"Program corporate social responsibility (CSR) dan community development (CD) telah menjadi kegiatan wajib bagi semua korporasi setelah disahkannya UU No. 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas. Khusus bagi industri tambang dan migas, program ini memiliki posisi strategis guna membangun relasi resiprokal antara korporasi dengan pemangku kepentingan ( stakeholder )-nya. Berhasil atau gagalnya program ini dapat turut menentukan ?keabsahan sosial-korporasi. Untuk itu diperlukan evaluasi agar dapat menunjukkan kelebihan dan kekurangan program CSR dan CD yang telah dilakukan. Evaluasi ini sangat penting dilakukan untuk membangun dan menjamin relasi yang baik antara korporasi dengan pemangku kepentingan-nya. Untuk itu, artikel ini memaparkan hal-hal pokok dalam evaluasi program, berkenaan dengan apa (definisi) dan bagaimana (metode) evaluasi program CSR dan CD harus dilakukan, serta bagaimana implikasi (signifikansi) hasil evaluasi secara bisnis, social, dan legal.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and community development (CD) programs are now a legal requirement that should be implemented by corporations after the enactme nt of UU No. 40 Tahun 2007 with the limited liability company. Especially for mining and oil corporations, CSR and CD programs are strategic and significant in order to develop good and reciprocal relationships between corporation and its stakeholders. The successes or failure of the implementation of CSR and CD will directly influence "social legitimacy" of the corporation. Hence, evaluation of the program implementation is strategic in order to assess th e social performance of the corporations. The result of evaluation is also important to ensure the relationships between corporation and its social stakeholders. In this regard, this article deals with the meaning of evaluation (definition) , how to conduct the evaluation (method), and what is the implication (significance) of CSR and CD program, socially, legally and commercially. "

"Industri ekstraktif berpengaruh terhadap persoalan lingkungan dan sosial pada masyarakat sekitar industri. Masalah riset ini perihal model corporate social responsibility (CSR) untuk bisnis berkelanjutan melalui analisis program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Tujuan riset adalah menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan tata kelola serta dampak CSR yang diimplementasikan oleh perusahaan dan mengembangkan model CSR untuk bisnis berkelanjutan. Metode riset menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan soft system methodology untuk mengembangkan model CSR. Hasil riset menunjukan tata kelola implementasi CSR dilakukan berdasarkan kebijakan keberlanjutan yang terimplementasi melalui aktivitas CSR. Dampak dari implementasi CSR memberikan penguatan pada sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan. Model CSR pada pemberdayaan masyarakat dapat dilakukan pada industri ekstraktif karena berdampak langsung pada masyarakat. Kesimpulan riset ini adalah tata kelola implementasi CSR telah dilakukan melalui kebijakan keberlanjutan dan pelaksanan program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berdampak pada peningkatan kapasitas dan penguatan aspek sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan. Model CSR melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat relevan untuk dilakukan untuk bisnis berkelanjutan.

The extractive industry influences environmental and social problems in the community around the industry. This research problem concerns the corporate social responsibility (CSR) model for sustainable business through an analysis of community empowerment programs. The aim of the research is to analyze and describe the governance and impact of CSR implemented by companies and to develop a CSR model for sustainable business. The research method uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive analysis and a soft system methodology to develop a CSR model. The research results show that the governance of CSR implementation is carried out based on sustainability policies that are implemented through CSR activities. The impact of CSR implementation provides social, economic and environmental reinforcement. The CSR model for community empowerment can be applied to the extractive industry because it has a direct impact on society. The conclusion of this research is that the governance of CSR implementation has been carried out through sustainability policies and the implementation of community empowerment programs that have an impact on increasing capacity and strengthening social, economic and environmental aspects. The CSR model through community empowerment is relevant to do for a business sustainability."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis praktek Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (TJSP) dalam unit PKBL (Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan) di PT Taspen (Persero). Hasil evaluasi dan analisis tersebut digunakan dalam persiapan penyusunan roadmap unit ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan kegiatan unit PKBL. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dianalisis dan dievaluasi dengan mengacu pada beberapa konsep dan teori yang terkait dengan TJSP. Diketahui bahwa unit ini memiliki laporan tahunan tersendiri (Success Story). Selain itu, ringkasan mengenai kegiatan serta keuangan unit PKBL tersebut juga diungkapkan dalam Laporan Tahunan perusahaan (Annual Report). Hal ini mengindikasikan adanya transparansi dan dapat memberi pengaruh positif pada Laporan Tahunan PT Taspen karena terlihat mulai menjadi laporan yang terintegrasi dan komprehensif. Selain itu diketahui bahwa Program Kemitraan unit PKBL PT Taspen telah memenuhi karakteristik TJSP dan mengarah pada TJSP strategis sementara untuk program Bina Lingkungan sendiri belum memiliki karakteristik TJSP dan kurang memiliki keterkaitan dengan TJSP strategis.

This research is conducted in order to evaluate and analyze the CSR practice in Partnership and Community Development Programs (PCDP) unit of PT Taspen (Persero). The evaluation and analysis results are used in the preparation of the Roadmap for this unit. This research used qualitative method in order to explain the activities conducted in this unit. The activities are analyzed and evaluated based on some concepts and theories related to Corporate Social Responsibilites (CSR).

Based on the result it is known that this unit has their own annual report, namely Success Story. Not only that, the summary of unit activities and finance also disclosed in the company's Annual Report. It indicates the transparency and this can give positive impact for the company's Annual Report as it has tendency to become a comprehensive and integrated reporting. Another result shows that the Partnership Program (PP) already fulfill the CSR characteristic and tends to be strategic CSR while Community Development Program doesn't have the CSR characteristic and has less or even no connectivity with strategic CSR."

"ABSTRAKImplementasi program corporate social responsibility (CSR) yang dilakukan oleh PTFI pada prinsipnya merupakan upaya terstruktur dan sistematis guna membangun relasi resiprokal antara korporasi (PTFI) dengan komunitas lokal (Secara khusus Suku Amungme dan Kamoro) sehingga tercipta kesinambungan program dan dapat meningkatkan taraf kesejahteraan komunitas lokal.Dengan menggunakan analisa konflik, peneliti mencoba menjelaskan bagaimana implementasi program CSR ini diterima dan bagaimana relasi antara korporasi dengan komunitas lokal (Suku Amungme dan Kamoro) dibangun, karena sebagai perusahaan multinasional, setiap kebijakan apapun pasti memiliki muatan nilai (value) yang sengaja diciptakan.Untuk mengetahui lebih jauh implementasi program seta relasi yang terjadi, maka metode kualitatif digunakan supaya penjelasan yang utuh tentang fenomena yang terjadi antara Suku Amungme-Kamoro dengan PTFI dapat diuangkap secara kritis dan mendalam.Penelitian ini sangat penting dilakukan untuk membangun dan menjamin relasi yang baik antara korporasi dengan Masyarakat Amungme dan Kamoro. Untuk itu, peneliti menjabarkan secara lengkap apa (definisi) dan bagaimana (metode) impelementasi program CSR PTFI dilakukan, serta bagaimana implikasi (signifikansi) hasil penelitian ini secara teoritis, dan bagi pengambil kebijakan.

ABSTRACTImplementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) conducted by Freeport in principle a structured and systematic efforts to build reciprocal relationships between corporations (PTFI) with the local community (Specifically Amungme and Kamoro) so as to create continuity programs and will improve the welfare of local communities. With conflict analysis, researcher try to explain how the implementation of CSR programs is acceptable and how the relationship between corporations and local communities (Amungme and Kamoro) was built, because as a multinational corporation, any policy whatsoever certainly have a charge value and that is deliberately created. To learn more about the program implementation seta relationship occurs, the qualitative method is used so that a complete explanation of the phenomena that occur between Amungme-Kamoro with PTFI will be critically and deeply. This research is very important to establish and guarantee the relations between corporations with Amungme and Kamoro. To that end, the researchers describe in full what (definitions) and how (method) implementation of CSR programs PTFI done, and what are the implications (significance) theoretically results of this research, and for policy makers."

"Isu keberlanjutan menjadi kian penting dalam penerapan CSR khususnya bagi industri pertambangan. PT Aneka Tambang sebagai perusahaan pertambangan melakukan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan semenjak tahap eksplorasi, tahap konstruksi dan operasi, hingga tahap pasca dan penutupan tambang. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi community development di wilayah pasca tambang Cikotok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan tehnik wawancara mendalam terhadap beberapa informan yaitu pihak PT Antam, penerima manfaat, pelaksana program community development, dan pemerintah daerah setempat. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa implementasi community development telah memenuhi prinsip-prinsip yang ada. Pendekatan bottom up diterapkan dalam perencanaanya sehingga dapat memetakan kebutuhan, potensi, masalah, dan strategi yang sesuai dengan kondisi sosial budaya masyarakat setempat. Selain itu, PT Antam telah melakukan beberapa tingkat dan metode dalam pembinaan hubungan kepada beberapa pemangku kepentingan dalam melakukan community development.

Sustainability issues are becoming increasingly important for the implementation of CSR; especially in the mining industry. PT Aneka Tambang as mining company undertakes corporate social responsibility since the exploration stage, construction and operation stage, mine closure and post mining stage. This research aims to determine the implementation of community development in the Cikotok post-mining areas.

The method used in this research is qualitative with in-depth interview techniques against multiple informants. The informants are PT Antam, beneficiaries, practitioner of community development programs, and local government.

In this study, the implementation of community development is in compliance with the existing principles. Bottom-up approach is applied in order to map out the corporate plans, potential, problems, and strategies that compatible to the social and cultural conditions. In addition, PT Antam does some extension and methods to build an engagement of stakeholder; intending for community development."

This Thesis discusses about Villagers in Batang, Central Java rejected the presence of PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia in the construction of the Central Java Power Plant project PLTU . This power plant project is the Government 39 s effort to meet national energy needs. The rejection occurs due to negative information that will occur if the construction of this power plant is implemented around their area. The Company implemented the Corporate Social Responsibility CSR program as a strategy to approach the community. This research uses qualitative approach with post positivism paradigm. The purpose of this research is to know how to evaluate the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility CSR program and how the results obtained from the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility CSR program conducted by the Company to the community around the development of PLTU Project."

This study discusses the effectiveness of CSR programs in their implications for community development and community relations. The effectiveness of CSR programs based on community development seen from the success in improving socio-economics conditions of Krukut Society. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of CSR programs based on community relations seen from the success in building and maintaining good relationships between PT. PLN P3B with Krukut community. This study used a qualitative approach by observation, depth interview, and secondary data.

These studies shows that the CSR program of PT. "Skripsi ini membahas Program Pemberdayaan Pertanian Perempuan yang diselenggarakan oleh CSR Psscatambang PT Antam Persero Tbk melalui ChAIN Center UGM yang ditujukan kepada masyarakat lokal pascatambang dalam rangka mengantisipasi dan mengatasi masalah, sekaligus memberikan solusi atas dampak sosial dan ekonomi yang muncul akibat penutupan produksi pertambangan emas di Cikotok oleh PT Antam Persero Tbk. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluatif sumatif dengan desain kualitatif yang difokuskan pada outcome dari program yang telah dilakukan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Pemberdayaan Pertanian Perempuan ini telah berhasil mengubah mindset peserta program akan kegiatan bertani, meningkatkan penghasilan peserta program, dan memandirikan peserta program, khususnya dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal yang ada, sehingga hal tersebut mempengaruhi masyarakat sekitar untuk meniru pola kemandirian peserta. Adapun beberapa hal yang ditiru oleh masyarakat sekitar dari para peserta ini ialah dalam hal kegiatan proses bertani dan pengolahan produk hasil tani.

This undergraduate thesis discuss the Women 39s Agricultural Empowerment Program organized by CSR Pascatambang PT Antam Persero Tbk through ChAIN Center UGM which is addressed to the post mining local community in order to anticipate and overcome the problems, as well as to provide solutions to the social and economic impacts arising from the closure of gold mining production in Cikotok by PT Antam Persero Tbk. This research is summative evaluative research with the qualitative design which focused on the outcome of the program which has been done. The results of the research indicate that the Women 39 s Agricultural Empowerment Program has succeeded in changing the mindset of program participants on farming activities, increasing the income of program participants, and establishing the program participants, especially in the utilization of local resources, thus influencing the surrounding community to imitate the participant rsquo s self reliance. The few things which emulated by local communities of these participants is on the farming process activities and processing of farm products."
