"Prancis adalah negara republik yang memiliki sistem pemerintahan semi presidensial. Kekuasaan tertinggi di Prancis berada pada lembaga eksekutif yang dipimpin oleh presiden dan perdana menteri. Presiden Prancis dipilih langsung oleh rakyat melalui pemilihan umum. Sementara itu, perdana menteri diangkat langsung oleh presiden. Untuk anggota legislatif, terdapat dua lembaga yakni, Assemblée Nationale dan Sénat. Anggota Assemblée Nationale disebut sebagai députés, dan anggota Sénat disebut sebagai sénateurs. Pemilihan députés, yang merupakan wakil partai politik dipilih langsung oleh rakyat. Kemudian, sénateurs dipilih oleh para anggota conseillers reginaux, municipaux, dan generaux. Keanggotaan conseils ini dipilih melalui pemilihan umum secara langsung.Pada setiap pemilihan umum di Prancis terdapat badan yang memonitor keuangan setiap kandidat presiden dan kandidat anggota legislatif. Badan tersebut adalah Commission Nationale des Comptes de Campagne et des Financements Politique (CNCCFP). Selain memonitor dan mengawasi keuangan para kandidat dan partai politik, CNCCFP juga mengeluarkan beberapa aturan yang mengatur kegiatan kampanye di Prancis. Artikel ini akan membahas mengenai peran dan fungsi komisi ini dalam kehidupan politik di Prancis.

France is a republic who has a semi-presidential system of government. The highest authority in France is in the executive branch, headed by a president and prime minister. As for the legislative body, there are two institutions that have the biggest role, the Sénat and the Assemblée Nationale. French president is elected directly by the people through elections. At every election, the candidate for prime minister is appointed by the president, members of the Sénat are elected by indirect vote, while députés (members of Assemblée Nationale), members of legislative bodies such as the regional level conseil régional, conseil municipal, conseil général, are chosen through direct election.For every election in France there is one independent body who has the role to control and supervise every candidates?s financial and campaign which is called Commission Nationale des Comptes de Campagne et des Financements Politique (CNCCFP). This article will highlight the importance and the role of this institution for the political life in France."

"Le 18e numéro de la collection "Informatique et Santé" est consacré aux liens entre les systèmes d'information de santé et l'amélioration de la qualité en santé. Ce thème a été consacré lors 14e Journées francophones d'Informatique Médicale qui se sont déroulées à Tunis, les 31 mars, 1er et 3 avril 2011. Les articles sélectionnés détaillent les dernières avancées en matière d'application des méthodes de traitement de l'information aux données de santé. Ils ont été regroupés en 6 chapitres : 1) Représentation des connaissances et web sémantique ; 2) Terminologies et vocabulaires contrôlés ; 3) Fouille de données et extraction d'information ; 4) Guides de bonnes pratiques et décision clinique ; 5) Interopérabilité et échange de données ; 5) Utilisabilité et usages. Nombre de ces travaux entrent dans le cadre de la dissémination et de la valorisation scientifique de projets de recherche nationaux et européens. Ceci témoigne de la dynamique de la discipline "Informatique Médicale et Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication" dans la recherche sur l'évolutivité des systèmes d'information de santé et leurs liens avec l'évaluation du service rendu au patient."

"Puisi merupakan karya seni yang mengekspresikan pemikiran dan banyak mengangkat tema kehidupan tertentu, seperti patriotisme, yang secara umum diartikan sebagai perasaan cinta pada tanah air. Salah satu penyair Prancis yang sering mengangkat tema patriotisme di dalam puisinya adalah Joachim du Bellay; salah satu sastrawan yang sangat berpengaruh dalam perkembangan kesusastran Prancis Abad XVI. Salah satu puisi bertema patriotisme yang ditulis oleh du Bellay berjudul ?France mère des arts, des armes, et des lois?.Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah menunjukkan gambaran patriotisme di dalam puisi itu. Metode yang digunakan di dalam kajian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran patriotisme di dalam puisi ini terlihat dari bunyi yang membangun rima dan dari denotasi, serta konotasi. Penulis ini menyimpulkan bahwa puisi ini merupakan ungkapan kesedihan Joachim du Bellay yang berimplikasi pada perasaan cinta tanah airnya.

Poetry is a work of art to express ideas and many themes of life, for example the theme of patriotism which is defined as a feeling of love for the homeland. One of the French poet who was often using the theme of patriotism in his poem is Joachim du Bellay which is one of the most influential writers of the sixteenth century in French literature development. One of patriotism themed poem written by du Bellay called France mère des arts, des armes, et des lois.The purpose of this article is to show the image of patriotism in the poem. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This study shows that the image of patriotism in the poem is seen from the sounds that build rhyme and from the analysis of the meaning of denotation and connotation. The authors conclude that this poem is an expression of Joachim du Bellay?s sadness which has implications on feelings of love for homeland."
