Tujuan karya ilmiah akhir ini adalah gambaran tentang hasil terapi spesialis Sosial Skill Tranning terhadap klien psikotik gelandangan yang mengalami isolasi sosial dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori King. Latihan keterampilan sosial adalah proses belajar dimana seseorang belajar cara fungsional dalam berinteraksi. Analisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan model teori King (theory of goal attainment). Jumlah klien terdiri dari dari 5 klien psikotik gelandangan. Hasil dari Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini adalah kemampuan klien dalam melakukan interaksi dengan orang meningkat, hal ini tampak dari respon klien secara kognitif, fisiologis, afektif, perilaku, sosial dan motivasi klien psikotik gelandangan meningkat. Rekomendasi dari Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini adalah mengembangkan terapi spesialis keperawatan jiwa untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan kemandirian klien psikotik galandangan dalam perawatan di Rumah Sakit.

The purpose of this final paper is the description of the results of the Tranning Social Skills specialist therapy on homeless psychotic clients who experience social isolation using the King theoretical approach. Social skills training is a learning process whereby a person learns a functional way of interacting. The analysis is done by using King (theory model theory of goal attainment). The number of clients consists of 5 clients homeless psychotics. The result of this Final Scientific Writing is the client 39;s ability to interact with people increases, as evidenced by the client 39;s cognitive, physiological, affective, behavioral, social and motivational responses. The recommendation of this Final Scientific Work is to develop the therapy of mental nursing specialists to improve the health and independence of psychotic psychiatric clients in hospital care."

"ABSTRAK Skizofrenia adalah ganguan jiwa yang dimanifestasikan dengan penurunan dan ketidakmampuan berkomunikasi, gangguan realita, afek tumpul, gangguan kognitif serta kesulitan melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Tanda dan gejala negatif yang muncul mengakibatkan isolasi sosial, dan tanda gejala positif yang muncul mengakibatkan halusinasi. Tujuan penanganan kasus ini adalah diketahuinya perubahan tanda gejala dan kemampuan klien isolasi sosial dan halusinasi setelah diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners, social skill training dan cognitive behaviour therapy. Desain penulisan adalah studi kasus dengan responden empat orang. Penanganan kasus tentang topik yang sama sudah pernah dilakukan, namun yang membedakan dengan kasus ini adalah pendekatan teori yang digunakan yaitu teori adaptasi Stuart dan interpersonal Peplau. Data dikumpulkan sebelum dan sesudah klien diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners, social skill training dan cognitive behaviour therapy. Hasil penanganan kasus menunjukan bahwa terjadi penurunan tanda gejala isolasi sosial dan halusinasi serta peningkatan kemampuan klien bersosialisasi, kognitif dan perilaku setelah diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners, social skill training dan cognitive behaviour therapy.ABSTRACT Schizophrenia is a mental disorder manifested by decreased and inability to communicate, reality disorder, dull affects, cognitive impairment and difficulty performing daily activities. Negative signs and symptoms that result in social isolation, and signs of positive symptoms that appear to cause hallucinations. The purpose of this case is to know the change of symptom signs and ability of social isolation client and hallucinations after given nursing action, social skill training and cognitive behavior therapy. The design of writing is a case study with four respondents. Handling cases on the same topic has been done, but what distinguishes this case is the theoretical approach used is Stuart 39 s adaptation and interpersonal theory of Peplau. Data were collected before and after clients were given nursing actions ners, social skill training and cognitive behavior therapy. The results of case handling showed that there was a decrease of symptoms of social isolation and hallucinations as well as increased ability of client socializing, cognitive and behavior after given nursing action, social skill training and cognitive behavior therapy."

"Kesehatan jiwa adalah suatu kondisi yang memungkinkan perkembangan fisik, intelektual dan emosional yang optimal dari seseorang dan perkembangan itu berjalan selaras dengan keadaan orang lain. Kesehatan jiwa menurut World Health Organization WHO yaitu kondisi sejahtera dimana individu menyadari kemampuan yang dimilikinya, dapat mengatasi stress dalam kehidupannya, dapat bekerja secara produktif dan mempunyai kontribusi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Kesehatan jiwa merupakan suatu keadaan positif yang ditandai dengan adanya rasa tanggung jawab, menunjukkan kesadaran diri, mampu menunjukkan diri bebas dari rasa cemas dalam menghadapi masalah yang dihadapi sehari-hari. Hasil penanganan kasus ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan terapi spesialis latihan ketrampilan sosial, psikoedukasi keluarga dan kelompok swabantu pada klien isolasi sosial dengan pendekatan teori M. King di RW 02 Kelurahan Ciparigi Bogor Utara. Penangaan kasus ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus tunggal, jumlah klien dalam studi ini adalah 7 orang dengan masalah isolasi sosial yang diberikan latihan ketrampilan sosial, psikoedukasi keluarga dan kelompok swabantu. Hasil penanganan kasus ini adalah terjadi penurunan tanda dan gejala isolasi sosial terbesar pada aspek sosial yaitu 86,90 dan peningkatan kemampuan klien melakukan hubungan sosial sebesar 76,19 serta peningkatan kemampuan keluarga merawat anggota keluarga dengan isolasi sosial sebesar 73,30. Penanganan kasus ini merekomendasikan agar klien mempertahankan hasil pelaksanaan terapi yang telah dicapai dengan cara melakukan komunikasi dengan lingkungan sekitar setiap hari, keluarga menerapkan latihan merawat klien sehingga dapat menjadi social support bagi klien serta kader kesehatan jiwa untuk terus melakukan pendampingan dan monitoring kemandirian klien dalam melakukan latihan ketrampilan sosial

Mental health is a condition that enables a person to develop optimally his her physical being, intelligence, and emotion. Human beings experience the same development in mental health. World Health Organization WHO defines mental health as a vigorous condition that enables each individual to be aware of his her capability, while being able to cope with stress in daily life, work productively, and contribute to their society. Mental health is a positive condition characterized by each individual through responsibility, showing self awareness, and having no fear to run their daily life.

The purpose of this case is to provide an overview of the implementation of the specific therapy with social skilled training, family psychoeducation, and aids from local self help groups on patients with social isolation problems on Kelurahan Ciparigi RW 02, Bogor Utara, using the approach theory of M. King. Seven patients were used in the single case study approach, with each individual having social isolation problems. Those patients were given a therapy with social skilled training, family psychoeducation, and self help groups.

The result of this case study showed significant outcome 86.90 decrease in social isolation symptoms, 76.19 increase in patients rsquo ability to interact socially, and 73.30 increase in family members who have to take care of their kin who have such problems. This case study suggests a few recommendations on how a patient could maintain the results of the therapy that has been achieved by communicating with the surrounding environment every day. Such as, a patient must not fully rely on family members rsquo care to be 100 percent but should use them as a support group. Patients should also follow treatment schedules on their own and should have the help of nurses and caregivers when absolutely needed."
