"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterikatan pegawai di PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara, kualitas kehidupan kerja para pegawai PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara, serta pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja (work quality dan employment quality) terhadap keterikatan pegawai (vigor, dedication, absorption). Data penelitian ini diambil dari 51 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara. Analisis data menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif, teknik analisis regresi dan general linier model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterikatan pegawai. Selain itu, PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara juga memiliki keterikatan pegawai (employee engagement) yang tinggi dan dimensi kualitas kehidupan kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan pegawai (employee engagement) PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara adalah work quality. Dimensi work quality ini juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap dimensi-dimensi keterikatan pegawai (employee engagement) yaitu vigor, dedication dan absorption. Penelitian ini juga memberikan saran dan masukan terhadap peningkatan kualitas kehidupan kerja di perusahaan untuk efektivitas kualitas kehidupan kerja yang dapat meningkatkan keterikatan pegawai (employee engagement) di PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of quality of work life on employee engagement at PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara. Data was taken from 51 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive statistics, regression analysis and general linier model. Results showed that there is a significant influence of quality of work life on employee engagement at PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara. Results also showed that PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara has a high employee engagement and the dimension of quality of work life that has a significant effect on employee engagement is the dimension of work quality. This dimension also has a positive influence on employee engagement’s dimensions: vigor, dedication, and absorption. This research also recommended the need to improve quality of work life that can enhance employee engagement in PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh quality of work life terhadap employee engagemet pada BNI Margonda Depok. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan untuk quality of work life diadopsi dari Walton (1975) yang terdiri dari 28 item pernyataan. Sedangkan employee engagement menggunakan skala pengukuran yang diadopsi dari Schaufeli, Salanova, Gonzalez-Roma & Bakker (2002) dengan menggunakan UWES yang terdiri dari 17 item pernyataan, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 karyawan tetap level non-managerial BNI Margonda Depok yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada quality of work life terhadap employee engagement pada BNI Margonda Depok.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence between quality of work life on employee engagement in BNI Margonda Depok. The measurement scale of quality of work life is adopted from Walton (1975) consisting of 28 statements and employee engagement scale adopted from Schaufeli, Salanova, Gonzalesz-Roma & Bakker (2002) consisting of 17 statements. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection technique is conducted through questionnaires. The sample of this research are permanent employees (level non managerial) in BNI Margonda Depok who have worked at least one year. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of quality of work life on employee engagement in BNI Margonda Depok.

"ABSTRAK
Lingkungan kerja yang kondusif mempengaruhi kualitas kehidupan kerja dan dapatmembentuk sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas serta mendukung perbaikan kualitaspelayanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan kualitas kehidupan kerjaterhadap kinerja pegawai di RSUD Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional pada 315 pegawai baik PegawaiNegeri Sipil maupun Tenaga Kerja Sukarela. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah univariat,bivariat dengan uji statistic chi square dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik gandamodel prediksi/determinan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas kehidupan kerja masih kurang terutama rasabangga terhadap rumah sakit, keterlibatan/partisipasi pegawai dan fasilitas yang didapat.Demikian pula kinerja pegawai, dari 315 terdapat 164 pegawai 51,1 dengan kinerjakurang. Hasil uji statistic diketahui bahwa keterlibatan/partisipasi pegawai dan fasilitasyang didapat memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Analisis lanjutdidapatkan tiga komponen yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai yaituketerlibatan/partisipasi pegawai, fasilitas yang didapat dan keselamatan lingkungan kerja.Komponen yang paling dominan adalah fasilitas yang didapat dengan nilai OR 2,670.Dari penelitian diharapkan RSUD Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dapat membentuk tim berisipegawai yang mewakili semua bidang, memperbaiki sistem pemeliharaan fasilitas rumahsakit, memberikan pelatihan dan seminar, menganggarkan secara khusus untuk perbaikansistem keselamatan dengan menambah alat pelindung diri, membetuk tim khusus yangmemperhatikan dan mengawasi keselamatan dan kesehatan pegawai yang dibawahi olehSPI Satuan Pengawas Internal dan mengaktifkan kembali SPI rumah sakit.
ABSTRACT
A conducive working environment affects the quality of working life and can form qualityhuman resources and support the improvement of service quality. The purpose of thisstudy is to analyze the relationship of quality of work life to employee performance inRSUD Ogan Ilir District. This research is a quantitative research with cross sectionaldesign on 315 employees both civil servants and freelancer. The analyzes were univariate,bivariate with chi square and multivariate statistic test with multiple logistic regressionof predictive determinant model.The result of the study shows that the quality of working life is still lacking, especiallythe pride of the hospital, the involvement participation of employees and the facilitiesobtained. Similarly, employee performance, of 315 there are 164 employees 51.1 withless performance. The result of the statistic test shows that the involvement participationof employees and facilities obtained has a significant relationship to the performance ofemployees. Further analysis found 3 components that affect employee performance is theinvolvement participation of employees, facilities obtained and safety of the workenvironment. The most dominant component is the facility obtained with an OR of 2.670.From the research, it is hoped that the RSUD of Ogan Ilir Regency can form a team ofemployees representing all fields, improve the system of maintaining hospital facilities,provide training and seminars, budgeting specifically for improvement of safety systemby adding personal protective equipment, forming a special team that pay attention andsupervise the safety and health of employees who are covered by SPI Internal ControlUnit and reactivate the hospital 39 s SPI. "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap employee engagement pada karyawan tetap PT. XYZ. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja dapat dilihat dari tiga dimensi utama yaitu job and working environment, human relation dan industrial relation. Sedangkan dimensi yang digunakan dalam variabel employee engagement yaitu vigor, dedication dan absorption. Data penelitian ini diambil dari 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan korelasi pearson sebagai alat uji validitas, alpha cronbach untuk menguji reabilitas penelitian, dan analisis regresi sederhana untuk mendefinisikan hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap employee engagement.

This study aimed to examine the effect of the quality of work life on employee engagement at permanent employees of PT. XYZ. In this study, the variable quality of work life can be seen from the three main dimensions, namely job and working environment, human relations and industrial relations. While the dimensions used in the variable employee engagement that vigor, dedication and absorption. The research data was taken from 100 respondents who are employees and managerial staff of PT. XYZ. This research is a quantitative research using Pearson correlation as a test of validity, Cronbach's alpha reliability test research, and a simple regression analysis to define the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between quality of work life on employee engagement."

"Penelitian ini ditulis dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance dan transformational leadership terhadap employee engagement di PT Great Giant Foods, Jakarta Indonesia sebagai salah satu manufaktur terbesar di Indonesia. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah employee engagement dari Hewitt (2004), work-life balance dari Fisher (2001), dan transformational leadership dari Bass and Avolio (2003). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan total sampel sama dengan populasi sebanyak 191 karyawan di PT Great Giant Foods. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan pada satu waktu di PT Great Giant Foods, Jakarta Indonesia. Selain. Pengumpulan data dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner kepada karyawan Great Giant Foods, Jakarta Indonesia. Hasil perolehan data akan diolah dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari Work-Life Balance dan Transformational Leadership terhadap Employee Engagement pada Great Giant Foods baik secara parsial maupun simultan.
The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of work balance and transformational leadership on employee engagement. The employes targeted would be from PT Great Giant Foods, Jakarta Indonesia, on of the largest manufacturers in Indonesia. Theories used in this study are employee engagement from Hewitt (2004), work-life balance from Fisher (2001), and transformational leadership from Bass and Avolio (2003). This research would be carried out in quantitative methods to a population of 191 employees at PT Great Giant Foods using cross sectional research type sampling to obtain information on a case at a certain point in time (Neuman, 2015). This research will be conducted at PT Great Giant Foods, Jakarta Indonesia and questionnairres will be distributed for data collection then all acquired data would be processed with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive impact of Work-Life Balance and Transformational Leadership on Employee Engagement in Great Giant Foods, both partially and simultaneously."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh quality of work life terhadap komitmen keorganisasian pegawai tetap PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah terdapat pengaruh positif antara quality of work life terhadap komitmen keorganisasian. Semakin tinggi quality of work life maka semakin tinggi pula komitmen keorganisasian pegawai. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk yang telah bekerja minimal 3 tahun dengan responden berjumlah 204 pegawai.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan untuk quality of work life terdiri dari 24 item pernyataan berdasarkan pada teori Walton. Sedangkan komitmen keorganisasian menggunakan skala pengukuran berdasarkan pada teori Mowday, Steers, Porter dengan 15 item pernyataan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Statistical Product and Service Sollution (SPSS) 20.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif antara variabel quality of wok life terhadap komitmen keorganisasian.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence between quality of work life on fixed employee organization commitment in PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Hyphothesis proposed there is a positive impact between quality of work life on employee organizational commitment. If quality of work life is increase then organizational commitment will be increase. Respondents in this study were fixed employee of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk who already work minimum 3 years. Total respondents in this research are 204 respondents.
This research uses quantitative methods with questionnaire as an research instrument. The scale of quality of work life is measured by using 24 statement based on theory from Walton and the scale of organizational commitment is measured by using 15 statement based on aspects stated by Mowday, Steers, and Porter. The statistical technique is using Statistical Product and Service Sollution (SPSS) 20.0. The results of this study shows that quality of work life has an significant positive impact on fixed employee organizational commitment in PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Work-life Balance dan Transformational Leadership terhadap Employee Engagement atau keterikatan karyawan yang merupakan sebuah evolusi baru dalam penelitian-penelitian terkait manajemen sumber daya manusia dan kepuasan serta komitmen karyawan. Melalui engaging employee maka perusahaan dapat menjaga retensi karyawan, meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing, dan meningkatkan produktivitas yang dapat melebihi ekspektasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT XYZ. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antara Transformational Leadership terhadap Employee Engagement, sementara Work-life Balance tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employee Engagement, namun, secara simultan Work-life Balance dan Transformational Leadership memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employee Engagement.

This study aims to determine the influence of Work life Balance and Transformational Leadership on Employee Engagement that is new evolution of the previous studies related to human resources management, employee satisfaction and commitment. Through engaging employees, the company can keep employee retention, enhancing competitive advantage, and enhancing productivity above the expectation. The approach of this study is a quantitative approach through data collection technique with questionnaires distribution. Data analysis technique used in this study are simple regression and multiple regression. The results of hypothesis tests indicates there is influence of Transformational Leadership to Employee Engagement, but there is no influence of Work life Balance to Employee Engagement, however there is simultaneous influence of Work life Balance and Transformational Leadership to Employee Engagement."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh etika kerja Islami pada perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi yang dimediasi oleh keterikatan karyawan dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, sebanyak 355 responden berpartisipasi mengisi self report questionnaire yang digunakan untuk mengambil data, namun hanya 341 responden yang lolos screening. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh etika kerja Islami terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi yang dimediasi oleh keterikatan karyawan dan komitmen organisasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika kerja Islami memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi, etika kerja Islami memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan, keterikatan karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi, etika kerja islami memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi. Variabel keterikatan karyawan memediasi etika kerja Islami terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi, sedangkan variabel komitmen organisasi tidak memediasi etika kerja Islami terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara teoritis dan praktis. Secara teoritis penelitian ini berkontribusi menambah khasanah teoritis yang berkaitan dengan pengaruh etika kerja Islami terhadap organizational outcome berupa perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi dengan memperhatikan peran mediasi dari keterikatan karyawan dan komitmen organisasi. Secara praktis penelitian ini memberikan masukan kepada manajemen organisasi.

This study aims to investigate the effect of Islamic work ethics on organizational citizenship behavior that is mediated by employee engagement and organizational commitment. This research is a quantitative study, 355 respondents participated in filling out the self report questionnaire used to collect data, but only 341 respondents passed the screening. This research is important to do to see the effect of Islamic work ethics on organizational citizenship behavior that is mediated by employee engagement and organizational commitment. The data obtained were then processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique. The results showed that Islamic work ethics has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, Islamic work ethics has a significant positive effect on employee engagement, employee engagement has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and Islamic work ethics has a significant positive effect on employee engagement. Organizational commitment, and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The employee engagement variable mediates Islamic work ethics on organizational citizenship behavior, while the organizational commitment variable does not mediate Islamic work ethics on organizational citizenship behavior. This research contributed theoretically and practically. Theoretically, this research contributes to adding theoretical knowledge related to the influence of Islamic work ethics on organizational outcomes in the form of organizational citizenship behavior by paying attention to the mediating role of employee engagement and organizational commitment. Practically this research provides insight into organizational management."

"Era disrupsi adalah suatu fenomena dimana inovasi memiliki potensi untuk mengacaukan atau bahkan mematikan suatu bisnis. Perusahaan harus berani melakukan self-disruption yang mana memiliki potensi untuk bertahan mengahadapi kompetitor. Perusahaan kedepannya harus mempersiapkan seluruh karyawan dengan menumbuhkan perilaku kerja inovatif, untuk mengantisipasi tantangan di era disruptif dengan menghasilkan inovasi yang dapat memberikan keunggulan kompetitif bagi perusahaan. Karyawan yang inovatif merupakan sumber daya manusia yang penting dalam mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Tingkat perilaku kerja inovatif yang dimiliki karyawan dapat dipengaruhi dan ditingkatkan oleh leader-member exchange LMX, pemberdayaan psikologis, dan keterikatan karyawan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling SEM. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari 226 karyawan ConsuCo yang telah bekerja minimal selama satu tahun di perusahaan secara offline.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LMX memiliki pengaruh langsung yang bersifat positif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, sedangkan pemberdayaan psikologis ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Selain itu, keterikatan karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Lebih lanjut, LMX dan pemberdayaan psikologis ditemukan memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif melalui keterikatan karyawan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan karyawan memiliki peran sebagai mediator antara LMX mediasi parsial dan pemberdayaan psikologis mediasi penuh terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif.

Disruption era is a phenomenon where innovation has the potential to disrupt or even kill a business. Companies must dare to do self disruption which has the potential to survive facing competitors. In the future, companies must prepare all employees by fostering innovative work behaviors, to anticipate challenges in the disruptive era by generating innovations that can provide a competitive advantage for the company. Innovative employees are an important human resource in maintaining the viability of the company. The level of employee 39s innovative work behavior can be influenced and enhanced by leader member exchange LMX, psychological empowerment, and employee engagement.
This research used Structural Equation Modeling SEM method. This research data is obtained from 226 ConsuCo employees who have been working for at least a year in the company through offline.
The results of this study indicate that LMX has a positive direct effect on innovative work behavior, whereas psychological empowerment is found to have no direct effect on innovative work behavior. In addition, employee engagement has a positive effect on innovative work behavior. Furthermore, LMX and psychological empowerment are found to have an effect on innovative work behavior through employee engagement. It shows that employee engagement has a role as mediator between LMX partial mediation and psychological empowerment full mediation on innovative work behavior.
