"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan di PT. Merck Tbk. Jalan TB. Simatupang No.8, Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang segala aspek industri farmasi yang berhubungan dengan CPOB serta mengetahui penerapan CPOB di PT. Merck Tbk. serta mengetahui dan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam industri farmasi yang diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal untuk menghadapi dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Revalidasi Metode Analisis Vitamin E Asetat dalam Sediaan Sirup Emulsi Secara Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (KCKT). Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh metode yang valid untuk analisis vitamin E asetat dalam sediaan sirup emulsi secara Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (KCKT).

The aim of this special assignment is to obtain a valid method for the analysis of vitamin E acetate in emulsion syrup preparation with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)."

Registrasi diajukan oleh industri atau badan usaha kepada instansi berwenang seperti Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan atau Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Industri atau badan usaha seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan registrasi karena berbagai faktor. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu perusahaan atau badan usaha yang dapat membantu industri dalam proses registrasi produknya untuk memperoleh izin edar. Dalam proses registrasi tersebut diperlukan peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker sehingga seorang apoteker dituntut untuk memiliki pengetahuan, wawasan, dan keterampilan dalam bidang registrasi. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker perlu dibekali pengetahuan, wawasan, dan keterampilan dalam bidang registrasi. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami proses registrasi alat kesehatan.

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab seorang Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) di Apotek serta memahami cara pengelolaan apotek, baik secara teknis maupun nonteknis, dengan mempraktikan secara langsung kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian, administrasi, dan manajemen di Apotek Atrika. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Rekapitulasi dan Analisis Resep yang Mengandung Obat Wajib Apotek untuk Penyakit Ulkus Peptikum Golongan Penghambat Pompa Proton di Apotek Atrika Periode Juli – Desember 2012. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis obat wajib apotek untuk penyakit ulkus peptikum golongan penghambat pompa proton yang paling banyak diresepkan oleh dokter kepada pasien berdasarkan resep yang diterima Apotek Atrika selama periode Juli hingga Desember 2012 dan mengkaji peresepan obat untuk terapi ulkus peptikum yang diterima Apotek Atrika selama periode Juli hingga Desember 2012 dari sisi kerasionalan resep, interaksi obat, dan pemberian informasi.

Given special assignments titled Summary and Analysis of Prescription Drugs Containing Obat Wajib Apotik (OWA) for peptic ulcer disease Proton Pump Inhibitor Class at the Atrika pharmacy period July to December 2012. The purpose of this special task is to determine the type of OWA for peptic ulcer disease, class of proton pump inhibitors which are most widely prescribed by doctors to patients who received prescription from Atrika pharmacy during the period July to December 2012 and reviewing prescriptions for peptic ulcer therapy in terms of rational prescribing, drug interaction, and provision of information."

The aim of pharmacy internship program at Fatmawati General Hospital was to understand the role and responsibility of apothecary at hospital pharmacy installation, functional pharmacy unit, and pharmacy and therapeutic committee. The title of specific assignment is Cost Analysis of Askes Patient with Caesar Surgery in January until December 2012 at Central Surgery Installation. The specific assignment was made to evaluate the total average of drug and medical devices cost in each patient."
