"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara followership dan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan Bank X. Pengukuran followership menggunakan alat ukur followership questionnaire (Kelley, 1992) dan pengukuran komitmen organisasi menggunakan alat ukur commitment scale items (Allen & Meyer, 1990). Penelitian ini melibatkan 113 karyawan Bank X sebagai responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik korelasi Pearson.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara followership dan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan (r = 0.209, p < 0.05, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.05). Artinya, semakin tinggi followership yang dimiliki seseorang, maka semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi yang ia miliki. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, organisasi dapat meningkatkan followership para karyawannya sebagai salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasi mereka.

This research investigated the relationship between followership and organizational commitment among employees of Bank X. Followership was measured using a modification instrument named followership questionnaire (Kelley, 1992) and organizational commitment was measured using a modification instrument named commitment scale items (Allen & Meyer, 1990). This study involved 113 employees of Bank X as respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data in this study is analyzed using Pearson correlation technique.
The main result of this research show that followership positively correlated significantly with organizational commitment (r = 0.209, p<0.05, significant at L.o.S 0.05). That is, the higher followership of one’s own, the higher organizational commitment that employees have. Based on this result, organization could increase their employee's followership as one way to improve employee’s organizational commitment.

Artinya, semakin tinggi followership yang dimiliki oleh seorang karyawan, maka semakin tinggi pula komitmen organisasinya. Selain itu, dimensi followership yang memiliki sumbangan paling besar, yaitu active engagement. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka seorang karyawan perlu ditingkatkan followership-nya terutama komponen active engagement sehingga komitmen organisasinya dapat meningkat.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara followership dan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan BUMN dan seberapa besar dimensi followership memberikan sumbangan pada dimensi kepuasan kerja. Pengukuran followership menggunakan alat ukur Kelley’s Followership Questionnaire (Kelley, 1992) yang mana memiliki dua dimensi yaitu independent critical thinking dan active engagement.
Pengukuran kepuasan kerja menggunakan alat ukur Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (short-form) (Weiss, Dawis, England, & Lofquist, 1967) yang mana memiliki dua dimensi yaitu intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling yang mana kuesioner disebarkan melalui 2 staff di perusahaan. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 111 karyawan BUMN. Dalam melihat hubungan menggunakan teknik Pearson Correlation.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara followership dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan (r = 0.430; p<0.05, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.05). Artinya, semakin tinggi followership yang dimiliki oleh seseorang, maka semakin tinggi pula kepuasan kerjanya. Selain itu, dimensi followership yang memiliki sumbangan paling besar, yaitu independent critical thinking. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, seorang karyawan perlu ditingkatkan followership-nya terutama dimensi independent critical thinking sebagai salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja.

"Dalam mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan perusahaan, seorang karyawan harus memiliki followership yang baik. Hal tersebut akan mengarah pada meningkatnya kepuasan kerja yang dimiliki karyawan. Followership merupakan suatu kapasitas dan keinginan untuk melakukan tingkah laku tertentu dengan tujuan untuk berpartisipasi dalam memenuhi tujuan bersama (Kelley, 1992). Followership terdiri dari dua dimensi yaitu independent critical thinking dan active engagement. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja didefinisikan sebagai keseluruhan perasaan terhadap pekerjaan dan hubungannya dengan aspek-aspek dari pekerjaan (Spector, 1997). Aspek-aspek tersebut dapat dilihat dari sisi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik.
Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Followership Questionnaire (Kelley, 1992) yang telah dimodifikasi dan Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) yang berasal dari Weiss, Dawis, England dan Lofquist (1967). Penelitian ini melibatkan 131 karyawan sebagai responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara followership dan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan (r = 0.382; p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01). Hasil tersebut dapat diartikan, semakin tinggi tingkat followership maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, salah satu upaya perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawannya dapat dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan followership mereka.

To achieve the company’s goal, employees must have good followership. This will lead to increased employee job satisfaction. Followership is the capacity and the desire to perform a particular behavior in order to participate in common goals (Kelley, 1992). Followership consists of two dimensions, namely independent critical thinking and active engagement. While job satisfaction is defined as the overall feeling of the work and its relation to aspects of the job (Spector, 1997). These aspects can be seen from the intrinsic and extrinsic.
Instruments that used in this study are Followership Questionnaire developed (Kelley, 1992) that has been modified and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) developed by Weiss, Dawis, England and Lofquist (1967). This study involved 131 employees as respondents using accidental sampling technique.
The result of this study show that there is a significant positive relationship between followership and job satisfaction on employees (r = 0382, p = 0.000, significant at LoS 0.01). This results can be interpreted as the higher followership, the higher job satisfaction that employees have. Thus, one of the efforts that the company can do to improve employee job satisfaction is by also increasing their followership.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui mengenai hubungan antara followership dan employee engagement pada Operator Produksi PT. X yang dinilai sebagai perusahaan yang berhasil dan tidak terpengaruh isu-isu negatif seputar perburuhan yang biasa terjadi di perusahaan manufaktur sejenis. Pengukuran followership menggunakan Kelley's followership Questionnaire (Kelley, 1992) dan pengukuran employee engagement dengan Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli, 2002). Partisipan adalah 403 orang operator produksi di PT. X diperoleh secara purposive sampling.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara followership dan employee engagement (r= 0.392; p= 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01). Artinya, semakin tinggi followership, maka semakin tinggi employee engagement. Dengan demikian, agar menjadi perusahaan manufaktur yang sukses maka salah satu yang harus ditingkatkan adalah employee engagement operator produksi sebagai followers. Selain itu, dimensi followership yang memiliki sumbangan paling besar, yaitu independent critical thinking. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, seorang operator produksi perlu ditingkatkan followership-nya terutama dimensi independent critical thinking sebagai salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi employee engagement.

This research was conducted to find the relationship between followership and employee engagement of production operator PT. X which has considered as a success company and has not affected negative labor issues which commonly happened in similar manufacturing company. The followership was measured using an instrument named Kelley's followership Questionnaire (Kelley, 1992) and the employee engagement was measured using an instrument named Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli, 2002). The Participants of this research are 403 production operators in PT. X by using purposive sampling technique.
The main results of this research show that followership positively related significantly with employee engagement (r= 0.392; p= 0.000, significant at L.o.S 0.01). The implication of this study is the higher followership leads to the higher of employee engagement. Therefore, the results of this study suggest the company to become a success manufacturing company they should raise employee engagement of production operator as followers. In addition, the dimension of followership that has the greatest contribution is independent critical thinking. Based on this, the followership dimension of independent critical thinking of production operator needs to be improved as one of the factors that influence employee engagement.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara psychological capital (PsyCap) dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan yang bekerja pada Bank Syariah X. Psychological capital merupakan kondisi psikologis (state) seseorang yang positif yang dikarakteristikan dengan memiliki self-efficacy, optimism, hope, dan resiliency (Luthans et al., 2007). OCB adalah tingkah laku yang walaupun tidak berhubungan dengan tugas atau pekerjaan, tapi berfungsi untuk memfasilitasi fungsi organisasi (Lee & Allen, 2002). Penelitian ini didasari oleh persaingan bisnis perbankan, khususnya perbankan Syariah, dalam menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) yang saat ini terus berkembang. Oleh karena itu, sangat dibutuhkan karyawan yang tidak hanya melakukan kewajibannya saja, namun melakukan perilaku positif lain yang dapat mendorong kesuksesan organisasi. Psychological capital (PsyCap) merupakan salah satu faktor internal yang penting dalam munculnya organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Psychological capital (PsyCap) diukur menggunakan Psychological Capital Questionnairre (PCQ) (2007) dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) diukur menggunakan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale (2002). Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 135 karyawan yang bekerja pada kantor pusat Bank Syariah X. Melalui teknik statistik Pearson Correlation, diketahui terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara psychological capital (PsyCap) dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) (r = .53, p < .01, two tailed). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi PsyCap yang dimiliki karyawan, maka semakin tinggi pula OCB yang dimilikinya.

The present research was conducted to study the relationships between Psychological Capital (PsyCap) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) towards employees of Bank Syariah X. Psychological capital is an individual?s positive psychological state of development and is characterized by having self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resiliency. OCB is employee behaviour that although not critical to the task or job, serve to facilitate organizational functioning. The topic was selected due to the current banking business competition?s climate, especially in syariah banking, in facing the developing ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). Therefore, not only employees are expected to fulfil their obligations, they are required to demonstrate other positive behaviors that could promote the company to success. Psychological Capital (PsyCap) is one of the vital internal factors in regards to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) emerging. Psychological Capital (PsyCap) is measured with Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) (2007), while organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is measured by using organizational citizenship behavior scale (2002). Through Pearson Correlation statistic technique, it was found that from 135 survey participants, which are employees of Bank Syariah X?s main office, there is a positive and significant relationship between Psychological Capital (PsyCap) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (r=.53, p<.01, two tailed). The results indicate a correlation between PsyCap and OCB, thus, the higher the employees? PsyCap, the higher their OCB."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di Kementerian X. Peneliti menggunakan Organizational Climate Measure (OCM) untuk mengukur iklim organisasi dan Organizational Commitment Scales (OCS) untuk mengukur keterikatan organisasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 63 orang.
Gambaran iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi di Kementerian X diketahui cukup positif dan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan (r=.496, p<0.01, 2-tailed) antara iklim organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) dalam Kementerian X.

This research aimed to detect the relationship between organizational climate and organizational commitment among government employees in the Ministry of X.The researcher use Organizational Climate Measure (OCM) to quantify organizational climate and Organizational Commitment Scales (OCS) to measure organizational commitment. Sample that used in this research are 63 people.
Description of organizational climate and organizational commitment in the Ministry of X are known quite positive and high. The result of this research indicate that there is positive and significant relationship (r=.496, p<0.01, 2-tailed) between organizational climate and organizational commitment in the Ministry of X.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Work Values dan Followership pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Pengukuran followership menggunakan alat ukur Kelley's Followership Questionnaire (Kelley, 1992) dan pengukuran work values menggunakan alat ukur Work Values Inventory (Wu, 1996). Penelitian melibatkan 300 PNS pada tiga instansi pemerintah di Jakarta. Dengan tehnik korelasi Pearson disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara work values dan followership (r = .613, n = 300, p<.01, two-tails). Dengan demikian berarti 37,5% variasi skor yang terjadi pada followership dapat dijelaskan oleh work values, khususnya melalui sub variabel, self growth, self realization, self esteem, social interaction consideration dan security and economic consideration.

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant relationship between Work Values ​​and Followership in the Civil Service. Followership measurement using Kelley's Followership Questionnaire (Kelley, 1992) and measurement of work values ​​using Work Values ​​Inventory (Wu, 1996). The study involved 300 civil service in three ministries in Jakarta. With the Pearson correlation technique concluded that there was a significant relationship between work values ​​and followership (r = .613, n = 300, p <.01, two-tails). Thus implies a 37.5% variation in scores that occurred on followership can be explained by the work values​​, particularly through the sub-variables, self growth, self realization, self esteem, social interaction and economic security consideration and consideration.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara identitas organisasi dan perilaku kerja inovatif pada perusahaan X. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pesatnya perkembangan dari industri kreatif. Pendekatan yang sesuai dalam menghadapi hal tersebut adalah pendekatan inovatif yang dapat memicu diterapkannya perilaku kerja inovatif dalam organisasi. Salah satu hal yang dapat memiliki hubungan dengan perilaku kerja inovatif adalah identitas organisasi. Identitas organisasi sendiri memiliki peranan penting dalam memandu perilaku kayawan yang diharapkan muncul. Terdapat total 401 karyawan perusahaan X yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Perusahaan X merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki nilai inovatif dan bergerak dalam bidang industri kreatif dengan sub-kelompok penerbitan dan percetakan. Terdapat dua alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Innovative Work Behavior Scale (Janssen, 2000) dan Organizational Identity Scale (Etikariena, 2015). Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis pearson product moment correlation, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara identitas organisasi dan perilaku kerja inovatif (r= .063, p> .05).

"Turnover karyawan merupakan salah satu masalah yang dihadapi oleh setiap perusahaan atau organisasi. Di Indonesia, angka turnover karyawan dapat dikatakan tinggi. Salah satu industri di Indonesia dengan angka turnover karyawan yang tinggi adalah industri perbankan. Turnover intention dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah adanya psychological capital yang dimiliki karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara psychological capital dan turnover intention pada karyawan. Responden penelitian ini adalah 135 karyawan Bank Syariah X (n = 135). Pengukuran psychological capital dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Psychological capital Questionnaire (PCQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Luthans, Youssef dan Avolio (2007), sedangkan turnover intention diukur dengan Turnover intention Scale (TIS-6) yang dikembangkan oleh Bothma dan Roodt (2013). Hasil korelasi Pearson membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara psychological capital dan turnover intention pada karyawan Bank Syariah X (r = -0.43, p < 0.01, one tailed).

Employee turnover is one of the problems faced by every company or organization. In Indonesia, the rate of employee turnover is high. One of the industries in Indonesia which have high rate of employee turnover is banking industry. Turnover intention can be influenced by several factors, one of them is the existence of psychological capital owned by employees. This research was conducted to prove whether or not the relationship between psychological capital and turnover intention among employee. The respondents of this research was 135 employees (n = 135) of Bank Syariah X. The measurement of psychological capital was done by using Psychological capital Questionnaire (PCQ), and turnover intention was measured by Turnover intention Scale (TIS-6). Pearson correlation result proves that there is a negative and significant relationship between psychological capital and turnover intention among employees of Bank Syariah X (r = -0.43, p < 0.01, one tailed)."
