The aim of Professional Field Work of Apothecary at Arafah Pharmacy, Arafah I st. No F/8 Villa Ilhami Islamic - Tangerang is making of pharmacists? job and responsibility at pharmacy. Then Pharmacists know and conceive about their role in managing of pharmacy, start from technical pharmaceutical activities to nontechnical pharmaceutical activities. The title of special assignment is feasibility study about pharmacy work together with practice of doctor. The aim of this special assignment is appraising feasibility development of Arafah Pharmacy to be a pharmacy work together with practice of doctor at Arafah I st. No F/8 Villa Ilhami Islamic - Tangerang."

"Apotek adalah tempat dilakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dan penyaluran sediaan farmasi dan perbekalan kesehatan lainnya kepada masyarakat. Pelayanan kefarmasian saat ini telah bergeser orientasinya dari obat ke pasien yang mengacu kepada Pharmaceutical Care. Sebagai konsekuensi perubahan orientasi tersebut, apoteker dituntut untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan perilaku agar dapat melaksanakan interaksi langsung dengan pasien maupun tenaga kesehatan lain. Kegiatan PKPA dilaksanakan pada tanggal 09 September - 18 Oktober 2013 di Apotek Arafah dengan tujuan untuk mengenal dan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab seorang apoteker di apotek serta menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan keterampilan dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah untuk menyusun strategi pemasaran apotek berdasarkan faktor internal dan eksternal apotek dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT.

Pharmacy is a place where do pharmacy work and distribution of pharmaceutical and other medical supplies to the public. Pharmaceutical services have now changed its orientation from the drug to patients who refer to Pharmaceutical Care. As a consequence of the change in orientation, pharmacists are required to improve the knowledge, skills and behaviors in order to carry out a direct interaction with patients and other health professionals. Pharmacists Internship Program (PIP) activities held on September 9th to October 18th, 2013 in the Arafah Pharmacy with the aim to recognize and understand the roles and responsibilities of a pharmacist in a pharmacy as well as increase knowledge and improve skills in pharmacy work. While the purpose of the special task is to arrange marketing strategy based on internal and external factors by using SWOT analysis."
