"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan fungsi apoteker pengelola apotek (APA) di apotek dan memahami kegiatan di apotek baik secara teknis kefarmasian maupun non teknis kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Penggunaan Klobazam di Apotek Atrika Periode Oktober 2012 Sampai Dengan Maret 2013. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui banyaknya penggunaan resep klobazam selama periode tersebut dan menganalisa kesesuaian resep tersebut di Apotek Atrika.

Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui antipsikosis DOEN yang paling banyak diresepkan oleh dokter kepada pasien yang diterima Apotek Atrika dan mengkaji peresepan antipsikosis DOEN yang diterima Apotek Atrika selama periode Januari hingga Desember 2012.

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab seorang Apoteker Pengelola Apotek dan memahami cara pengelolaan apotek, baik secara teknis maupun nonteknis kefarmasian, dengan melihat secara langsung aplikasinya di apotek. Tujuan pembuatan tugas khusus adalah untuk mengetahui persentase jumlah peresepan losartan dibandingkan dengan total resep dan persentase jumlah peresepan losartan dibandingkan dengan total resep terapi hipertensi. Tugas khusus juga bertujuan untuk melakukan skrining resep yang mengandung losartan (kelengkapan administratif, kesesuaian farmasetika dan pertimbangan klinis) pada peresepan untuk terapi hipertensi di Apotek Atrika pada periode Januari – Desember 2011.

The purpose of Pharmacist Internship Program at Atrika Pharmacy was to learn and to understand the role, function and responsibility of pharmacist and to understand the management of pharmacy both technically and non technically. The purpose for drafting the specific assignment was to find out the percentage of prescription containing losartan compared with total prescription and the percentage of prescription containing losartan compared with prescription for hypertension. Besides, the purpose of specific assignments was to screen the prescription containing losartan which includes the administrative requirements, pharmaceutical compatibility and clinical consideration aspects in period January- December 2011"
