"A field survey was conducted in November 2013 to inventory invansive plant species present along the corridor of Kawah Ijen Nature Tourism Park exploratively. Result showed that there were 11 plant species found abundantly along the corridor. Typical native species were dominated by Cyathea contaminans, Casuarina junghuhniana and Vaccinium varingiaefolium. Three species were determined as invasive alien species i.e. Chrommolaena odorata, Acacia decurrens and Blumea lacera whereas five species were determined as native species but potentil invaders i.e Rubus moluccanusm, melastoma malabatrichum, Polygonum barbatum, Debregesia longifolia and Pteridium aquilinum. In term of tourism particularly on nature-based destinations enable moving in and out of invansive alien species due to opening the access of some natural protected areas. The environmental impact of an alien species whether it becomes invasive at its destination depends on its biological key point, what ecological role the species may play, and on additional factors such as its tolerance of the gross features of the environment in the new range."

"Taman merupakan sebuah tempat yang secara umum dikenal sebagai tempat tujuan berekreasi. Taman juga merupakan bagian dari Ruang Terbuka Hijau RTH, dengan kedudukan RTH sebagai sebuah infrastruktur yang penting kehadirannya bagi suatu kota. RTH membagi taman ke dalam dua kategori: taman lingkungan dan taman kota. Keduanya memiliki peran yang penting bagi keberlangsungan kehidupan urban masyarakatnya. Secara wujud fisik dan elemen-elemennya, taman kota dapat menjadi sederhana atau pun kompleks, karena untuk menjadi taman kota yang berfungsi dan digunakan dengan baik oleh masyarakatnya, hal yang penting adalah penempatan taman pada lokasi yang strategis dan kontekstual.Taman kota terdiri dari taman-taman gardens, dan menjalankan berbagai fungsi yang dibutuhkan oleh lingkungan atau kota dimana ia dibangun. Tujuan dari penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk mendefinisikan kembali pengertian akan taman kota masa kini, berdasarkan pengetahuan yang sudah ada dan meninjau berbagai aspek pada studi kasus Taman Kencana dan Taman Sempur sebagai taman kota di Kota Bogor.

Park as a place is generally known as a place for recreation. Park is also a part of public open space Ruang Terbuka Hijau RTH, noted that the RTH itself is a prominent component of a city. RTH divides park into two categories neighborhood park and urban park. Either neighborhood park or urban park have a significant role for urban life of the society in the city. In its physical form and elements, urban park may either be simple or complex, considering that to be a functioning park and used well by its society, the most important thing of a successful park is its strategic location and contextual value.Urban park is consisted of gardens, and performs numbers of functions that are needed by the neighborhood or city where it is built. The purpose of this study is to redefining the definition of urban park in present time based on the existing knowledge theories by observing some aspects of urban parks on the case studies mdash Taman Kencana and Taman Sempur mdash as urban parks in the city of Bogor."
