"Kabupaten Banyumas adalah salah satu kabupaten yang memiliki potensi yang baik dalam sektor pertanian. Kabupaten Banyumas sendiri sejak 2011 melakukan pengembangan Kawasan Agropolitan yang tercantum dalam RTRW Kabupaten Banyumas. Namun, pada kenyataannya kebijakan ini belum dapat berjalan, baik secara sistem maupun keruangan. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini mencoba menilai bagaimana pengembangan Kawasan Agropolitan Kabupaten Banyumas kedepannya. Dengan menggunakan dua basis komoditas yakni padi dan kelapa untuk dikembangkan, penelitian ini menilai dimana lokasi yang sesuai untuk wilayah usaha tani, sentra produksi, dan juga pasar serta pusat perkotaan pada Kawasan Agropolitan Kabupaten Banyumas. Dengan analisis kesesuaian lokasi desa, yakni kesesuaian lahan untuk wilayah usaha tani dan indeks komposit dengan z score dapat ditentukan wilayah mana saja yang sesuai dalam pengembangan Kawasan Agropolitan Kabupaten Banyumas. Dengan juga melihat karakteristik dan aksesibilitas, dinilai juga bagaimana keterhubungan antar wilayah fungsional dalam Kawasan Agropolitan Kabupaten Banyumas. Hasilnya, dalam penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa untuk wilayah usaha tani, secara keseluruhan Kawasan Agropolitan Kabupaten Banyumas sesuai untuk dikembangkan padi dan kelapa. Selanjutnya pun terdapat 11 desa yang sangat sesuai untuk dikembangkan sebagai lokasi sentra produksi, sementara terdapat empat desa yang sangat sesuai untuk lokasi pasar dan perkotaan Kawasan Agropolitan Kabupaten Banyumas. Karakteristik yang ada juga menunjukan adanya potensi untuk dikembangkan Kawasan Agropolitan Kabupaten Banyumas yang juga telah memiliki keterhubungan baik ini.
Banyumas Regency is one of the districts that has good potential in the agricultural sector. Banyumas Regency itself since 2011 has been developing the Agropolitan Area listed in the RTRW of Banyumas Regency. However, in reality this policy has not been able to work, both systemically and spatially. Therefore, this study tries to assess how the development of the Banyumas Regency Agropolitan Area will be in the future. By using two commodity bases namely rice and coconut to be developed, this study assesses which locations are suitable for farming areas, production centers, as well as markets and urban centers in the Agropolitan Area of Banyumas Regency. By analyzing the suitability of the village location, namely the suitability of land for farming areas and a composite index with a z score, it can be determined which areas are suitable for the development of the Banyumas Regency Agropolitan Area. By also looking at the characteristics and accessibility, it is also assessed how the connectivity between functional areas in the Agropolitan Area of Banyumas Regency is assessed. As a result, in this study it can be seen that for the farming area, the overall Agropolitan area of Banyumas Regency is suitable for rice and coconut development. Furthermore, there are 11 villages that are very suitable to be developed as production center locations, while there are four villages that are very suitable for market and urban locations in the Agropolitan Area of Banyumas Regency. The existing characteristics also show the potential for developing the Banyumas Regency Agropolitan Area which also has this good connection."

"Berdasarkan Sustainable Development Goals, salah satu cara untuk menurunkan angka kelaparan yang saat ini berjumlah 22,53 juta populasi di Indonesia adalah dengan meningkatkan riset dan teknologi yang berkaitan dengan produktivitas agrikultur. Salah satunya adalah dengan mengembangkan agrikultur terkontrol menggunakan greenhouse atau disebut dengan controlled environment agriculture. Dalam skripsi ini, penulis mengajukan sistem pemantauan dan pengontrolan multiple greenhouses berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) menggunakan platform ThingSpeak. Sistem ini mampu mengontrol parameter lingkungan optimal pada greenhouse, sehingga tanaman diharapkan dapat tumbuh berkembang dengan baik. Sistem ini juga mampu mengontrol dan memantau multiple greenhouses pada lokasi yang berbeda menggunakan satu platform. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa tanaman di dalam greenhouse memiliki kualitas jumlah daun lebih banyak 26,29%, lebar batang lebih lebar 44,28%, dan tinggi tanaman lebih tinggi 42,11% dibandingkan tanaman yang tidak terkontrol. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem secara efektif dapat memberikan keadaan lingkungan optimal untuk menghasilkan tanaman yang lebih baik dibandingkan tanaman tak terkontrol.
According to Sustainable Development Goals, one way to reduce hunger’s rate, which currently there are 22.53 million people in Indonesia. is by increasing research and technology related to agriculture productivity. One of the examples is improving controlled agriculture using greenhouse or known as controlled environment agriculture. In this thesis, writer proposes a monitoring and controlling system for multiple greenhouses based on Internet of Things (IoT) using ThingSpeak platform. This system can control optimal environment parameters inside greenhouse, so that the plants are expected to grow well. The system also capable of controlling and monitoring multiple greenhouses at different locations using a single platform. The measurement results show that the plants inside greenhouse have 26.29% more leaves, 44.28% wider rod width, and 42.11% higher plants height compare to uncontrolled plants. This shows that the system can effectively provide optimal environment parameter to produce better plants compare to uncontrolled plants. "

"This research examined the inequality that emerges as Indonesia's economy shifts from an agricultural to a non-agricultural sector at the subnational level. These research questions include: (1) How has the agricultural sector in the Indonesian provinces changed over the past two decades? (2) What was the widespread impact of several socioeconomic variables on the transformation of agriculture? (3) How has the agricultural sub-sector responded to the dynamics of these socioeconomic factors over the last decade? The scope of the analysis was the whole province of Indonesia, with time series between 2001-2018. The shift in agriculture at the provincial level was mapped using indicators of poverty and the sector's economic contribution to each province. The logistic regression method was used to see the impact of socioeconomic factors on the agricultural transformation. In contrast, the panel regression was applied to respond to the dynamics of the agricultural sub-sector in terms of socioeconomics in the last ten years. According to the findings of agricultural transformation mapping, there were no changes in the distribution of rural poverty or the agricultural contribution factors between the provinces. Several macroeconomic, social, and infrastructure development factors also significantly contributed to encouraging agricultural transformation and enhancing the added value of the agricultural sector as a whole. It was important to better efficiently utilize the economic potential, which was done by taking production efficiency into account. Furthermore, consumer behaviour and the level of worker productivity had to be considered in attempts to boost economic productivity."
