"ABSTRAK
Media yang digunakan pemasar produk maupun jasa mulai beralih dari media konvensional ke media internet. Hal ini didukung dengan jumlah penetrasi penggunaan internet yang terus bertambah, termasuk di Indonesia. Penetrasi internet tersebut menjadi salah satu kekuatan internet sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran. Terlebih lagi, biaya penggunaan internet sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran relatif murah jika dibandingkan dengan penggunaan media konvetional. Website merupakan salah satu media yang digunakan untuk komunikasi pemasaran online. Tapi untuk membuat sebuah website internet menjadi website yang banyak dikunjungi oleh pengguna internet, website tersebut tidak hanya baik dari tampilan luar saja. Website internet yang dijadikan sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran harus dibangun dengan kaidah-kaidah yang benar, sehingga website internet tersebut menjadi media komunikasi pemasaran yang optimal. Salah satu kaidah-kaidah yang baik dalam membangun website internet sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran adalah bagaimana isi dari website internet tersebut terindex dengan baik di Search Engine seperti google. Optimasi pada Search Engine yang lebih dikenal sebagai SEO Search Engine Optimization merupakan kaidah penting agar website internet lebih mudah dicari pengguna dengan kata kunci yang diinginkan. Dengan SEO, pemasar dapat meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas kunjungan suatu websites dari hasil pencarian melalui search engine.

ABSTRACT
Marketers of products and services began to switch from conventional media to internet. This is supported by the amount of penetration of Internet usage continues to grow, including in Indonesia. Internet penetration has become one of the strengths of the Internet as a marketing medium. Moreover, the cost of using the Internet as a marketing medium is relatively inexpensive when compared to the use of conventional media. Website is one of the media used for online marketing communication. The purpose of making an internet website into a website with many visited users, the website not only look good on the outside only. Websites that serve as media for marketing communication must be built with correct rules, so that the website be optimal marketing communication media. One of the good rules in building an internet sites as a communicatin marketing medium is how the contents of the website properly indexed in Search Engines like Google. On Search Engine Optimization better known as SEO Search Engine Optimization is an important rule that internet website easier for users to search with the desired keywords. With SEO, marketers can increase the number and quality of a visit websites from search results through search engines."

Pengembangan bisnis Ryzn Embroidery dengan menggunakan strategi digital marketing perlu dilakukan dikarenakan 100% penjualan saat ini berasal dari customer yang menemukan Ryzn Embroidery melalui websitenya sehingga dibutuhkan strategi digital marketing melalui search engine optimization (SEO) dan penggunaan pay per click advertising (Google Ads).  Sebelum menerapkan Google Ads, dibutuhkan penyusunan anggaran dan analisis kelayakan investasi untuk memberikan gambaran berapa biaya yang dibutuhkan dan bagaimana kelayakan dari investasi tersebut dengan metode capital budgeting pada tiga skenario, yaitu optimis, moderat dan pesimis, serta mengetahui berapa biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk mengakuisisi customer baru untuk pencapaian target jangka panjang Ryzn Embroidery melalui analisis customer lifetime value.

 

 

 


The tendency of seeking information and references through the internet in consumers makes the purchasing decision shift into digitalization. The development of the Ryzn Embroidery business by using a digital marketing strategy needs to be done because 100% of the current sales are from customers who found Ryzn Embroidery through their website, therefore it needs digital marketing strategy to optimize the website by using search engine optimization (SEO) and pay per click advertising (Google Ads). Before implementing digital marketing by Google Ads, it needs to construct the budgeting plan and investment feasibility analysis in order to give an overview about how much it costs to run digital marketing activities, find out the feasibility of the investment with capital budgeting method in three scenarios; optimistic, moderate, and pesimistic, and find out how much it will cost to acquire new customers to achieve Ryzn Embroidery's long-term target through customer lifetime value analysis.

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai praktek penggunaan "Merek Terdaftar" sebagai keywords dalam pemanfaatan search engine (mesin pencari) untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi website dalam perdagangan elektronik (e-commerce) ataupun pemanfaatan media periklanan seperti Google Adwords. Adanya itikad tidak baik pelaku terhadap merek yang dimiliki oleh pesaing dan karena belum adanya aturan khusus terkait praktek penggunaan Merek sebagai Keywords di dalam praktik optimasi website, dikhawatirkan memicu pihak-pihak lai1mya untuk melakukan hal yang sama dalam bisnis perdagangan online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Normatif Yuridis yang meliputi Undan-Undang No. 5 tahun 1999 tentang Anti Monopoli dan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat, Undang-undang No. 20 tahun 2016 tentang Merek dan Indikasi Geografis, Undang-undang No. 8 tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, maupun aturan-aturan lainnya yang terkait.

This thesis discusses the practice of using "Registered Mark" as keywords in the search engine to optimize the function of website in electronic commerce ( ecommerce) or the utilization of advertising media like Google Adwords. The existence of bad faith of an entrepreneur towards any brand owned by the competitor and the lack of regulation which governs the practice of using the brand as keywords in website optimization practices, concern to trigger other parties to act similar in online trading business. The research method used in this study is the normative juridical which includes the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No.5 of 1999 Concerning the Ban On Monopolistic Practices And Unfair Business Competition, Law No. 20 of 2016 Concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications, Law No. 8 of 1999 Concerning the Consumer Protection, as well as other related rules."
