Making the final work/report for pharmacist internship program in the Faculty of Pharmacy University of Indonesia is based on the work of professional practice of pharmacists in three different places. Melalui praktek kerja ini, apoteker dapat melihat secara langsung kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian, administrasi, dan manajemen di Apotek Atrika. Kemudian, tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Penggunaan Lodia® di Apotek Atrika Pada Periode Oktober 2012 - Maret 2013. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan Lodia® yang diresepkan sebagai obat diare di Apotek Atrika selama periode Oktober 2012 - Maret 2013 dan menganalisis penggunaan atau peresepan Lodia® di Apotek Atrika selama periode Oktober 2012 - Maret 2013 dari sisi kerasionalan resep dan pemberian informasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran resep, total resep yang diterima atau dilayani untuk pengobatan diare berjumlah 7 lembar atau 0,60 % dari jumlah keseluruhan resep yang diterima selama periode tersebut. Pemberian informasi mengenai obat saat penyerahan obat kepada pasien juga telah dilakukan dengan baik di Apotek Atrika.
