"Praktekk dokter swasta merupakan saiah satu upaya pelayanan kesehalan pada masyarakal yang belperan dalam menekan angka morbiditas dan mortalitas di Indonesia Institusi ini menjadi Salah sam bagian panting dalarn sistem kesehatan nasional dan regional. Sistem informasi kesehatan praktik dokter swasta di Kabupatcn Cianjur belum berjalan. Olch karcna itu dipcrlukan pengembangarmya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentitikasi masalah, menemukan variabei, menentukan indikator, dan menyusun prototipe sistem informasi keschatan praktik dokter swasta Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah berdasarkan siklus hidup pcngembangan sistem yang lerdiri dari tahap perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, dan pelaksanaan sistem. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket, observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Objek pcnclitian meliputi dokter praktik swasla., puskesmas, dan Dinas Kcschatan Kabupaten Cianjur. Ruang lingkup penelitian adaiah doktcr umum, doktcr gigi dan dokter spesialis yang praktik di klinik, balai pengobatan, da.n praktik sendiri.
Penelitian ini berhasil mengidentifikasi permasalahan sistem yang ada saat ini, menemukan variabel yaitu identitas pasien, riwayat alergi, anamnese, hasil pemcriksaan, diagnosis, dan pengobatan. Indikator yang dihasilkan adalah jumlah kunjungan pasien, proporsi pcnyakit berdasarkan jenis kclamin, proporsi penyakit berdasarkan kelompok umur, dan 10 besar penyakit terbanyak. Pengujian sistem dilakukan di laboratorium komputcr FKM UI. Sistem infommasi ini dapat menggambarkan alur sistcm yang jelas, pcngolahan dan pcnyajian data secara otomatis, serla penyimpanan data dalam bentuk basis data. Kondisi yang dibutuhkan dalam implementasi sistcm di lapangan adalah perlu komitmen dari Pimpinan Dinas Kesehatan dan para pmktisi dokter praktik Swasla.

This research succeed to identify problems of existing system in this time, finding variable that is patient identity, allergic history, anamnese, result of inspection, diagnosed, and medication. yielded by indicator is the amount of patient visit, disease proportion pursuant to gender, disease proportion pursuant to age group, and 10 is big of disease many. examination of System conducted in FKM UI computer laboratory. This infomation system can depict clear system path, and processing presentation of data automatically, depository and also data in the form of data bases. Condition of which is required in system implementation in field is needing commitment from Head District Health Oilice and all private sector practice doctor practitioner.

"Pengdolaan obat tingkat kabupaien/kota bertujuan agar tersedianya obat dengan mum yang baic, terselzar secara merata dengan jenis dan jumlah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelaynnan kesehatan dasar bagi masyarakax yang membutuhkan di unit pclayanan kesehatzm. Untuk menmpai tujuan tersebnt diperlukan dukungan manajemen, pendanaan dan sistem intformasi pengelolaan obat Serta snmber daya manusia. Masalah yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan obat di Dinas Kesehatan Kabnpateu Sawahlunto/Sijunjung adalah belum optimalnya pengelolaan obat hal ini terlihat dari banyaknya obat yang kudaluarsa, ketersediaan obat belum sesuai kebutuhan karena perencanaan kebutuhan obat belum baik, dan sistem masih manual, untuk itu diadakan penelitian Pengembangan Sistcm Infonnasi Manajemen Pcngelolaan Obat di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sawahlunto/Sijunjung Tahun 2007.
Metodologi yang digunakan adalah berdasarkan sG:lus hidup pengembangan sistem yang tcrdiri dari tahap perencanaan, analisis, perancaugan dan pelaksanaan. Untuk tahap pelaksanaan hanya sampai pada kegiatan dokumentasi sistem. Pengujian sistem hanya dilakukan di laboratorium menggunakan data obat di Gudang Farmasi. Pengumpulan data dan informasi melalui wawancara dan observasi dokumen. Unit keuja yang menjadi obyek penelitian adalah Gudang Farmasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sawahlunto/Sijunjung.
Dalam penelitian ini telah dihasilkan prolotipe SIMPOP Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sawahlunto/Sijunjung yang dihaxapkan dapat membantu manajemen Program Obat dan Perbeknlan Kesehatan di Kahupaten, untnk meningkatkan kinelja pengelolaan obat dan mznyediakan pelaporan kc tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Kelebihan sistem yang bam adalah terscdianya sistem peringatan dini terhadap obnt yang akan kadaluarsa pada enam bulan yang akan datang secara otomatis, sehingga dengan cepat dapat dilakukan tindakan untuk antisipasinya.
Kondisi yang dibutuhkan dalam implcrnentasi sistem dilapangan adalah diperlukan komitmen dari Pimpinan Dinaa Kesehatan terutama dalam hal penanggung jawab program , kebijakan pendukung siatem, atumn dan pembagian tugas yang jelas serta dukungan dana, sehingga dapat menunjang terlaksananya program dengan baik.

Drugs management at district/city level is aimed to obtain the availability of good quality drugs, equally distributed with suitable type and quantity to meet the need of primary health care. In order to achieve those objectives, the management support is required as well as financing, drugs management information system, and hrmran resources- The problem that existed on implementing the drugs management in the Health Office of Sawahlunto/Sntmjrmg District was not managed optimally yet. It was revealed liom the large amount of existing expired drugs, inappropriateness between the available drugs and need because of the need assessment of drugs was not conducted well and the system that adopted was still manual. Because of those reasons, the study of management information system development lbr drugs in the Health Oliice of Sawahlunto/Sijunjung in 2007 was conducted.
The methodology that used was based on life cycle of development Qstem consisted of planning, analysis, design, and implementing stage. For the implementation stage was only conducted on system documentation System trial was conducted in the laboratory using data of drugs from the Pharmacy Warehouse. Information and data collection was conducted through interview and docrnnent observation The object of study was Pharmacy Warehouse in the Health Odice of Sawahlunto/Siiunjrmg District.
The study resulted in the prototype of SIMPOP of the Health Oflice of Sawahlunto/Sntmjrmg District. It was highly expected that could help the drugs and health logistics program management to augment the performance of drugs management and to supply the accurate reporting for the higher institution level. The advantage of this new system was the availability of early waming system automatically for drugs that would be expired in the next six months, so there could be immediately conducted some efforts to anticipate.
It was highly required the commitment from the head of the Health Oiiice in implementing the system specially about program manager, policy for system support, procedures, and clearly job description, and financing so that the program could nm well.

"Rumah tangga sehat rnerupakan salah satu indikator Standar Pelayanzm Minimal (SPM) Promosi Kesehatan karena perilaku di rumah tangga Iebih representatiftcrhadap perilaku masyarakat dibanding tatanan yang lain. Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) di Rumah Tangga adalah upaya untuk memberdayakan anggota rumah tangga agar sadar, mau dan mampu melakukan PHBS untuk memelihara dan meningkatkan kesehatannya, mencegah risiko teqiadinya penyakit dan melindungi diri dari ancaman penyakit Serta berperan aktif dalam gerakan kesehatan di masyarakat.
Masalah program PHBS di Kota Bogor dari sisi infonnasi yang ada saat ini adalah belum adanya data base dan informasi yang dihasilkan belum meyajikan infonnasi yang spesifik untuk pcngambilan keputusan dalam rangka perencanaan dan evaluasi PI IBS. Dari hasil analisis terhadap kebutuhan sistem informasi, maka sistem yang dibutuhkan adalah sistem yang dapat menyajikan informasi yang spesifik tentang masalah perilaku di masyarakat sehingga dapat diambil langkah upaya penccgahan dan penanggulangan masalah kesehatan, Untuk itu diperlukan pengcmbangan sistem infommasi yang discsuaikan dengan kebutuhan.
Sistem Informasi PHBS yang dihasilkan, dibangun dari pengkajian masajah sistem dengan mengacu pada kebutuhan informasi untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam rnenanggulangi masalah kesehatan di Kota Bogor. Dari kajian kebutuhan infonnasi ini kemudian dibangun kebutuhan sistem meliputi kebutuhan input dan kebutuhan proses serta kebutuhan output berupa tampilan output yang informatif dan akurat sehingga dapat dijadikan dasar pengambilan keputusan.
Sistem informasi PHBS Tatanan Rumah Tangga yang dikembangkan mempunyai beberapa kelebihan diantaranya output yang dihasilkan, interpretasi hasil dengan bantuan gratik dan peta yang mcnggambarkan perilaku menurut kelurahan dan kecamatan, kemudahan akses infonnasi dan kelebihan lain seperti efisensi waktu dan tenaga juga pengelolaan data dan informasi dengan memanfaatkan manajemen basis data sedangkan informasi yang dihasilkan dan sistem sebelumnya hanya berupa klasifikasi Kelurahan Sehal.
Diharapkan pengembangan sistem informasi PHBS Talanan Rumah Tangga dapat menjadi solusi permasalahan sistcm informasi yang ada sehingga inlormasi yang dihasilkan dapat mcnjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan untuk mcmccahkan masalah kesehatan. Diperlukan beberapa tahapan yaitu uji coba, sosialisasi dan advokasi, pelatihan, monitoring dan evaluasi secara tems mcnerus agar sistem dapat diterapkan di lapangan.

Universitas Indonesia, sebagai salah satu universitas terkemuka di Indonesia, te!ah memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi yang disebut Sistem Informasi Akademik & Kemahasiswaan Universitas lndonesia (SlAK-UI) dalam proses­ proses akademik dan kemahasiswaan.
SIAK-UI belum sepenuhnya digunakan oleh seluruh fakultas yang ada di Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi SIAK-Ul tersebut ke Fakultas Kedokteran (FK) dan Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi (FKG) Universitas Indonesia.
Model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model wale/fall. Laporan tesis ini akan menguraikan aktifitas-aktititas dan produk-produk yang dihasilkan pada masing-masing tahap pengembangan.
Desain dan implementasi untuk SIAK FK pada salah satu modul proses, yaitu proses penjadwalan kuliah. Pada tahap akhir pengembangan perangkat lunak. dilakukan evaluasi terhadap proses dan produk pengembangan perangkat lunak. Hal-hal apa yang telah dilakukan dan apa yang belum dilakukan pada pengembangan perangkat lunak ini akan diulas pada bagian akhir tesis ini.

University of lndonesia, as one of the best universities in Indonesia, has used Information System, called University oflndonesia Academic and Student Affairs Information System (SIAK-Ul), to run its academic and student affairs processes.
Not all faculties in University of Indonesia have used SIAK-UL The goal of this study is to extend the SIAK-UI application to Faculty of Medicine (FK) and Faculty of Dentistry (fKG). To achieve it, software development process is done based on discipline software engineering.
Software development model used in this study is waterfall model. This thesis will explain the activities and results produced in each development phases.
Scope of design and implementation of SIAK-FK and SIAK-FKG are limited to one process, that is lecture-scheduling process. At the last phase, software development process and results are evaluated. What has been done and what has not been done through this software development will be discussed in the last part of this thesis.

"The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of public computer users' satisfaction toward the efficiency and effectiveness of students at Trisakti school of management. User satisfaction was measured by feature completeness, stability/accuracy, user friendly, innovation, security and flexibility. This study uses 380 respondents which are students at Trisakti School of Management. Data was collected by using simple random sampling. Using Multiple Regression Analysis, the result shows that public computer users' satisfaction have signífícant influence toward efficiency and effectiveness of students at Trisakti School of Management. However, from t-test shows that feature completeness, innovation, security, flexibility have significant influence toward efficiency, and feature completeness, innovation have significant influence toward effectiveness."

"Dashboard is a computer interface that displays a variety of charts, graphs, tables, which are selected reports from various data that are considered important to display rapidly, with an attractive appearance, dynamic, and relevant so that it can immediately be seen quickly to analyze a condition. Dashboard information system is widely used in various companies as a support system for decision-making where Dashboard usually displays data business trends of the company or the achievement of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of a company. The method used is descriptive analysis by means of collecting information that areimportant for universities to be considered asthe Key Success Factors (KSF) of the university, and then, the design of the dashboard is made in accordance with these important factors.The result of this study is a grand design of information systems for the university performance monitoring, starting from the reception of students, faculty performance, student academic achievement, effectiveness and efficiency of services, including graduates. It is expected that by the time the system has been fully implemented, the university can take action quickly and accurately with respect to the required conditions."

"The purposes of the research are to analyze the e-marketing strategy and to design e-marketing application which is a website that is appropriate for SME’S of Dare to Dream Indonesia (D2DI) community. The methodology of analysis used consists of 4 stages from 7 stages of e-marketing and the design method consists of three last stages of e-marketing. The result achieved is a website as an e-marketing application that can support marketing and promoting activities, expanding the target market, giving complete information and facilitating the customers to access product information, and supporting the communication between D2DI community, SME’S, and the customers. The conclusions obtained are that e-marketing can be a solution to solve customer needs of the availability of complete and current information and communication.

"Berdasarkan data SUSENAS 2004 diperoleh data bahwa pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehaman dalam rangka Upaya Kesehatan Perorangan (UKP) yang diselenggarakan oleh pihak di luar pcmerintah (rumah sakit swasta, praktik dokter, poliklinik, prakzik pemugas kesehatan) sangat tinggi yaitu mencapai 5l,08%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa besamya peranan sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang diselanggarakan oleh swasta. Keadaan tersebut tidak _iauh berbeda dengan keadaan di Kabupatcn Bekasi, hal ini dikarenakan sarana pelayanan kesehatan swasta yang sangat lmnyak di Kabupaten Bekasi dimana wilayahnya yang berbatasan langsung dengan ibukota DKI Jakarta dan laju pertmnbuhan yang cukup tinggi yang disebabkan urbanisasi.
Hal tersebut memicu pesatnya perkembangan sarana pelayanan kesehatan swasta yang melakukan perizinan, narnun belum semua sarana pelayanan kesehatan swasta melakukan dan mengetahui tentang perizinan di Kabupaten Bekasi. Oleh karena itu periu adanya sistem informasi pcrizinan penyclenggaraan sarana pelayanan kesehatan swasta yang berbasis web, sehingga pihak terkait dengan perizinan dapat mengakses informasi dan melakukan perizinan dengan lebih cepat. Pengembangan sistem yang dilakukan berdasarkan metode System Development LM; Cycle, yaitu planning ana&sis system, design, implementation, maintencmce dan evaluation system dengan memadukan konsep Data Base Management System dan data website sehingga menjadi kekuatan dalam Sistcm Informasi Perizinan Penyelenggaraan Sarana Pelayanan Kesehatan Swasta (SIP-PSPKS).
SIP-PSPKS di desain untuk kemudahan input data dan otomasi proses pengolaharmya menjadi informasi. Output yang dihasilkan bempa laporan data sarana pelayanan kesehatan swasta berizin, tabulasi indikator perizinan, dan informasi perizinan herbasis web yang dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan kebijakan dalam meningkatkan persentase sarana pelayanan kcsehatan swasta berizin dan dapat melihat penyebaran Iokasi sarana pelayanan kesehatan swasta. Prototype aplikasi SIP-PSPKS dan Website informasi perizinan telah terbangun dan dapat diterapkan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupatcn Bekasi karcna menggunakan teknologi yang sederha.na dengan spcsiiikasi sistem yang rendah dan ditunjang dcngan akan adanya jaringan LAN.

Pursuant to SUSENAS 2004 obtained by data that health facility exploiting in order to Individual Health Effort (UKP) which is carried out of outside government (private sector hospital, practical doctor, polyclinic, practical health officer) very high that is reaching 5l,08%, this matter indicate that the level of health service facility which carried out by private sector. The situation do not far differ from situation in Bekasi District, it because so many private health service facilities in Bekasi District where its region which abut on direct capital of DKI Jakarta and high enough growth rate caused by urbanization.
The mentioned trigger its fast is growth of private health service facilities conducting permit, but not yet all private health service facilities conduct and know about permit in Bekasi District. Therefore need thc existence of permit infomation system of private health service facilities based on web, so that related parties with permit can access information and conduct permit faster. System development conducted by pursuant to System Development Life Cycle method, that is planning analysis system, design, implementation, maintenance and evaluation system with combine concept of Data Base of Management System and website data so that become strength in permit infomation system of private health service facilities ( SIP-PSPKS).
SIP-PSPKS designed for amenity of data input and automation process its processing become information. Output yielded by in the form of data report of private health service facilities have pennitted, tabulation of permit indicator, and information of pemiit base on web able to be used for decision making in determining policy in improving percentage of private health service facilities have pcmiit and can see spreading of location of private health service facilities, The prototype of SIP-PSPKS application and Website of permit information have been developed and applicable in Bckasi District Health Service because using modestly technology by the low system specification and it has supported by developed of Local Area Network (LAN).

"Tujuan pengcmbangan Sistem Informasi Program Kesehatan lbu dan Anak di Kabupaten Sanggau adalah dikembangkannya Sistem Informasi Program Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak yang adekuat untuk menghasilkan informasi yang berkualitas dalarn mendukung pelaksanaan progmm Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak di Kabupaten Sanggau. Pengembangan Sistem lnformasi Program Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak di Kabupaten Sanggau ini mengacu pada sistem yang sudah ada yaitu Sistem Pelaporan Program Kcschatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) dan Sistem Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Terpadu Puskesmas (SPZTP). Namun pelaksanaan sistem ini masih terdapat masalah diantaranya pemanfaatan komputer behun optimal, ketepatan waktu pengiriman laporan rendah dan kelengkapan laporan rendah. Pemmasalahan ini menyebabkan sistem infom1asi beium adekuat dalam menyediakan data yang berkualitas dalam penguatan manajemen program Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak di Kabupaten Sanggau. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah berdasarkan siklus hidup pengembangan sistem yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, analisis, perancangan dan pelaksanaan. Untuk tahap pelalcsanaan hanya sampai pada kegiatan dokumentasi sistem. Pengujian sistem hanya dilakukan di laboratorium menggunakan data tahun 2005 dan tahun 2006. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, telaah dokumen dan observasi di lapangan. Unit kerja yang menjadi obyek penelitian adalah Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sanggau dan dua Puskesmas di wilayah kerjanya. Dalam penelitian ini telah dihasilkan prototipe Sistem Informasi Program Keschatan lbu dan Anak di Kabupaten. Pelaksanaan sistem informasi ini agar berjalan dengan baik dan berkelanjutan membutuhkan komitmen dan kebijakan yang kuat dari pcnentu kebUakan, aturan yang jelas tentang organisasi pelaksana, motivasi yang kuat dari pelaksana dan dukungan dana yang berkwinambungan. Diharapkan dapat membantu dalam menyediakan data dan infonnasi Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak berkualitas yang dapat digunakan untuk penguatan manajemen progam Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak di Kabupaten Sanggau.
The purpose of Maternal and Child Health infomation system development is to develop an application of Matemal and Child Health Program information System is adequately that provided good quality of infomation to support Matemal and Child health programs in Sanggau District. The development for Matemal and Child Health infomation system in Sanggau District had been conducted according to Matemal and Child Health was reporting system and Health Center Integrated Recording and Reporting System was called SPZTP. There are many problems in the implementation of this system such as too using computer on data management was not optimal, lack of timely reporting, and incompleteness of reporting. These problems make the data quality is low and not adequately support the management of Matemal and Child Health program in Sanggau District. The method for this research was using system development life cycle approach that consist of planning, analysis, design and implementation stages. Implementation stage limited to documentation process. System testing have been conducted at laboratory and using data at 2005 and 2006 year. Data needed were collecting by indepth interview, and document observation. The object of research was the Health Office of Sanggau District and two selected public health centers. This research had been created a prototype of Maternal and Child Health Program Management Infomation System is Good and continuity of system implementation need the policy and commitment of decision maker, clear regulation of system organization, good motivation of the system operator and continuity of tinancial support. Hoping to help on providing good quality of Matemal and Child Health data and information which support matemal and Child health program management in Sanggau District."
