"Skripsi ini membahas gambaran proses kegiatan coaching dalam Alumni Development Program (ADP) di organisasi layanan kemanusiaan M Foundation. Penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif ini dilakukan dari bulan Februari 2020 sampai dengan bulan September 2020. ADP merupakan program yang ditujukan untuk membantu para pesertanya dalam mempercepat pengembangan bisnis mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan coaching tersebut mampu menghasilkan individu-individu yang secara mandiri dapat memaksimalkan potensi yang mereka miliki secara personal dan profesional. kegiatan coaching tersebut juga mampu menciptakan pemahaman dan keterampilan untuk para peserta ADP berupa ilmu dalam mengembangkan bisnis serta peningkatan omset dalam bisnis mereka
This undergraduate thesis discusses an overview of the process of coaching activities in the Alumni Development Program (ADP) at the humanitarian service organization M Foundation. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive design that was done by February 2020 until September 2020. Alumni Development Program (ADP) is a program aimed for helping participants accelerate their business development. The results of this study shows that this coaching activity produced individuals who could independently maximize their potential personally and professionally. This also creates understanding and skills for ADP participants in the form of knowledge in developing business and increasing turnover in their business."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang tipologi kesalahan yang terjadi pada sesi membaca nyaring yang dilakukan oleh pemelajar bahasa Jepang IV FIB UI sebagai responden, yang ditinjau dari aspek keterampilan membaca secara mekanis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui suatu pengamatan langsung. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat diketahui kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh pemelajar serta faktor yang memungkinkan kesalahan itu terjadi, sehingga tindakan antisipasi untuk meminimalkan kesalahan dapat dilakukan.
The focus of this study is about typology of mistakes occured on the reading aloud session did by the Japanese Language IV learners as respondents, being analyzed from the mechanical aspect of reading skill. This study is a qualitative descriptive research. The data is collected by means of direct observation. Through this study, the researcher hopes that mistakes the student made is ascertainable so that anticipation acts for minimizing those mistakes could be done."

"Pendidikan sekolah rumah memiliki keunikan karena proses belajar dapat dilakukan kapan pun dan di mana pun, melalui berbagai cara. Kemampuan literasi informasi yang baik harus dimiliki siswa sekolah rumah di tengah membanjirnya informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan literasi informasi siswa sekolah rumah SAnDi KerLiP, serta memaparkan hambatan dan keberhasilan yang telah dicapai. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan SAnDi KerLiP telah menerapkan literasi informasi melalui model belajar yang dikembangkannya yaitu Cara Asyik Cari Tahu (CACT). Melalui proses identifikasi dan analisis, CACT identik dengan model literasi informasi Big6 dan Empowering 8. CACT menjadi sarana belajar sepanjang hayat yang merupakan tujuan dari literasi informasi karena didalam CACT terdapat konsep-konsep dasar yang sistematis dalam mengakses, menggunakan, mengorganisasi dan mengomunikasikan informasi.
Homeschooling education is a unique learning process. In which learning can be conducted in various ways, anytime and anywhere. Good information literacy skills is a must for homeschooling students in dealing with the information overload nowadays. This research aimed to know the application of information literacy to SAnDi KerLiP homeschooling students and to explain the barriers as well as the success that have been achieved. This research is a qualitative one using a case study approach. The results of this research showed that SAnDi KerLiP has applied information literacy using a study model that has been developed known as Cara Asyik Cari Tahu (CACT). By identification and analysis processes, CACT is identical with information literacy models, ig6 and Empowering 8. CACT becomes a medium for lifelong learning in line with the aim of information literacy, CACT has systematic basic concepts to access, use, organize, and communicate the information."

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara creative self-efficacy CSE dengan innovative work behavior IWB pada guru sekolah Dasar SD . Terdapat dua dimensi dari creative self-efficacy yaitu creative thinking self-efficacy dan creative performance self-efficacy. Innovative work behavior memiliki lima dimensi yaitu opportunity exploration, idea generation, idea promotion, idea realization dan reflection. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan pengambilan data menggunakan survei. Pengukuran CSE menggunakan alat ukur Revised Model of CTSE II and CPSE II yang disusun oleh Abboutt 2010 dan pengukuran IWB menggunakan Innovative Work Behavior Scale yang disusun oleh Messmann dan Mulder 2012 . Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 105 guru SD. Teknik statistik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Pearson Correlation. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dimensi dari creative self-efficacy yatu creative thinking self-efficacy da creative performance self-efficacy secara keseluruhan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keseluruhan dimensi dari innovative work behavior yang dilihat dari korelasi tiap dimensi. Diharapkan dengan tingginya nilai creative self-efficacy, innovative work behavior pada guru juga semakin tinggi.
ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to examine the relationship between creative self efficacy and innovative work behavior among elementary school teacher. Creative self efficacy consists of two dimensions, creative thinking self efficacy and creative performance self efficacy. Innovative work behavior consists of five dimensions, which is opportunity exploration, idea generation, idea promotion, idea realization, and reflection. Creative self efficacy was measured using Revised Model of CTSE II and CPSE II and innovative work behavior was measured using Innovative Work Behavior Scale. Total participant of this study was 105 elementary school teacher. Pearson Correlation was used to measure the correlation in this research. Results indicated that creative self efficacy rsquo s dimensions, which is creative thinking self efficacy and creative performance self efficacy are related to all of innovative work behavior rsquo s dimensions. Teacher with high creative self efficacy are expected to have high innovative work behavior. "
