"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan teknologi informasi berbasis web sebagai sistem pendukung dalam implementasi manajemen pengetahuan di PT X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan mengaplikasikan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) terhadap penerimaan teknologi di PT X.
Data penelitian diperoleh melalui survei berupa kuesioner yang dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2015 kepada karyawan di PT X. Sebelum itu, pernyataan di dalam kuesioner sudah dilakukan pretest terlebih dahulu kepada 12 karyawan untuk menguji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Dari sebanyak 150 lembar kuesioner yang disebarkan, diperoleh tingkat pengembalian sebesar 91% atau sebanyak 136 lembar.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan teknologi informasi di PT X membentuk perilaku karyawan untuk cenderung ingin menggunakan teknologi tersebut, namun hal tersebut tidak tercermin dalam aktual penggunaannya. Sehingga diperlukan pengembangan sistem yang lebih interaktif agar memudahkan karyawan untuk berkontribusi dalam mentransformasi pengetahuan yang dimilikinya menjadi pengetahuan.
The objective of this research is to analyze the acceptance of web based information technology, as supporting system for knowledge management implementation in PT X. Methodology that used by this research is to applying Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory to explain the acceptance technology in PT X. Research data is acquire from survei questionnaire to PT X employee in May 2015. Before survei was conducted, every statement in questionnaire has been through validity and realibility by doing pretest to 12 responden. From 150 sheets of questionnaire were spread out, there were only return about 91% or 136 sheets. Research result shows that acceptance of information technology as a system makes employee behaviour of PT X tend to use that system, but its not reflected in the actual usage. Therefore, system should be enhanced to be more interactive in order to make easier for employee to contribute by transforming their knowledge into organizational knowledge through system."
