"Penelitian mengenai pengaruh lingkungan sosial terhadap intensi penggunaan ponsel pintar iPhone 4s di Indonesia dengan melihat mediasi dari attitude towards adoption, dan efek moderasi dari consumption characteristic seperti karakteristik konsumsi public dan privat. Dengan menggunakan metode SEM, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengaruh lingkungan sosial dapat memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi adopsi melalui dua cara yaitu dengan dimediasi dengan sikap terhadap adopsi dan dengan memasukkan efek moderasi dari karakteristik konsumsi.

A study about the effect of social influence on Apple iPhone 4s adoption intention in Indonesia which includes the mediating role of attitude towards adoption and the moderating effect of public or private consumption characteristic. Using SEM to process the data, the research found that social influence influences adoption intention through two ways. The first one is by the mediation of attitude towards adoption and the second one is by including the effect of moderating variables of consumption characteristic."

"Perkembangan modest fashion di Indonesia meningkat pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Sejak pandemi, pada tahun 2020, beberapa modest fashion brand ternama di Indonesia mulai mengalihkan strategi penjualan mereka ke ranah online, salah satunya melalui media sosial Instagram. Oleh karena itu, pemasaran produk modest fashion brand dengan menggunakan jasa social media influencer (SMI) sedang berkembang dengan pesat. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui peran mediasi dari perceived credibility dan perceived religiosity SMI terhadap brand attitude dan purchase intention pada modest fashion brand di Indonesia, serta peran moderasi dari hedonic value pada produk tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif single cross-sectional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 246 orang wanita pengguna aktif Instagram. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah menggunakan AMOS 24 dengan metode SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived expertise, goowill, dan trustworthiness, serta perceived religiosity yang dimiliki oleh SMI mampu memediasi hubungan antara SMI power dan brand attitude. Kemudian, hedonic value dari produk modest fashion brand juga mampu mempengaruhi purhcase intention. 

In recent years, modest fashion has grown significantly in Indonesia. Since the pandemic in 2020, some well-known modest fashion companies in Indonesia have started to change their focus from offline to online sales, using Instagram as one of the strategies. As a result, social media influencers (SMI) in marketing strategies are expanding. This study wants to analyze the mediating role of perceived credibility and religiosity of SMI on brand attitude and purchase intention of modest fashion brands in Indonesia, as well as the effects of hedonic value on the product. This study included 246 respondents who are active female Instagram users and used a single cross-sectional quantitative methodology. The data was processed using AMOS 24 with the SEM method. This research offers empirical evidence on the mediating effect of expertise, goodwill, trustworthiness, and religiosity between SMI power and brand attitude. Furthermore, the result of this study also shows that moderating effect of the hedonic value on the product from modest fashion brands impacts the purchase intention."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived value yang terdiri dari utilitarian value, hedonic value, dan social value terhadap continuous purchase intention dengan adanya variabel mediasi yaitu consumer trust yang terdiri dari trust in streamer dan juga trust in product dalam konteks live streaming e-commerce khususnya Shopee Live. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menganalisis data yang terkumpul dari 350 responden melalui survei menggunakan google form. Responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan individu yang minimal berusia 17 tahun dan pernah membeli produk melalui Shopee Live dalam 3 bulan terakhir. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structrual Equation Modelling dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3 untuk analisis data. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa utilitarian value, social value, dan hedonic value memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap trust in streamer. Selain itu juga ditemukan bahwa utilitarian value dan social value memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap trust in product namun hedonic value tidak memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap trust in product. Trust in streamer dan trust in product juga memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap continuous purchase intention. Ditemukan juga jalur yang paling signifikan mempengaruhi continuous purchase intention yaitu utilitarian value trust in streamer continuous purchase intention.

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of perceived value which consists of utilitarian value, hedonic value, and social value on continuous purchase intention with the mediating variable, namely consumer trust which consists of trust in streamers and also trust in products in the context of e-commerce live streaming, especially Shopee Live. This research is a quantitative research by analyzing data collected from 350 respondents through a survey using google form. Respondents in this study are individuals who are at least 17 years old and have purchased products through Shopee Live in the last 3 months. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structrual Equation Modeling method with SmartPLS 3 as a software to analyze the data. This study found that utilitarian value, social value, and hedonic value have a significant positive influence on trust in streamers. It was also found that utilitarian value and social value have a significant positive effect on trust in product but hedonic value does not have a significant positive effect on trust in product. Trust in streamer and trust in product also have a significant positive effect on continuous purchase intention. It was also found that the most significant pathway affecting continuous purchase intention is utilitarian value trust in streamer continuous purchase intention."

"Penggunaan barang mewah atau produk mewah terus meningkat dengan yang baru generasi memasuki industri produk mewah sebagai konsumen, generasi milenial. Perbedaan antara generasi milenial dan generasi sebelumnya konsumen yang lebih tradisional dari produk mewah membuat industri ini membutuhkan perubahan untuk mengakomodasi karakteristik dan kebutuhan generasi milenial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh motivasi konsumen terhadap niat beli produk mewah dengan merek halus atau eksplisit dengan pengaruh faktor kebutuhan konsumen akan keunikan dan swa-monitor. Penelitian ini dibagi menjadi 2 dengan Penelitian 1 untuk menguji pengaruh kebutuhan konsumen terhadap keunikan dan Penelitian 2 hingga uji efek pemantauan mandiri. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk penelitian ini dengan responden dan dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics dengan campuran ANOVA 2X2 metode.
Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa dalam kondisi keunikan tinggi, konsumen yang termotivasi secara ekstrinsik akan lebih memilih produk mewah dengan branding eksplisit dan konsumen yang termotivasi secara intrinsik akan lebih memilih produk mewah dengan branding yang halus. Sementara itu, dalam kondisi pemantauan diri yang rendah, tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam pemilihan produk mewah dengan branding eksplisit atau halus dengan ekstrinsik atau motivasi intrinsik. Implikasi manajerial dibahas dalam penelitian ini juga rekomendasi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.

The use of luxury goods or luxury products continues to increase with the new generation entering the luxury product industry as a consumer, millennial generation. The difference between millennials and previous generations of more traditional consumers of luxury products makes this industry need a change to accommodate the characteristics and needs of millennial generations. This study aims to understand the influence of consumer motivation on the purchase intention of luxury products with refined or explicit brands with the influence of consumer demand factors for uniqueness and self-monitoring. This study was divided into 2 with Research 1 to examine the effect of consumer needs on the uniqueness and Research 2 to the independent monitoring effect test. The purposive sampling method was used for this study with respondents and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics with a mixture of ANOVA 2X2 methods.
The findings of this study reveal that in conditions of high uniqueness, extrinsically motivated consumers will prefer luxury products with explicit branding and consumers who are intrinsically motivated will prefer luxury products with smooth branding. Meanwhile, in conditions of low self-monitoring, there is no significant difference in the choice of luxury products with explicit or subtle branding with extrinsic or intrinsic motivation. Managerial implications discussed in this study are also recommendations for further research.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kembali pengaruh customer incivility terhadap turnover intention dalam konteks karyawan yang berhubungan dengan pelanggan di sektor perhotelan Indonesia. Dengan conservation of resources theory (COR) dan cognitive appraisal theory (CAT), penelitian ini juga mengeksplor bagaimana peran mediasi dari emotional exhaustion dan moderasi dari supervisor procedural support dan emotional support. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei dan didapatkan 140 responden karyawan yang berhubungan dengan pelanggan di sektor perhotelan Indonesia. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis model moderated mediation menggunakan SPSS PROCESS. Hasil mengungkap bahwa customer incivility meningkatkan tingkat emotional exhaustion yang dirasakan oleh karyawan. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa emotional exhaustion secara penuh memediasi hubungan antara customer incivility dan turnover intention. Temuan tidak mendukung supervisor procedural support memiliki peran moderasi, namun supervisor emotional support terbukti mengurangi dampak dari customer incivility terhadap emotional exhaustion. Tingkat supervisor emotional support yang rendah dapat memicu dampak yang lebih besar dari customer incivility terhadap emotional exhaustion karyawan yang berhubungan dengan pelanggan.

This study aims to explore the effect of customer incivility on turnover intention in the context of customer contact employees in the Indonesian hospitality sector. Applying the conservation of resources theory (COR) and cognitive appraisal theory (CAT), this study also investigated the mediating role of emotional exhaustion and the moderating role of supervisory procedural and emotional support. Data were collected using a survey method, with 140 customer contact employees in the Indonesian hospitality sector as respondents. Moderated mediation analysis was tested using SPSS PROCESS. The results confirmed that customer incivility has a positive relationship with customer contact employees emotional exhaustion. The findings also reveal that emotional exhaustion fully mediates the relationship between customer incivility and turnover intention. There is no significant interaction effect of customer incivility and supervisor procedural support on emotional exhaustion. On the other hand, supervisor emotional support reduces the impact of customer incivility on emotional exhaustion. A low level of supervisor emotional support can trigger a greater impact from customer incivility on emotional exhaustion."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) dan extended version dari TPB, yaitu Attitude towards Behavior, Subjective Injunctive Norms, Subjective Descriptive Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control, Control Beliefs, Injunctive Normative Beliefs, Descriptive Normative Beliefs, dan Control Beliefs. Ditambah dengan variabel pengetahuan akan produk menstruasi reusable terhadap minat beli produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dalam mengolah data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa minat beli produk menstruasi reusable dipengaruhi oleh attitude towards purchasing reusable sanitary products, subjective descriptive norms, perceived behavioural control, dan reusable sanitary products knowledge. Selain itu, behavioural beliefs mempengaruhi attitude towards purchasing reusable sanitary products, injunctive normative beliefs mempengaruhi subjective injunctive norms, descriptive normative beliefs mempengaruhi subjective descriptive norms, dan control beliefs mempengaruhi perceived behavioural control

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti apakah dengan mengetahui informasi mengenai kehidupan sosial di suatu negara akan mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terhadap produk, dengan mempertimbangkan apakah usaha pemerintah untuk meningkatkan citra negara akan mempengaruhi evaluasi konsumen. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, telah diteliti dari 333 partisipan yang terpilih dari negara berkembang dan negara maju. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa informasi mengenai kehidupan sosial di suatu negara mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terhadap suatu produk. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dampak yang dihasilkan berbeda-beda pada tiap negara. Penelitian ini hanya menggunakan informasi positif untuk mempengaruhi partisipan.

The objective of this study is to investigate whether by knowing the information about social life in the country will influences consumer rsquo s attitude towards a product, whilst considering does Government effort to improve country image is affecting consumers rsquo evaluation. In order to achieve the objective, 333 selected participants from developed and developing countries were studied. The results show that information about social life in a country did influenced consumers rsquo attitude. Moreover, the impacts were different in types of countries. In addition, this study only used positive information to influenced participants.

"Penelitian ini ingin menguji peranan kelas sosial dari konsumen lain terhadap teori consumer contamination, power distance konsumen sebagai variabel moderator dan rasa jijik terhadap produk yang telah dicoba oleh konsumen lain sebagai variabel mediator. Power distance diukur dengan skala power distance (Hofstede & Hofstede, 2005; Meirina, 2006). Partisipan diberi skenario mengenai berbelanja produk yang telah dicoba oleh konsumen lain dari kelas sosial tinggi dan rendah. Kemudian partisipan diminta untuk memberikan evaluasi terhadap produk tersebut, seberapa besar intensi membeli, serta menyatakan ada atau tidaknya rasa jijik pada produk tersebut.
Penelitian pada 170 partisipan membuktikan bahwa sikap terhadap produk (evaluasi dan intensi membeli) menjadi lebih negatif pada produk yang telah dicoba oleh konsumen lain dari kelas sosial rendah daripada kelas sosial tinggi. Pada power distance tinggi dan rendah, tidak terdapat perbedaan pada evaluasi produk dan intensi membeli produk yang telah dicoba oleh konsumen lain dari kelas sosial rendah maupun tinggi. Rasa jijik ternyata tidak ditimbulkan oleh perbedaan kelas sosial konsumen lain yang telah mencoba produk. Dengan demikian, rasa jijik tidak memperantarai pengaruh antara konsumen lain dari kelas sosial rendah terhadap evaluasi produk dan intensi membeli.

The objective of this study was to examine the role of others' social class toward theory of consumer contamination, power distance as moderator variable and disgust on product tried by others as mediator variable. Power distance was measured by power distance scale (Hofstede & Hofstede, 2005; Meirina, 2006). Participants were asked to read scenario about shopping on product tried by others from high social class and low social class. After that, participants were expected to give evaluation, how likely to buy, and the salience of disgust on that product.
The result from 170 participants shows that attitude toward product (product evaluation and purchase intention) become more negative if the product had tried by others from low social class than high social class. There is no difference on product evaluation and purchase intention between participants with high and low power distance. Disgust is not elicited by others' social class who had tried on that product. Hence, disgust does not mediate the influence between low social class consumers toward product evaluation and purchase intention.
