"Mahasiswa profesi Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Indonesia merupakan calon perawat-perawat profesionalyang berperan penting dalam pengaturan cairan intravena pada pasien yang mendapatkan terapi cairan intravena. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa profesi mengenai pengaturan cairan cara Lemone dan Burke. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan 60 responden yang dipilih secara simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa profesi memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik terhadap pengaturan cairan, dengan rerata skor pengetahuan 75 dari maksimal 95. Pelatihan dan praktikum pengaturan cairan intravena perlu sering dilakukan untuk menambah pengalaman dan pengetahuan mengenai pengaturan cairan intravena.

Descriptive study of the knowledge level of nursing clinic students in university of indonesia about the lemone and burke s intravenous fluids setting who will have an important role to setting the intravenous fluids in patients who received intravenous fluid therapy. This study supposed to identify the knowledge degree of nursing clinic students about the setting of intravenous fluids by using the method of Lemone and Burke. The study design used a descriptive quantitative with 60 respondents selected by simple random sampling. The results showed that nursing clinic students have a good knowledge degree of the the setting of intravenous fluids, with a mean knowledge score 75 out of a maximum 95. More training and practice of intravenous fluids setting are needed to add the experience and knowledge regarding the setting of intravenous fluids."
