Tugas khusus yang diberikan dengan judul “Penyusunan Buku Petunjuk Pengguna Electronic Health Record (EHR) Sebagai Pendukung Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional (RSUPN) Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo” bertujuan untuk menyusun buku petunjuk pegguna EHR yang digunakan di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, buku petunjuk ini akan menjadi rujukan untuk penggunaan EHR yang benar sehingga dapat menghindari dari kesalahan penggunaan EHR.

Report of Apothecary Profession Internship at Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo on April 2nd - June 6th 2014 at the National Center Hospital Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo aims to provide an understanding of the tasks in the hospital pharmacist in pharmaceutical supply management and the role of clinical pharmacy services in RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. The aims of Pharmacist Internship Program at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo are to identify and understand the role and functions of pharmacists and to know pharmacy activities in Installation and Depot of Pharmacy RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo and to know the activities which carried out in the supporting installation / unit at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, i.e. Central Sterile Supply Installation, Pharmacy Storehouse, and Pharmacy Production Unit. And the purpose of the personal task is to make the active drugs information service facility (PIO) in the form of drugs information monographs available throughout all the installation."

Apothecary Profession Internship in Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Centre Hospital Jakarta was aimed to give comprehension to apothecary students about pharmaceutical supplies management and clinical pharmacy care in hospital. Beside that general assignment, there was specific assignment given to apothecary student which titled "The Composing of Leaflet about How to Use Insulin Pen Properly". This specific assignment was aimed to provide drug information and to socialize the proper use of insulin pen in order to achieve the rational use of drug."

"Rumah sakit yang merupakan salah satu dari sarana kesehatan merupakan rujukan pelayanan kesehatan dengan fungsi utama menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan yang bersifat penyembuhan dan pemulihan bagi pasien. Tugas utama Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit adalah pengelolaan mulai dari perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, penyiapan, peracikan, pelayanan langsung kepada pasien sampai dengan pengendalian semua perbekalan farmasi yang beredar dan digunakan dalam rumah sakit, baik untuk pasien rawat inap, rawat jalan maupun untuk semua unit termasuk poliklinik rumah sakit. Kegiatan PKPA dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 Februari- 08 April 2014 di Apotek Rini dengan tujuan untuk mengenal dan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab seorang apoteker di Rumah Sakit serta menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan keterampilan dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah untuk mengetahui kebutuhan obat sitostatika pada pasien yang menjalani kemoterapi rawat jalan di Poli Bedah RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo pada bulan Maret 2014
