"Karya ilmiah ini membahas kalimat majemuk dan jenis-jenisnya dalam komik Schneewittchen: Tanz im Wald yang terdapat pada majalah anak Disney Prinzessin Edisi Nomor 2 Tahun 2005. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan jenis-jenis kalimat majemuk yang terdapat pada komik dalam majalah anak. Jenis-jenis kalimat majemuk dalam komik ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori Hulit dan Howard. Metode dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kalimat majemuk bertingkat lebih mendominasi dibandingkan kalimat majemuk setara.

The scientific work examines compound sentence and its types in the comic Schneewittchen: Tanz im Wald contained in the children’s magazine Disney Prinzessin edition number 2 of 2005. This study aims to describe the types of compound sentences contained in the comics of children’s magazine. The types of compound sentences in this comic were analyzed by using the theory from Hulit and Howard. This method is qualitative and quantitative. The result shows that the compound-complex sentence is more dominating than the compound-equivalent sentence."

"Penelitian ini membahas kalimat majemuk yang terdapat dalam dongeng Hӓnsel und Gretel karya Gebrüder Grimm. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan jenis-jenis kalimat majemuk yang terdapat dalam dongeng Hӓnsel und Gretel yang dikaitkan dengan teori jenis-jenis kalimat majemuk milik Duden (2006) serta membuktikan penggunaan kalimat majemuk dalam dongeng Hӓnsel und Gretel dengan teori Hulit dan Howard (1997) mengenai perkembangan bahasa pada anak usia sekolah dalam rentang usia dari 6 sampai 12 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jenis kalimat majemuk yang ditemukan dalam Hӓnsel und Gretel adalah kalimat majemuk setara dan bertingkat. Kalimat majemuk setara lebih mendominasi dibandingkan dengan kalimat bertingkat. Terdapat 126 kalimat majemuk setara, sedangkan kalimat majemuk bertingkat ditemukan sebanyak 102 kalimat. Berdasarkan teori Hulit dan Howart (1997), anak usia 6 sampai 12 tahun sudah mampu memahami penggunaan kalimat majemuk, yang di dalamnya menggunakan konjungsi yang kompleks.

This study discusses the compound sentences found in the fairy tales, which is called Hӓnsel and Gretel written by Gebrüder Grimm. This study uses both qualitative and quantitative methods with a literature review approach. This purposes of this study is to explain the types of compound sentences found in the Hӓnsel and Gretel fairy tale associated with Duden's (2006) theory of compound sentence types and to prove the use of compound sentences in the Hӓnsel and Gretel fairy tale with Hulit and Howard's (1997) theory of language development in school-age children spanning from 6 to 12 years. The results of this study showed that the types of compound sentences found in Hӓnsel and Gretel are compound-equivalent sentences and compound-complex sentences. Compound-equivalent sentences dominate more than compound-complex sentences. There are 126 compound-equivalent sentences, while 102 compound-complex sentences are found. Based on the theory of Hulit and Howart (1997), children aged 6 to 12 years are able to understand the use of compound sentences, which use complex conjunctions."

"Prancis menerapkan berbagai protokol kesehatan untuk mengurangi penyebaran virus Covid-19. Protokol kesehatan dipublikasikan melalui internet seperti pada situs resmi pemerintah, poster, video Youtube, dan bahkan Webtoon. Webtoon Prenez soin de vous merupakan Webtoon Prancis yang bertujuan untuk menginformasikan penerapan protokol kesehatan kepada pembaca. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan bagaimana aspek sintaksis yang berupa fungsi dalam kalimat pada komik Webtoon dapat berperan dalam mempromosikan penerapan protokol kesehatan di Prancis. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, fungsi kalimat dianalisis dengan teori sintaksis milik Le Querler (1994). Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa kalimat pada keenam komik didominasi dengan penggunaan fonctions primaire essentiel dan fonctions primarie accessoire yang membuat kalimat lebih informatif dan spesifik dalam mempromosikan penerapan protokol kesehatan dengan menyebutkan berbagai frasa keterangan yang berhubungan dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan. Kalimat yang didominasi dengan keberadaan fonctions primaire accessoire juga membuat kalimat dapat lebih dimengerti oleh pembaca karena menyebutkan cara dan anjuran dalam mematuhi penerapan protokol kesehatan yang berlaku. Analisis fungsi kalimat juga mengungkapkan kalimat yang dominan digunakan, yaitu kalimat imperatif terlihat dari penggunaan fungsi pivot dan kembali mendukung tujuan pengarang dalam mempromosikan penerapan protokol kesehatan. Selain itu, frasa-frasa yang berfungsi sebagai fonctions primare essentiels dan fonctions primaire accessoire digunakan secara repetitif memperlihatkan bahwa penulis dengan gencar menginformasikan dan mempromosikan penerapan protokol kesehatan sehingga pembaca dapat memahami realitas yang terjadi di masyarakat.

France has implemented various health protocols in order to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The health protocols are published via the internet such as on official government websites, posters, Youtube videos and even Webtoon. Prenez soin de vous is a French Webtoon that aims to inform the readers regarding the implementation of health protocols. This research aims to show how sentence function as a syntactic aspect in Webtoon comics can have a role in promoting the implementation of health protocols in France. By using qualitative methods, the sentences functions were analyzed by Le Querler’s (1994) syntactic theory. The results shows that the sentences in the six comics are dominated by the use of fonctions primaire essentiels and fonctions primaire accessoire which makes the sentences more informative and specific by mentioning various descriptive phrases related to the implementation of health protocols. The presence of fonctions primaire accesoire in the sentences also makes the sentence more understandable to the reader because it mentions ways in complying with the application of the health protocol. The sentences functions analysis also reveals that the dominant sentence used is the imperative sentence, seen from the usage of the pivot function, supporting the author's intention of promoting the application of health protocols. Furthermore, the phrases that function as fonctions primaire essentiels and fonction primaire accessoire are used repeatedly shows that the author intensively informs and promotes the implementation of health protocols with the purpose that readers can understand the reality that occurs in society."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kalimat majemuk yang terdapat dalam buku cerita anak usia 10 tahun yang berjudul Vater, Mutter, Ich, und Sie karya Jürg Schubiger. Metode dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan memaparkan jenisjenis kalimat majemuk yang terkandung dalam buku cerita anak tersebut, serta membuktikan kesesuaian penggunaan kalimat majemuk dalam buku cerita anak tersebut dengan teori oleh Hulit dan Howard mengenai penggunaan kalimat kompleks untuk anak usia 10 tahun. Dari hasil penelitian, kalimat majemuk yang ditemukan dalam buku cerita anak tersebut adalah kalimat majemuk setara dan bertingkat. Kalimat majemuk yang mendominasi adalah kalimat majemuk bertingkat.

This research examines the compound sentences in the children?s book for 10 year-olds, which is called Vater, Mutter, Ich, und Sie written by Jürg Schubiger. This is a qualitative and quantitative research. The purposes of this research are to explain and break down the types of compound sentences which are written in the book, and then prove the compatibility of those compound sentences used in the book based on the theory from Hulit and Howard on the usage of compound sentences for 10 year-old children. According to the results, the compound sentences in the book are compound-complex sentences. However the complex sentence type is the one that dominates in the book."

"Sastra terjemahan khususnya yang bertemakan cerita rakyat memiliki nilai budaya yang dibawa dari asal cerita rakyat tersebut. Perbedaan nilai budaya pembaca dengan asal cerita rakyat menjadi suatu hal yang menarik karena adanya proses transfer budaya. Perbedaan ini juga akan menyebabkan munculnya elemen-elemen fremdheit keasingan dari posisi pembaca, yaitu sebagai das Eigene milik sendiri yang berasal dari Jerman saat membaca karya ldquo;Prinzessin Kemang. rdquo; Proses verstehen antara pembaca dan nilai budaya Indonesia dalam hal ini sebagai das Fremde asing yang terkandung di dalam Prinzessin Kemang akan dicapai seiring dengan selesainya pembaca membaca buku tersebut. Selain itu proses verstehen juga dipengaruhi oleh latar belakang pengetahuan pembaca terhadap Indonesia. Hasil yang didapat dari proses verstehen adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan pembaca akan Indonesia karena adanya proses transfer dari das Fremde ke dalam das Eigene. Kedua hal ini membuat fremdheit yang ditangkap bukan lagi menjadi hal yang asing, maka dari itu posisi das Fremde dapat berubah menjadi das Eigene. Analisis menggunakan konsep semiotika dan konsep fremdheit dalam hermeneutik interkultural.

The translated literature particularly on the theme of folklore has cultural values that brought from the origins of folklore itself. The differences in cultural values of the reader and the origin of folklore become an interesting thing because of the process of cultural transfer. These differences will also cause the appearance of fremdheit strangeness elements from the reader 39;s position as das Eigene the self who comes from Germany when he/she reads Prinzessin Kemang. The understanding process verstehen between the reader and the cultural values ?? ??of Indonesia in this case as das Fremde the foreign which contained in Prinzessin Kemang will be achieved as the reader finishes reading the book. In addition, the understanding process verstehen is also influenced by the background of the reader 39;s knowledge about Indonesia. The result is an increase in reader 39;s knowledge of Indonesia due to the transfer process from das Fremde into das Eigene. Both of these make fremdheit that captured will no longer as a strange thing, therefore das Fremde position may turn into das Eigene. The analysis uses the concept of semiotics and the concept of fremdheit in intercultural hermeneutics."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang Fungsi dan Peran Anak Kalimat Setelah Kata Hubung Ctoby Dalam Kalimat Majemuk Bertingkat Pada Majalah Harpers Bazaar Rusia 2016. Dengan menggunakan teori Kalimat Majemuk Bertingkat dari Popov dan Rozental serta Kata Hubung dari Savko. Hasil yang terlihat adalah kalimat majemuk bertingkat dengan anak kalimat tujuan lebih banyak digunakan dalam beberapa artikel dalam majalah Harpers Bazaar Rusia 2016. Selain itu, anak kalimat bermakna tujuan yang menempati preposisi lebih banyak ditemukan pada majalah Harpers Bazaar Rusia.

"Anak merupakan amanah dari Allah SWT bagi setiap orang tua, disamping itu anak juga merupakan generasi penerus bangsa. Hal tersebut menjadikan anak berhak untuk mendapatkan perlindungan dan jaminan atas hak-haknya. Hak nafkah anak merupakan salah satu hak anak yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tumbuh kembang anak. Namun dewasa ini masih ditemukan permasalahan terkait penegakan hukum dan kepastian hukum hak nafkah anak setelah perceraian. Hal ini mengakibatkan banyaknya jumlah anak terlantar khususnya secara ekonomi di Indonesia. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini hendak menjawab, bagaimana hukum positif di Indonesia mengatur dan menjamin terpenuhinya hak nafkah anak dalam hal terjadinya perceraian beserta konsekuensi hukum apabila hak nafkah anak yang telah diputus oleh pengadilan tidak dipenuhi dan upaya hukum yang dapat diambil. Kemudian, analisis terkait implementasi aturan hukum dan pertimbangan hakim dalam memutus nafkah anak, dalam Putusan Nomor 263/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bkt. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan sumber bahan pustaka atau data sekunder. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dari segi instrumen hukum, Indonesia sudah menaruh perhatian khusus terkait jaminan hak nafkah anak dalam hal terjadinya perceraian. Namun masih banyak faktor yang menghambat terpenuhinya hak tersebut, baik dari sisi orang tua, pengadilan, dan pemerintah. Penting sekiranya dibentuk suatu lembaga yang bertanggungjawab secara khusus untuk menjamin bahwa setelah terjadi perceraian, anak dapat menerima hak nafkah sebagaimana mestinya. Pengadilan juga hendaknya melakukan pengawasan terkait pelaksanaan isi putusan oleh para pihak. Kesigapan ibu dalam mengambil tindakan bilamana ayah tidak menunaikan kewajibannya membayarkan nafkah, juga penting demi kesuksesan pemenuhan hak nafkah anak.

Children are a mandate from Allah SWT for every parent. Moreover, children are also the nation's next generation. This makes children entitled to get protection and guarantees for their rights. The livelihood right is one of the rights of children that have a significant effect on children's growth and development. However, currently there are still problems related to the law enforcement and legal certainty of child support rights after divorce. This has resulted in a large number of neglected children, especially in the term of economic in Indonesia. Based on these problems, this study intends to answer, how the positive law in Indonesia regulates and guarantees the fulfillment of child support rights in the event of divorce, along with the legal consequences will be when the right to support the child which has been decided by the court is not fulfilled and the legal effort that can be taken. There is also an analyzes about the implementation of legal rules and judges' considerations in deciding children's livelihoods, contained in Court’s Judgment Number 263 / Pdt.G / 2020 / PA.Bkt. The research method used is juridical normative, using library sources or secondary data. From the result of this research, it is found that in terms of legal instruments, Indonesia has paid special attention to the guarantee of child support rights in the event of divorce. However, there are still many factors that hinder the fulfillment of this right, both in terms of parents, court, and government. It is important if an institution is specifically responsible for ensuring that after a divorce occurs, children can receive the right to support them properly. The court should also supervise implementations of the decisions by the parties. The readiness of the mother in taking action when the father does not fulfill his obligation to pay for the living is also important for the success of fulfilling the right to support the child."

"Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis kompleksitas serta tingkat keterbacaan dari salah satu Kindermärchen (dongeng anak) dari Grimm bersaudara yang berjudul Schneewittchen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat kerumitan kalimat serta nilai keterbacaan dari dongeng Schneewittchen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 3 metode penelitian, yaitu metode kualititatif, metode deskriptif, dan metode kuantitatif untuk penghitungan tingkat keterbacaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dongeng Schneewittchen memiliki kompleksitas kalimat yang sangat tinggi dengan didominasi oleh hampir 95% kalimat kompleks. Namun, yang membuatnya menarik adalah hasil penghitungan tingkat keterbacaan dongeng tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dongeng Schneewittchen berada di kategori „agak mudah“ yang hampir mendekati „mudah“ dengan skor keterbacaan 70,98, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa dongeng tersebut lebih dapat diterima dengan baik oleh remaja, khususnya untuk anak yang memiliki kemampuan bahasa Jerman dengan rentang usia usia 12-13 tahun.

The focus of this research is the analysis of sentence complexity and reading ease of one of the Kindermärchen children’s tales) of The Brothers Grimm named Schneewittchen. The purpose of this research is to identify how high is the level of the sentence complexity and readability level of the tale. Thisresearchh was conducted using three research methods, namely qualitative method, descriptive method, and quantitative method for the calculation of readability level. The results show that Schneewittchen has a very high level of sentence complexity dominated by almost 95% complex sentences. However, what makes it interesting is the result of the reading ease calculation shows that the tale falls into the „fairly easy“ category which is close to the „easy“ category with a reading ease score of 70,98, so it can be said that the story can be read and received quite well by children, especially for 12-13 years old children who have German language skills."

"Penelitian ini menganalisis representasi perilaku perempuan pada foto kiriman pembaca di majalah segmentasi anak perempuan di Indonesia dan representasi perilaku feminin dalam foto kiriman pembaca berdasarkan fashion mereka. Hal ini berkaitan dengan fungsi media sebagai salah satu agen sosialisasi bagi anak. Penellitian ini menggunakan konsep representasi untuk menganalisis representasi perilaku feminin. Selain itu juga dipakai konsep semiotika yang dibuat oleh Sausurre yang menyatakan bahwa suatu tanda terdiri dari penanda dan petanda yang akan menunjukkan makna dari suatu tanda. Hasilnya adalah terdapat tiga representasi yang sama-sama diangkat oleh kedua majalah anak ini, yaitu representasi perilaku perempuan menggunakan make up, perempuan mengenakan aksesoris, dan perempuan berperilaku ramah dengan tersenyum.

This research analyzes feminine behavior representation in the reader photo submission in girls' magazine in Indonesia and the feminine behavior representation in the reader photo submission based on their fashion. This relates to the function of the media as one of the socialization agents for children. This research uses representation concept to analyze the representation of feminine behavior. Besides, this research also uses semiotic concept by Saussurre which states that a sign consists of signifier and signified that disclose the meaning of a sign. The result is that there are three representations are equally appointed by this two girls? magazine, they are behavior representation that woman uses make up, woman uses accessory, and women behave friendly by smiling."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi mikro, kecil, danusaha menengah (UMKM) untuk penerbitan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 23 Tahun 2018 yang dilihat dari aspek keadilan, kepastian, kemudahan, dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pelaku sektor UMKM yang terdaftar sebagai Wajib Pajak di KPP Pratama Jakarta Tanah Abang Dua dengan total 64 responden. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa lebih dari 50% responden setuju dengan peraturanHal ini telah memenuhi aspek keadilan, kepastian, kenyamanan, dan ekonomi. Persepsi Pelaku UMKM diukur berdasarkan karakteristik wajib pajak dan tingkat literasi akuntansi untuk mengetahui apakah faktor-faktor ini mempengaruhi kepatuhan Pembayar pajak. Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi praktis bahwa meskipun peraturan memenuhi aspek pemungutan pajak, fiskus tetap harus melakukan upaya agar peraturan ini lebih efektif, seperti meningkatkan sosialisasi pajak. Selain itu, ada implikasi teoretis yang menunjukkan bahwa Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 23 Tahun 2018 membuktikan teori dugaan pajak rezim, di mana perpajakan diterapkan dalam ekonomi di mana pelakunya masihmemiliki keterbatasan kemampuan dalam hal administrasi dan pembukuan. Peraturan Ini merupakan insentif yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik UMKM, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kepatuhan pajak.This study aims to analyze the perception of micro, small, andmedium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) for the issuance of Government Regulation Number 23 of 2018 which is seen from the aspects of justice, certainty, convenience, and economy. This research was conducted on MSME sector actors who were registered as taxpayers at KPP Pratama Jakarta Tanah Abang Dua with a total of 64 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that more than 50% of respondents agreed with the regulations This has fulfilled the aspects of justice, certainty, convenience, and economy. Perceptions of MSME actors are measured based on the characteristics of taxpayers and the level of accounting literacy to determine whether these factors affect taxpayer compliance. The results of the study provide practical implications that even though the regulation fulfills the tax collection aspect, the tax authorities still have to make efforts to make this regulation more effective, such as increasing tax socialization. In addition, there are theoretical implications which show that Government Regulation Number 23 of 2018 proves the theory of alleged tax regimes, where taxation is applied in an economy where the perpetrators are stillhave limited ability in terms of administration and bookkeeping. This regulation is an incentive tailored to the characteristics of MSMEs, with the aim of increasing tax compliance."
