ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing dan customer value terhadap loyalitas serta kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening pada wisata halal di Indonesia. Sebanyak 175 kuesioner disebar dengan kriteria wisatawan muslim lokal yang pernah berwisata halal di objek wisata Indonesia dengan pertanyaan tentang experiential marketing, customer value, kepuasan dan loyalitas. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor dan Structural Equation Model SEM dengan pendekatan eksploratif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah experiential marketing mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas, indikator sense memiliki nilai yang paling dominan dan mampu memberi kesan yang menciptakan kepuasan dan menimbulkan loyalitas wisatawan muslim. Customer value mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan namun tidak untuk loyalitas. Ini membuktikan bahwa puas belum tentu loyal, karena ada faktor harga yang mudah berubah dan bisa jadi ada wisata yang lebih baik dari wisata halal yang mampu menciptakan loyalitas.
ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the influence of experiential marketing and customer value on loyalty and satisfaction as an intervening variable on halal tourism in Indonesia. A total of 175 questionnaires were distributed with the criteria of local Muslim tourists who had visited Halal in Indonesian tourist attraction with questions about experiential marketing, customer value, satisfaction and loyalty. The methodology used is factor analysis and Structural Equation Model SEM with explorative approach. The results of this study is experiential marketing has a positive and significant impact on satisfaction and loyalty, indicator sense has the most dominant value and able to give the impression that create satisfaction and cause loyalty Muslim tourists. Customer value has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction but not for loyalty. This proves that satisfaction is not necessarily loyal, because there are price factors that are volatile and there could be better tours of halal tourism that can create loyalty. "
