"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas tentang sistem student conduct management dalam mengurangi pelanggaran peraturan sekolah yang dilakukan oleh siswa SMA Sugar Group. Tujuan dari penelitian ini diantaranya untuk menggambarkan persepsi siswa terhadap pelanggaran peraturan di SMA Sugar Group, menerangkan beberapa alasan siswa masih melakukan pelanggaran peraturan sekolah, menjelaskan peran student conduct management dalam mengurangi pelanggaran peraturan oleh siswa, menggambarkan makna peraturan bagi siswa SMA Sugar Group, menggambarkan makna student conduct management bagi siswa SMA Sugar Group serta menggambarkan pemahaman guru-guru SMA Sugar Group mengenai peran student conduct management.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem student conduct management belum dianggap efektif dalam menjalankan perannya yakni menekan jumlah pelanggaran peraturan yang dilakukan oleh siswa. Dikatakan belum efektif karena masih terdapat pelanggaran peraturan yang dilakukan oleh siswa yakni khususnya siswa kelas 10 dan kelas 11, alasan kedua sistem tersebut belum dianggap efektif karena pelanggaran berulang masih terjadi, selanjutnya adalah karena konsekuensi yang diberikan tidak dapat merubah nilai negatif menjadi positif, serta peran guru sebagai model bagi para siswa kurang maksimal.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the management system of student conduct in violation of school rules to reduce the high school students conducted by the Sugar Group. The purpose of this research to describe the perception among students of high school rule violations in the Sugar Group, explains some of the reasons students still violating school rules, clarify the role of management in reducing the student conduct policy violations by students, describing the meaning of the rules for high school students Sugar Group, describes the meaning of student conduct management for high school students understanding of the Sugar Group and describes the high school teachers Sugar Group on the role of student conduct management.
This research uses a qualitative method of data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observation. These results indicate that the student conduct system management is not considered effective in carrying out its role the press that the number of violations committed by students. Is not yet effective because there are still violations committed by the students, especially students in grade 10 and grade 11, the second reason the system is not considered effective because of repeated violations still occur, because the consequences that followed was rendered unable to change the negative into a positive value, and the role teacher as a model for students less than the maximum.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai analisis peran budaya sekolah dalam mendukung prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Swasta Sugar Group, Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis peran budaya sekolah di SMA Sugar Group sebagai pendukung prestasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga melihat aspek-aspek di luar budaya sekolah yang menunjang prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif agar didapatkan kedalaman data terhadap topik mengenai peran budaya sekolah dalam mendukung prestasi belajar siswa.
Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa budaya sekolah di SMA Sugar Group, yaitu private study time (PST) dan budaya berbahasa Inggris memang mendukung prestasi belajar siswa. Namun, kedua budaya sekolah tersebut memiliki daya dukung yang lemah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Hal tersebut terlihat dari ketidakstabilan nilai yang diperoleh para siswa. Aspek-aspek lain yang mewarnai perolehan prestasi belajar siswa, yaitu tingkat penghasilan dan pola asuh orangtua.

The focus of this study is explaining an analysis the role of school culture in supporting the student's achievement, case study in Private Senior High School of Sugar Group Lampung. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the role of school culture in Senior High School of Sugar Group as a supporting factor of student's study achievement. This research is according to qualitative method so the researcher will get comprehensive data about the role of school culture as a supporting factor of student's study achievement.
The results of this research show that Private Study Time (PST) and English usage for daily activities are culture that supporting student's achievement in Private Senior High School of Sugar Group. Beside both of that, the other school culture gives weak supporting only. This fact was seen by unstable mark of the students. The other aspects which affect the student's achievement are the grate of parent's income and their parenting style.

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang peran perusahaan sebagai sebuah yayasan dan komite sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMA Sugar Group. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah melihat bahwa banyak dari organisasi sekolah yang diperankan oleh komite sekolah tidak berjalan lancar dalam mendukung kualitas sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasikan peran perusahaan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMA Sugar Group, dengan melihat dari aspek admininistrasi, pendanaan pendidikan, program pendidikan, kurikulum, evaluasi guru, kepala sekolah, maupun murid, serta berbagai peraturan yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan di dalam sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji permasalahan dengan melihat dari stratifikasi dan diferensiasi sosial. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran perusahaan sebagai yayasan dapat terlihat dari pembentukan misi, visi, dan tujuan pendidikan dengan didukung oleh pemilihan tenaga pendidik, peserta didik dan kepala sekolah. Sedangkan perannya sebagai komite sekolah dapat terlihat dari aspek admininistrasi, pendanaan pendidikan, program pendidikan, kurikulum, evaluasi guru, kepala sekolah, maupun murid, serta berbagai peraturan yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan di dalam sekolah tersebut. Selain itu dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMA Sugar Group dapat terlihat dari persentase kelulusan pada 2 tahun terakhir, yang membuktikan bahwa pada hasil UAN siswa Sugar Group dapat berturut-turut mencetak angka kelulusan 100% tanpa adanya sistem pengatrolan nilai harian sekolah. Selanjutnya, daya serapnya ke perguruan tinggi negeri, banyak fakta yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa SMA Sugar Group mampu masuk ke perguruan tinggi, melalui jalur undangan maupun ujian tertulis. Terakhir prestasi siswa SMA Sugar Group tidak hanya terlihat dari bidang akademik saja, namun dalam bidang non-akademik pun siswa mampu mencetak prestasi dan penghargaan diberbagai bidang sebagai siswa dan sekolah berprestasi. Seperti penghargaan yang diraih oleh SMA Sugar Group, sebagai sekolah yang berhasil mengharumkan dunia pendidikan Provinsi Lampung dan Lampung Tengah sebagai juara dua dalam kompetisi Sekolah Sehat dan Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (LSS-UKS) 2010.

This thesis describes the role of company as a foundation and the school committee on increasing the quality of education in Sugar Group high school. The background of this research is seen that many of the organization of a school that is played by the school committee does not run smoothly in support of infrastructure quality of education. The aim of this research is the company acknowledges role in improving the quality of education in high school sugar group, of the aspect of admininistrasi, with a look financing education, a program of education, curriculum, evaluation teacher, principal, as well as students, as well as various regulations applied by a company in the school. Research is also examine issues with a look of stratification and differentiation social. In addition, this research uses qualitative methods with an in-depth interview techniques.
The results of research show that the role of the company as can be seen in the formation of the foundation's mission, vision, and goals with education supported by the election of educators, learners and school principal. While his role as school committee can be seen from the aspect of admininistration, funding of education, educational programs, curriculum, evaluation of teachers, principals, and students, as well as various regulations applied by the company in that school. Furthermore, in an increase in quality education in Sugar Group high school are visible from passing percentage in the last 2 years, which proved that the results of the Sugar Group student examination can be successive scoring passing 100 percent without any value daily school system. Next, retention to college land many fact indicating that high school students sugar group put ourselves into college, through the invitation and a written examination. Last achievement sugar group high school students not only seen from the academic field course, but in any fields non-academic students of a achievement and awards fields as student and school students. As the award achieved by sugar group high school, as a school who succeeded image of education lampung provincial and lampung central as the second was in competition healthy school and business school health ( LSS-UKS ) 2010.

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini ingin melihat implementasi Manajemen Berbasis
Sekolah/Madrasah (MBS/M) di dua madrasah swasta di Lampung dan
mendeskripsikan proses partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan madrasah. Dengan
menggunakan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa implementasi
MBS/M di dua madrasah swasta ini berbeda berdasar latar belakang, iklim,
otonomisasi, tenaga pengajar, dan gaya kepemimpinan. Partisipasi masyarakat
masih terbatas hanya pada keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam implementasi atau
penerapan berbagai program pendidikan yang diselenggarakan oleh madrasah.
Meski demikian, ada peluang untuk peningkatan partisipasi ketika muncul kapital
sosial yang mempunyai fungsi bonding dan bridging diketengahkan sebagai
strategi implementasi kebijakan MBS/M di madrasah. Oleh karena itu, madrasah
masih memerlukan pembinaan yang berkesinambungan terkait aspek pelibatan
masyarakat sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu madrasah yang berkelanjutan.

ABSTRACT
This study wants to examine the implementation of School/Madrasah
Based Management? (MBS/M) in two private islamic school (madrasah) in
Lampung and the process of public participation in these two madrasah. Using the
method of case study, this study found that the implementation of MBS/M in two
private madrasah is different based on their background, climate, autonomy,
teachers, and leadership style. Community participation in these two madrasah is
limited to the implementation or application of a variety of educational programs
organized by the madrasah. However, there are opportunities for increased public
participation when the social capital appears at the process of participation. It has
the function of bonding and bridging among community. Therefore, a madrasah
still require continuous guidance related to the involvement of the community in
order to improve the quality of madrasah sustainable.;This study wants to examine the implementation of ?School/Madrasah

"Seiring dengan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi yang semakin modern, muncul fenomena baru yaitu cyberbullying sebagai dampak negatif atas perkembangan tersebut. Sifat tanpa-batas dan anonimitas dalam dunia maya seakan menjadi faktor yang tidak bisa terhindarkan dalam mendukung cyberbullying. Dalam skripsi ini, penulis melihat faktor lain dengan asumsi bahwa semakin positif interaksi dalam peer group dan semakin rendah pengalaman bullying serta pengetahuan siswa tentang peraturan sekolah terkait kekerasan maka semakin rendah perilaku cyberbullyingnya. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah individu yaitu siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas di Jakarta. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil survei kuisioner terhadap 336 responden. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa diantara ketiga variabel yang digunakan, interaksi dalam peer group menjadi variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perilaku cyberbullying siswa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa teman sebaya melalui interaksinya memiliki pengaruh yang cukup kuat dalam mendukung perilaku cyberbullying siswa.

Along with the information and communication technology which are increasingly modern, emerging new phenomenon called cyberbullying as a negative impact on those development. Limitlessness and anonymity in cyberspace become factors that can’t be avoided in favor of cyberbullying. In this thesis, the authors examines other factors related to cyberbullying under the assumption that positive interaction within peer group, also lower level of bullying experiences and student’s knowledge about school’s regulations related to violence contributed to lower lever of student’s cyberbullying behavior. The unit of analysis of this study is high school students in Jakarta. Datas were obtained from the results of questionnaire survey towards 336 respondents. The results show that among three variables used, the interaction within peer group becomes the most influential variables on student’s cyberbullying behavior. This statement shows that peer group through their interaction fairly strongly affected student’s cyberbullying behavior.

"Pemberdayaan peran pengawas oleh dinas pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pengawas sekolah menengah pertama dan sekolah menengah atas pada pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah merupakan upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengawas. Berbagai upaya pemberdayaan dan hambatannya diungkapkan dalam penelitian ini. Pendekatan penelitian dilakukan secara kulaitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam.
Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemberdayaan peran pengawas oleh dinas pendidikan tidak berjalan secara optimal. Penghambat upaya pemberdayaan ini adalah perekrutan pengawas yang tidak sesuai dengan kompetensi dan kualifikasi pengawas serta tidak terjalinnnya koordinasi dan komunikasi yang baik antara dinas pendidikan dengan pengawas sekolah. Pengawasan akademik oleh pengawas SMP dan SMA juga belum dirasakan manfaatnya oleh sebagian besar guru di kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik belum dilaksanakan secara utuh dan berkesinambungan. Penghambat kurangnya intensitas pelaksanaan supervisi akademik ini karena belum terbangunnya koordinasi dan komunikasi yang baik antrara pengawas dengan pihak sekolah. Perlu penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengekaji factor-faktor lainnya yang dapat berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja pengawas sekolah pada pelaksanaan supervisi akademik pengawas.

The empowerment of supervisor?s role by education office in enhancing junior high school and senior high school supervisor?s performance in conducting academic supervision in Bengkulu Tengah is an effort carried out to enhance supervisor performance. Some empowerment efforts and their obstacles have been expressed in this research. Research approach conducted qualitatively. Data
collecting technique conducted by means of in-depth interview.
The result of this result concludes that the empowerment of supervisor?s role by education office does not run optimally. The obstacles of this empowerment are the recruitment of supervisors which is not suitable with their qualification and competencies and there is no mutual coordination and communication between supervisors and education office. Academic supervision implementation does not contribute to more teachers in Bengkulu Tengah. The implementation of academic supervision is not conducted completely and sustainably. The obstacles of academic supervision implementation intensity are coordination and communication between supervisor toward schools and supervisor competencies. Furthermore it needs further research to investigate other factors which contribute toward the enhancement of supervisors? performance to implement academic supervision.

"Pencapaian tujuan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang berkualitas memerlukan keterlibatan manusia dan sumber daya lain yang dikelola secara berkualitas dan efektif, menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Permasalahan penelitian berdasarkan fakta yakni administrasi bimbingan dan konseling sering terabaikan, kompetensi guru BK masih rendah, proporsi guru BK tidak seimbang dengan jumlah siswa mengakibatkan guru BK kesulitan mengatur tugasnya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen bimbingan dan konseling berjalan mengikuti dinamika tugas-tugas perkembangan siswa dan berupaya memfasilitasi kebutuhan peserta didik meliputi aspek personal, sosial, akademik dan karier. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di Taman Madya 1 Jakarta Pusat belum mampu melaksanakan semua komponen kebutuhan siswa. Hampir semua layanan hanya pada masalah yang muncul saja sehingga lebih pada pelaksanaan fungsi penyembuhan (kuratif ) saja.
Penelitian ini menyarankan kebijakan harus memperkuat bidang bimbingan dan konseling sampai pada tingkat sekolah. Administrator sekolah harus memberikan program bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah secara terjadwal serta anggaran program BK yang sesuai. Konselor harus melaksanakan tugas pokok secara sistematis.

The accomplishment of objective of qualified guidance and counseling service that requires effectively and well-managed human and other resources involvement becomes the relational of this study. Based on the real phenomenon, the problems of this study are: guidance administration and counseling is often overlooked, low competence of counselor, the proportion of counselor is not balanced by the number of students which resulted in counselor difficulty for organizing tasks.
This study is aimed to know the implementation of management of guidance and counseling takes place following the dynamics of adolescent development tasks of students and seeks to facilitate the students?needs such as personal, social, academic aspects and career. The approach of this study uses qualitative method through interview technique, observation and documentary review.
The result of this study indicates that guidance and counseling services in Taman Madya 1 Central Jakarta has not been able to implement all components of students? needs. Almost all services are conducted only in term of the arising problems, so the services tend to implement healing function (curative).
The result of this study suggest that Educational Unit to provide proper policy in order to strengthen guidance and counseling sphere to school level. School administrators should provide well-organized guidance and counseling programs at schools and appropriate budget for the program itself. Counselors must perform basic tasks systematically.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana perpustakaan MAN 10 Jakarta membantu siswa melakukan riset dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mendukung atau menghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, dan pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen dari Maret hingga Mei 2023. Tiga tahap coding digunakan untuk menganalisis data: open coding, axial coding, dan selective coding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan MAN 10 Jakarta berperan dalam menyed iakan koleksi seperti laporan hasil riset siswa. Selain itu, perpustakaan juga menyediakan ruangan yang cukup luas serta didukung fasilitas seperi jaringan internet WiFi dan komputer. Sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki cukup berperan dalam kegiatan riset, dengan menjalankan layanan sirkulasi dan referensi serta program “Sumbang Buku”. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dilihat dari beberapa aspek seperti koleksi, sumber daya manusia, fasilitas/sarana dan prasarana, layanan dan program, perpustakaan MAN 10 Jakarta memiliki peran dalam menunjang kegiatan riset walaupun masih sangat terbatas. Oleh karena itu, saran yang diajukan adalah perpustakaan MAN 10 Jakarta perlu mengevaluasi serta meningkatkan apa yang telah mereka lakukan saat ini sebagai langkah awal sebelum menjalankan langkah-langkah selanjutnya.

This study aims to describe how the library of MAN 10 Jakarta assists students in conducting research and analyzing the factors that support or hinder it. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, and informant selection using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and document analysis from March to May 2023. Three stages of coding were used to analyze the data: open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The results of the study show that the library of MAN 10 Jakarta plays a role in providing collections such as student research reports. In addition, the library also provides a sufficiently spacious room and is supported by facilities such as WiFi internet networks and computers. The human resources available play a significant role in research activities by running circulation and reference services and the "Book Donation" program. The conclusion of this study is seen from several aspects such as collections, human resources, facilities/infrastructure, services, and programs, the library of MAN 10 Jakarta has a role in supporting research activities although still very limited. Therefore, the suggested recommendation is that the library of MAN 10 Jakarta needs to evaluate and improve what they have done so far as a first step before carrying out further steps."

"Penelitian ini mengukur hubungan antara planned happenstance dan career decision-making self-efficacy pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini juga mengukur peran kepribadian proaktif sebagai moderator pada hubungan antara planned happenstance dan career decision-making self-efficacy. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 839 siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Variabel penelitian ini diukur menggunakan kuisioner penelitian dari Career Decision Self-Efficacy- Short Form CDSE-SF, Planned Happenstance Career Inventory PHCI dan Proactive Personality Scale PPS, yang kemudian diadaptasi sesuai dengan konteks Indonesia. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan regresi ganda dan PROCESS dari Hayes dengan menggunakan model moderator sederhana Model 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: a planned happenstance berhubungan secara positif dan signifikan dengan career decision-making self-efficacy dan b kepribadian proaktif tidak berperan sebagai moderator dalam hubungan planned happenstance dan career decision-making self-efficacy.

This study measures relationship between planned happenstance and career decision making self efficacy on high school students. This study also measures the role of proative personality as a moderator of relationship between planned happenstance and career decision making self efficacy. Data were collected from 839 high school students. Variables were measured using a research questionnaire in the form of Career Decision Self Efficacy Short Form CDSE ndash SF, Planned Happenstance Career Inventory PHCI, and Proactive Personality Scale PPS, which were adapted to the Indonesian context. The data were analyzed using multiple regression and Hayes rsquo PROCESS 2013 simple moderator model Model 1. The result showed a Planned happenstance is positively and significantly correlated with career decision making self efficacy and b proactive personality does not act as a moderator of the relationship between planned happenstance and career decision making self efficacy.

"Perkelahian pelajar merupakan masalah klasik dalam dunia pendidikan. Perkelahian pelajar yang dilakukan secara sadar dengan unsur kesengajaan dikenal dengan perilaku agresi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menjelaskan hubungan antara varibael konformitas anak dalam peer group dan budaya sekolah dalam mempengaruhi agresivitas pelajar. Pada penelitian ini, semakin tinggi konformitas siswa dalam kelompok maka semakin tinggi agresivitas pelajar dan berkembang menjadi perilaku kolektif. Selanjutnya, budaya positif sekolah yang rendah berpengaruh terhadap perilaku agresi siswa. Penelitian ini lebih jauh membahas agresivitas secara sosiologis. Secara sosiologis, agresivitas pelajar dapat dijelaskan pada level makro, yaitu struktural, kultural, dan prosesual. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa agresivitas yang terjadi pada pelajar SMAN 70 Jakarta merupakan agresivitas membudaya dan pada pelajar SMAN 46 Jakarta merupakan agresivitas prosesual.

Student violence is a classic problem in education. Violence done consciously with purpose is known as aggressive behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach that describes the relationship between student conformity within peer group and school culture influence the aggressiveness of student. This study, the higher student conformity in the group, so the higher aggressiveness of students and can develop into collective behavior. Furthermore, the lower of positive school culture influencing the behavior aggression of student. So far, this study discusses aggressiveness in sociological approach. Sociologically, the aggressiveness of students can be explained on macro level is structural, cultural, and processual. The results of research that aggressiveness that occurs in students of SMAN 70 Jakarta is cultural aggressiveness and the students of SMAN 46 Jakarta is processual aggressiveness."
