi terutama knowledge sharing, electronic word of mouth, user generated content dan pariwisata. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara mendalam pada Grup Facebook Beautiful Indonesia. Hasil penelitian adalah anggota aktif membagikan informasi pada Grup Facebook Beautiful Indonesia. Matriks fasilitator membagikan informasi oleh Kosonen terjadi dalam grup Facebook Beautiful Indonesia yaitu enjoyment of helping, moral obligation, acces to valuable information, viewing knowledge as public goods, commitment, sense of community dan trust ketika anggota mengeposkan informasi dan pengalaman perjalanan. Dinamika interaksi anggota grup terjadi secara online dan offline, menjadi sarana untuk pertukaran informasi seputar produk wisata. Maka, anggota grup berperan sebagai komunikator dengan menjalankan fungsi humas karena berpartisipasi dalam menciptakan ruang diskusi, penyebaran informasi dan promosi dengan cara electronic word of mouth melalui user generated content.

ABSTRAK
Interaction by social media develops in tourism sector is also used to look for information and socialize. The purpose of this study is to find out about interaction and sharing information activity with a group of a traveler online and role of the member as a communicator of Indonesia tourism through the thread posted. The theoretical draft was compiled from the previous study in the field of communications especially knowledge sharing, electronic word of mouth, user generated content and tourism. The research method is qualitative descriptive with collecting observation datum technique, in depth and semi structured interview toward the Beautiful Indonesia Facebook Group and its members. The results of the study are the members are actively sharing information on Facebook Group Beautiful Indonesia. Matrix facilitators of sharing information by Kosonen happened among members interaction those are enjoyment of helping, moral obligation, acces to valuable information, viewing knowledge as public goods, commitment, sense of community and trust. The dynamics of interaction members of the group occurring in online and offline, provide for exchanging information about tourism product. So, members of the group serve as communicator, public relations to function as participate in creating a discussion, the spread of information and promotion by means of electronic word of mouth through user generated content."

"Saat ini, aset organisasi bukan hanya yang berwujud saja tetapi juga yang tidak berwujud, seperti pengetahuan. Banyak sekali organisasi yang menyadari akan pentingnya manajemen pengetahuan salah satunya adalah STMIK GI MDP. Namun proses manajemen pengetahuan di STMIK GI MDP belum terlaksana dengan baik, maka perlu diketahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi proses manajemen pengetahuan di STMIK GI MDP. Dalam penelitian ini, faktor-faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi proses manajemen pengetahuan adalah faktor kepercayaan, kolaborasi, pembelajaran, strategi organisasi, penghargaan, sentralisasi, formalisasi, IT support, T-shape skill, effort expectancy dan performance expectancy.
Proses manajemen pengetahuan diukur dengan menggunakan pendekatan Socialization, Externalization, Combination, dan Internalization. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dimana respondennya adalah semua karyawan di STMIK GI MDP dengan mengunakan skala likert 5 poin. Hasil kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan partial least square (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah faktor kepercayaan, faktor strategi organisasi dan penghargaan terbukti signifikan memberikan pengaruh kuat terhadap proses manajemen pengetahuan.

Currently, organization’s assets not only tangible but also intangible, for example is knowledge. Lots of organizations are realizing the importance of knowledge management one of them STMIK GI MDP. But the process of knowledge management in the STMIK GI MDP has not done well, it is necessary to knowed the factors that influence the process of knowledge management in the STMIK GI MDP. In this study, the factors allegedly influence the process of knowledge management is a factor of trust, collaboration, learning, organizational strategy, rewards, centralization, formalization, information technology support, T-shaped skills, effort expectancy and performance expectancy.
Knowledge management processes is measured using Socialization approach, externalization, Combination, and Internalization. This study uses a quantitative approach through a questionnaire where respondents are all of employees in STMIK GI MDP by using 5-point Likert scale. The results of the questionnaire analyzed using the approach of partial least square (PLS). The results of this study is the trust factor, factor organizational strategy, and rewards proved significant a strong influence on the process of knowledge management.
