"[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai fungsi investor relations yang dijalankan di Bank Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga memberikan gambaran mengenai strategi-strategi investor relations yang dilakukan Bank Indonesia dalam menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN. Penelitian dikembangkan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, dengan bantuan hasil observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Bank Indonesia, fungsi investor relations terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu fungsi business unit yang dijalankan oleh Investor Relations Unit, dan fungsi manajemen hubungan yang dijalankan oleh Departemen Komunikasi. Strategi dari Investor Relations Unit berupa kebijakan-kebijakan yang mendukung posisi Indonesia di Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN, sementara strategi dari Departemen Komunikasi berupa strategi komunikasi dari kebijakan yang dikeluarkan departemen lain di Bank Indonesia.

"Studi ini menganalisis mengenai investasi Jepang di Asia Tenggara dengan mengambil studi kasus Indonesia periode 2010-2016. Pada periode tersebut, Jepang mengalami persaingan dari negara Cina. Melalui teori triangular diplomacy, studi ini berargumen bahwa terdapat hubungan antara dukungan pemerintah Jepang kepada pebisnis Jepang di Indonesia karena diplomasi ekonomi Jepang mendukung perusahaan untuk melakukan ekspansi bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif menggunakan data primer dan wawancara dengan pebisnis Jepang di Indonesia. Hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa Jepang berusaha mempertahankan posisi sebagai investor melalui keterlibatan bisnis. Tiga relasi yang terbentuk adalah Government-Government G-G , Company-Company C-C , dan Government-Company G-C . Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran aktor non-negara khususnya kelompok bisnis dalam upaya diplomasi ekonomi semakin menjadi signifikan sebagai pendukung investasi.

This study analyzes Japan rsquo s investment in Southeast Asia with case study of Indonesia from 2010 to 2016. In the stated period, Japan facing investment competition from China. Through the theory of triangular diplomacy, this study argues a connection between Japan government support to Japanese businesspeople in Indonesia to expand their business. The research method used is qualitative using primary data and interview with Japanese businessman in Indonesia. The results of the analysis found that Japan is trying to maintain its position as an investor through business involvement. The three relationships formed are Government Government G G , Company Company C C , and Government Company G C . Based on the results, this study concludes that the role of non state actors, especially business groups in the effort of economic diplomacy becomes increasingly significant."

"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas mengenai urgensi pengaturan Single Economic EntityDoctrine dalam hukum persaingan usaha di Indonesia dengan mengaitkannyadengan Mayarakat Ekonomi ASEAN. Dalam melakukan penelitian, penulismenggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan yang bersifat yuridis-normatif.Permasalahan dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimanakah urgensi pengaturan doktrintersebut dalam hukum persaingan usaha di Indonesia dihubungkan dengan dengankasus-kasus terkait serta bagaimanakah dampak pengaturan doktrin tersebutdihubungkan dengan Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN. Kesimpulan ataspermasalahan tersebut adalah perlunya pengaturan mengenai Single EconomicEntity Doctrine untuk dimasukkan dalam revisi UU No. 5 Tahun 1999 agarmenimbulkan kepastian dalam menerapkan doktrin tersebut dan pengaturantersebut juga dibutuhkan untuk mengahadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN.

ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the urgency to regulate Single Economic Entity Doctrine onIndonesian Competiton Law in relations to the ASEAN Economic Community. Inconducting this research, the writer uses juridicial-normative library researchmethods. The problem arise in this thesis is how to determine the urgency toregulate such doctrine on Indonesian Competition Law considering the relatedcases and its effect of such regulation considering the ASEAN EconomicCommunity. The conclusion is that it is important to include the regulation ofSingle Economic Entity Doctrine to the soon-to-be revised Law Number 5/1999to ensure the same perspectives in interpreting and applying the Single EconomicEntity Doctrine and to face the challenges in relations to the ASEAN EconomicCommunity."
