"ABSTRAK
Kawasan Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa terdiri dari banyak lokasi yang menarik bagi turis asing maupun lokal. Wilayah ini memiliki fungsi asalnya sebagai pusat kegiatan industri seperti impor barang-barang dan logistik. Barang-barang tersebut diangkut dengan menggunakan kapal Phinisi yang masih menjadi kapal pengangkut utama sekaligus menjadi objek wisata karena aspek sejarahnya. Selain itu, Kawasan Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa juga menyediakan banyak tujuan wisata lain beserta sarana pendukungnya. Pusat Kebudayaan Sunda Kelapa, Pusat Informasi Wisata, Mercusuar, hingga Pusat Konservasi Air merupakan bagian dari kompleks wisata bersejarah ini. Setiap tempat terhubung melalui stasiun trem, green corridor, dan jalur sepeda. Masterplan Kawasan Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa memiliki fokus untuk menjaga wilayah tersebut tetap ramah pejalan kaki dan dirancang berdasarkan Transit Oriented Development (TOD)Sehingga, fasilitas pendukung dibutuhkan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. S+K Parking Hub menjadi salah satu dari sarana yang menyediakan fasilitas parkir dan mendukung aktivitas bersepeda. Fasilitas-fasilitas yang disediakan di dalam bangunan ini antara lain kafe, restoran, parkir motor, parkir sepeda, parkir mobil, hingga parkir bus pariwisata. Gedung parkir ini unik karena tersusun oleh split level yang terdiri atas fungsi-fungsi yang beragam tersebut.

ABSTRACT
Sunda Kelapa Port Area consists of many attractions for both foreign and local tourists. The existing area serves its function for industrial activities such as importing goods and logistics, while Phinisi still become main transport as well as main attraction for tourism destination for its historical aspect. Besides, Sunda Kelapa Port Area also provides many destinations and its amenities. Sunda Kelapa Cultural Center, Tourism Information Center, Lighthouse, and Water Conservation Center have become part of this heritage tourism complex. Each destination connected by tram station, green corridor, and bicycle lane. The masterplan of Sunda Kelapa Port Area focused on keep this place pedestrian friendly and designed based on Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Therefore, the supporting facilities are needed. S+K Parking Hub has become one of amenities that provide parking and bicycling activities. The program of the building contains café, restaurants, motorbike parking, bicycle hub, car parking, and bus terminal. The parking building stacked by split level that create a unique building with many different functions inside.

"Smoke is the real threat in a fire in an enclosed, underground parking garage, and is a significant issue and very critical for firefighters dealing with fire. Special attention should be paid to fire safety, especially for those with multiple floors underground. A model of the smoke movement in a basement was established using Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) 6.0 software. In this paper, the study undertaken used a basement model of 60 m (length) × 30 m (width) × 3 m (height) and has three typical floors. Smoke ventilation shafts were provided for the basement. A well-controlled liquid pool fire with a heat release rate (HRR) of 2 MW was used as an input parameter. The ventilation strategy was achieved through a mechanical exhaust fans and make-up air fans. The required ventilation was based on the air changing ten times per hour. The following parameters were varied: the location of the fire, the presence or absence of sprinklers, the presence or absence of a smoke-extraction system, the presence or absence of openings for incoming air, and the presence or absence of a jet fan and ducting. The impact of jet fans (induction type) was also addressed in several simulations. Smoke modeling was investigated under different fire scenarios. Simulations were conducted for smoke and heat control using forced, mechanical, horizontal ventilation. When the combination of a jet fan and ducting was applied, the fastest time for smoke removal was achieved compared to the other scenarios."

"Freight transport plays a very important role in economic activities. However, in some cases, the local transportation authority often disregards its existence, including in parking management issues. This research is aimed at developing an optimization model for off-street parking space management that considers freight cars and passenger cars as two different entities. Optimization aims at minimizing the joint function of the parking index of freight cars and the parking index of passenger cars. Weighting is given to both parking indexes to represent the interest level of parking operator to both types of vehicles. Parking space of both vehicles is at any time is arranged in a dynamic manner based on the inflow and outflow rate of vehicles at previous times. The parking index is limited by the maximum parking index desired by the management. The proposed model is applied to the parking activity in Jatinegara Trade Center (JTC), Jakarta, and shows that the model solution provides a better parking index than the actual parking index (without optimization)."

"Klausula baku adalah suatu klausula atau syarat-syarat dan ketentuan standar yang dibakukan dan dibuat secara sepihak oleh pelaku usaha dalam hubungannya dengan konsumen. Skripsi ini membahas mengenai penerapan klausula baku pada tiket valet parking berdasarkan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen, beserta masalah-masalah yang terjadi di dalamnya.
Analisis terhadap permasalahan yang dibahas dalam skripsi ini dilakukan dengan mengacu pada ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, khususnya Pasal 18 yang mengatur mengenai klausula baku. Penulis berpendapat bahwa pengawasan terhadap klausula baku adalah tanggung jawab bersama dari pemerintah, pelaku usaha, lembaga perlindungan konsumen swadaya masyarakat, dan masyarakat itu sendiri selaku konsumen.

Standard clause is a clause or terms and standard provisions that are standardized and made unilaterally by businesses in relation to consumers. This thesis discusses the application of standard clause in the valet parking ticket based on the Consumer Protection Law, along with the problems that occured with it.
The analysis of the problems discussed in this thesis is done based on the Law Number 8 of 1999 regarding Consumer Protection, especially in Article 18 which regulate about the standard clause. The author argue that the control to the application of standard clause is a shared responsibility of government, companies, non-government organization, and the society itself as a consumer.

"Skripsi ini berisi analisis tentang pengelolaan parkir on street oleh Unit Pengelola Perparkiran DKI Jakarta di Melawai yang terdiri dari parkir on street lingkungan dan non lingkungan. Tujuannya untuk menganalisis pengelolaan parkir on street oleh Unit Pengelola Perparkiran di Melawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori parking management oleh Kodransky dan Hermann dengan pendekatan positivis, deskriptif, cross sectional, yang dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan parkir on street lingkungan berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari terpenuhinya kesepuluh indikator yang digunakan. Sementara itu, pengelolaan parkir on street non lingkungan belum berjalan dengan baik. Dari sepuluh indikator, hanya satu indikator yang terpenuhi sedangkan sembilan indikator lainnya tidak terpenuhi.

The thesis contains of analysis about on street parking management by the Jakarta City Government through the Parking Service of Technical Implementation Unit in Melawai, which consists of inside parking lot and outside. The purpose of this research is to analyze on street parking management by the Parking Service of Technical Implementation Unit in Melawai. This research uses theory of parking management by Kodransky and Hermann with positivist approach, descriptive design, cross sectional study, in-depth interview, observation and literature study.
The result shows that inside on street parking lot management in Melawai has running well. This can be seen from the ten indicators that used in this research, all being fulfilled. Meanwhile, the outside on street parking lot management has not running well. From the ten indicators, only one has being fulfilled, nine indicators have not being fulfilled.

"Penelitian ini akan mengungkapkan keterkaitan kebijakan perparkiran yang bisa melengkapi penyediaan angkutan massal Transjakarta Busway serta penerapan electronic road pricing (ERP) dalam mereduksi tingkat kemacetan di Jakarta. Kebijakan pentarifan dan penyediaan lahan parkir merupakan bagian dari strategi Transportation Demand Management (Prayudiyanto dan Tamin, 2007), yang bisa mempengaruhi warga kota dalam menentukan jenis moda transportasinya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dengan teknik stated preference survey dengan responden pengemudi mobil pribadi yang menggunakan fasilitas parkir dalam gedung (off-street parking) di Jalan Thamrin Jakarta untuk mengetahui tingkat Willingness to Pay (WTP) mereka. Analisis logit biner digunakan untuk menentukan utilitas dan probabilitas keputusan perpindahan moda dari kendaraan pribadi ke angkutan umum.
Dari 95 responden yang berhasil menjawab kuesioner dengan benar, 51 diantaranya memperoleh kemudahan pembayaran tarif parkir, baik berupa parkir gratis maupun reimbursable payment dari kantornya. Sedangkan 44 responden menanggung sendiri biaya parkirnya. Nilai WTP untuk Kondisi A (existing condition) mencapai Rp 2.440, untuk Kondisi B (ada perbaikan fasilitas parkir) Rp 2.880, dan Kondisi C (terdapat perbaikan fasiltias parkir dan earmarking untuk angkutan massal) Rp 3.240.
Agar peningkatan tarif parkir berdampak efektif terhadap pembatasan minat masyarakat menggunakan kendaraan pribadi, diperlukan pengetatan peraturan penyediaan lahan parkir maupun perubahan sistem perpajakan parkir sehingga menjadi berorientasi nilai rupiah per lahan parkir yang disediakan.

As a part of the Transport Demand Management strategy for pushing the commuters to leave their private vehicles at home, the existence of reliable mass rapid transit networks should be supported by adequate parking policy for private motorists as well as the implementation of an Electronic Road Pricing system.
This research examines the elasticity of parking fee in Thamrin Road (the heart of Jakarta) through a stated preference survey for 95 private motorists who park their cars at parking slots in 6 different buildings located alongside Thamrin Road during working hours. The data shows that 44 respondents pay their parking fee, while the rest of them get either free pass of carpark facility or reimbursable parking fee from their working company. Binary logistic is used to analyze the value of willingness to pay of the priced parking slots below: IDR 2,440 if the existing condition will go ahead, IDR 2,880 if some improvements will come to carpark facilities, and IDR 3,240 if there are both of carpark facility improvements and an earmarking system enforced from parking revenue to Transjakarta Busway.
This constellation results at inelastic condition of parking price in Thamrin area, unless there will be significant improvements of both parking retribution system and the limitation of parking slot provision in the office buildings. Those policies are critically required prior to the better implementation of the Transit Oriented Development system in Jakarta.

"Skripsi ini membahas studi kelayakan finansial dari sistem parkir modern yang dikenal dengan nama Automated Vertical Parking, sebuah sistem parkir yang menggunakan bantuan mesin canggih untuk memarkirkan mobil pada suatu lahan yang jauh lebih kecil dari sistem parkir konvensional. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menghitung nilai IRR, NPV, dan Payback Period proyek. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa untuk membangun sebuah Automated Vertical Parking, diperlukan beberapa variabel penentu (jumlah kendaraan, inflasi, suku bunga) agar pembangunan bisa dinyatakan layak.
