"Meskipun bisnis online di Indonesia mulai tumbuh dan e-commerce kian populer, namun tetap saja masih banyak konsumen yang ragu dan takut untuk berbelanja secara online. Penelitian ini berfokus pada atribut pelayanan yang dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen online. Metode Kano model digunakan untuk mengelompokkan atribut-atribut penelitian sehingga dapat dipilih beberapa atribut pelayanan fashion online shop yang penting untuk peningkatan kualitas dan pengembangan inovasinya. Sedangkan metode conjoint analysis yang merupakan salah satu teknik analisa multivariat digunakan untuk memahami bagaimana preferensi konsumen terhadap fashion online shop. Karena pengembangan produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi konsumen dapat meningkatkan kepuasan mereka, maka dibuatlah hasil penelitian berupa desain pelayanan fashion online shop yang sesuai dengan preferensi konsumen online.

Although the online business in Indonesia has now started growing and e- commerce increasingly popular, shop at online stores still more risky than shopping directly. There are still many consumers are hesitant and afraid to shop online. The research focuses on service attributes that can enhance online consumer trust. Kano model method is used to classify the attributes of research that can be chosen few fashion online shop service attributes that are important for improving the quality and innovation development. While conjoint analysis method, which is one of the technique in the multivariate analysis used to understand how respondents construct a preference for online fashion shop. Because the development of product that suit the need and preference of consumers can increase their satisfaction, then the result of research is fashion online shop service design that match to online consumer preference."

"ABSTRAK
Persaingan bisnis consumer goods melahirkan banyak produk baru yang memasuki pasar setiap tahunnya. Salah satu contohnya adalah pasta gigi dengan konsumen remaja sebagai segmentasi konsumen yang potensial. Produk baru tentunya membutuhkan iklan untuk mengenalkan produknya, terutama iklan televisi. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mencari tahu preferensi konsumen terhadap iklan televisi pasta gigi remaja sehingga produk baru yang diiklankan bisa secepatnya mendapatkan perhatian konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisa konjoin. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa karakter promosional, pemain dalam iklan, stasiun televisi, dan jam tayang iklan merupakan faktor penting bagi konsumen dalam iklan televisi pasta gigi remaja dengan preferensi tersendiri bagi masing-masing faktor tersebut.

ABSTRACT
Consumer Goods business competition gives birth to many new products entering market every year. One of the example is tooth paste with teenager consumer as potential consumer segmentation. New product surely needs advertisement to introduce the product, especially television advertisement. This research tries to identify consumer preference for television advertisement so new product which being advertised can get consumer attention as soon as possible. The method being used is conjoint analysis method. From the research result, it is known that promotional character, endorser, television channel, and advertisement time are important factors for consumer in teenager tooth paste television advertisement with individual preferences for each factor."

"ABSTRAK
Penggunaan internet di Indonesia sudah semakin melesat terutama pada bidang e-commerce online shopping yang berhubungan dengan produk fashion. Produsen melihat penjualan secara online dapat menjadi peluang untuk meningkatkan suatu penjualan karena di zaman sekarang mempunyai toko offline dan online dapat memudahkan produsen untuk memasarkan produknya terutama di bidang fashion. Sebagai online shopping yang sudah cukup terkenal, Zalora Indonesia memiliki berbagai macam penawaran tetapi dalam melakukan pembelian online seorang konsumen juga memiliki banyak pertimbangan sebelum akhirnya memutuskan untuk membeli produk di Zalora Indonesia. Pertimbangan tersebut berdasarkan harga, pelayanan, fasilitas dan kualitas yang diberikan. Sebagai situs belanja online fashion yang terkenal Zalora Indonesia dapat memberikan pengalaman yang serupa dengan pembelian secara offline.

The use of internet in Indonesia has continuously increased in the field of e commerce online shopping mostly in the production of fashion. Producers sees a bigger opportunity in online business as nowadays having both online and offline business can increased sales mostly in the field of fashion. As one of the most popular online shopping website, Zalora Indonesia offers a lot of different key ideas to the consumer but in the process of purchasing product in online shop a consumer also have a lot of thought to put into before actually making the purchase. The factor of consideration are varies most of them are through price,service,facility and quality the shop offer. As a well known online shop,it is believed that Zalora Indonesia can give the same experience as an offline shop."

"Skripsi ini membahas sikap konsumen terhadap pembelian perlengkapan/peralatan bayi dan balita. Tujuan utama dari skripsi ini membahas mengenai bagaimana tingkat penolakan resiko konsumen (risk averseness), orientasi kenyamanan konsumen (convinience orientation, dan tendensi pembelian secara impuls (impulse tendency mempengaruhi sikap konsumen serta niatan pembelian (purchase intention terhadap pembelian peralatan/perlengkapan bayi dan batita.
Dalam penelitian ini, responden adalah pria ataupun wanita berusia 17-55 tahun yang bertempat tinggal di Jabodetabek dan pernah melakukan pembelian peralatan/perlengkapan bayi dan batita melalui toko online.
Dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwa Risk Averseness dan Impulse Buying masing-masing tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Consumer Attitude, Convinience Orientation memiliki pengaruh terhadap Consumer Atttude,sedangkan Consumer Attitude memiliki pengaruh terhadap Purchase Intention.

This study is adopted from the study who has been done by Lee (2007) (Consumer Attitude toward Virtual Stores and it's Correlates). This study is discussing about the attitude consumer toward purchasing the needs of baby and below three years old baby. The main purpose of this study is to discuss about how risk of level consumer (risk averseness), convenience consumer's orientation (convenience orientation) and the tendency of purchase impulse (impulse tendency) influenced the attitude of consumer as well as purchase intention toward the needs of baby and below three years old baby.
In these research the respondent are men and woman on the age of 17-55 years old lived in Jabodetabek who had been purchased the needs of baby and below three years old baby by on line store.
From the research has been done previously, the researcher found the result that Risk Averseness and impulse buying hasn't influence toward the Consumer Attitude, Convenience orientation, whereas and costumer attitude each single has the influence toward costumer attitude dan purchase intention.

"Pertumbuhan e-commerce di Indonesia saat ini sedang mengalami kenaikan. Salah satu dari e-commerce tersebut adalah website toko pakaian online yang menjual pakaian wanita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan adanya pengaruh sikap konsumen pada website toko pakaian online terhadap niat mencari informasi dan niat membeli di website tersebut. Data diperoleh degan menyebarkan kuesioner pada 200 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh langsung yang positif dari sikap terhadap niat mencari informasi di website dan niat membeli setelah mendapatkan informasi di website.

The e-commerce in Indonesia is growing rapidly. One of the favorite e-commerce is online clothing website, with mostly consumer gender are women. Research aims to examine the influence of attitudes toward particular clothing websites, specifically favorite ones, on information search at those web sites and on the choice to purchase items from those web sites. Data in this research is collected from the 200 respondent by spreading the questionnaire. Results showed that participants‟ attitudes toward their favorite clothing web sites had a direct, positive effect on their intentions to search for information at those web sites as well as intentions to purchase clothing items from those web sites after finding the items there."

"Penelitian ini mengusulkan kerangka kerja konseptual untuk menganalisa pengaruh model kognitif kepercayaan terhadap kepercayaan dalam e-commerce dan niat menggunakan e- commerce. Model kognitif kepercayaan terdiri dari informasi yang dirasakan, hiburan yang dirasakan, gangguan serta iritasi yang dirasakan dan kecenderungan kepercayaan nasabah. Untuk menguji kerangka konseptual, model persamaan struktural digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan dari 115 nasabah pengguna BCA Klikpay.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor informasi yang paling mempengaruhi kepercayaan dalam transaksi e-commerce. Informasi yang memadai merupakan kunci dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan dalam e-commerce. Pemahaman yang jelas dari hubungan variabel yang dipelajari mungkin dapat mendorong BCA Klikpay untuk mengetahui tindakan yang sesuai untuk memenangkan kepercayaan pelanggan dengan menyediakan layanan yang lebih baik dalam rangka menciptakan basis pelanggan setia.

This research has proposed a conceptual framework to analyze the effects of a cognitive model of trust to trust in e-commerce and intentions to use e-commerce. A cognitive model is perceived informative, perceived entertainment, perceived irritation and trust propensity. To test the conceptual framework, structural equation modeling (SEM) has been used to analyze the data collected from 115 customers of BCA Klikpay.
The results of the study indicate that perceived informative are significantly and positively related to trust in e- commerce. A good perceived informative are the key to increase trust in e-commerce. A clear understanding of the postulated relationships among the studied variables might encourage the BCA Klikpay to figure out appropriate course of action to win customers? trust and intention by providing better services in the future.

"Online business or e-commerce is now very popular and is a growing industry in Indonesia. Although the growth is high with a 15% rise from 2011, it is found that only 57% of the Indonesians used the Internet for online shopping (MasterCard, 2012). To increase purchases through online stores, a study on customer satisfaction is needed. This study designs a preferred service for fashion online shops based on customer preferences, which would then increase customer satisfaction. By analyzing service attributes that enhance satisfaction for online customers, a suitable service for fashion online shops could be generated. The Kano model is used to classify which service attributes are important for improving and developing the quality of fashion online shops. To understand customer preferences for fashion online shops, conjoint analysis is used to calculate the preferences statistically."

"Pesatnya pertumbuhan platform media sosial, khususnya TikTok, menjadikannya sebagai media periklanan yang menjanjikan dan mampu menjangkau khalayak yang luas. Meskipun demikian, penelitian mengenai dampak influencer TikTok terhadap kesejahteraan dan niat membeli konsumen Gen Z masih terbatas, terutama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh influencer TikTok terhadap kesejahteraan dan niat membeli konsumen Gen Z berdasarkan beberapa variabel yaitu kualitas argumen, kredibilitas sumber, dan kebaikan. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner survei online. Total sampel yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 242 yang merupakan konsumen Gen Z yang berdomisili di wilayah Jabodetabek, pengguna aktif TikTok, dan pengikut dari influencer Fadil Jaidi dan Keanu Angelo. Sampel tersebut kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan konsumen dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kualitas argumen, kredibilitas sumber, serta kebaikan dan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat membeli. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dan pemasar untuk memahami dampak penggunaan influencer media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan konsumen dan niat membeli mereka.

The rapid growth of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, has made it a promising advertising medium that can reach a large audience. Although, research on the impact of TikTok influencers on Gen Z consumers' well-being and purchase intention is still limited, especially in Indonesia. This study aims to investigate the effects of TikTok influencers on Gen Z consumers' well-being and purchase intention based on several variables namely argument quality, source credibility, and kindness. This research collected data through an online survey questionnaire. There are a total of 242 samples collected in this research which were Gen Z consumers domiciled in Jabodetabek region, who are active TikTok users and followers of influencers namely Fadil Jaidi and Keanu Angelo. The samples are then processed and analyzed using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). The results of this study have shown that consumer well-being is significantly influenced by argument quality, source credibility, as well as kindness and it also significantly influences purchase intention. This research is expected to assist companies and marketers to understand the impact of utilizing social media influencers as a marketing tool in enhancing consumer well-being and their purchase intention."

"Penelitian ini fokus untuk menemukan apakah atribut influencer dapat menyebabkan niat pengikut mereka untuk membeli dengan karakterisasi sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model penelitian berdasarkan teori persuasi yang diciptakan untuk meneliti kepentingan relatif hubungan para-sosial (PSR). Penelitian tersebut memperhitungkan tiga karakterisasi (kepercayaan, keahlian yang dirasakan, dan PSR) serta tiga karakteristik pribadi (sikap homofili, kecantikan fisik, dan daya tarik sosial) sebagai anteseden niat beli. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner kepada responden Gen Z yang tinggal di wilayah Jabodetabek serta mereka yang sudah membeli setidaknya satu barang atau jasa setelah menonton video di TikTok dari influencer kecantikan favoritnya. Ada 200 responden yang dikumpulkan, dan data dianalisis dengan alat Smart PLS. Studi ini menemukan bahwa PSR memiliki dampak positif paling signifikan terhadap niat beli relatif terhadap karakterisasi lainnya dan hubungan para-sosial secara signifikan terkait dengan tiga atribut pribadi. Survei menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran influencer media sosial perlu disesuaikan berdasarkan atribut dan karakteristik pribadi.

This research focus on finding whether influencer attributes could lead to intention of their followers to purchase with characterizations as a mediator. This research developed the research model based on the theory of persuasion, which was created to research the relative importance of para-social relationship (PSR). The research took into account three characterizations (trustworthiness, perceived expertise, and PSR) as well as three personal characteristics (attitude homophily, physical beauty, and social attractiveness) as antecedents of purchase intention. Data were collected through a questionnaire of respondents for Gen Z who live in Jabodetabek area as well as those who already buy at least one good or service after watching a video in TikTok from their favorite beauty influencer. There were 200 respondents collected, and the data was analyzed using Smart PLS tools. The study found that PSR has the most significant positive impact on purchase intention relative to other characterizations and para-social relationship was significantly related to the three personal attributes. The surveys show that social media influencer marketing strategies need to be adjusted based on personal attributes and characteristics. "
