"Dalam skripsi ini dibahas sintaksis bahasa Belanda melalui studi linguistik historis-komparatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode perbandingan antara sintaksis yang terdapat pada kalimatkalimat dalam buku Max Havelaar versi tahun 1881 dengan versi tahun 2010. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui struktur sintaksis yang digunakan dalam bahasa Belanda abad ke-19 berdasarkan perbandingannya dengan bahasa Belanda abad ke-21. Pembahasan struktur sintaksis hasil perbandingan tersebut ialah mengenai subyek, predikat, obyek, deklinasi kasus, serta urutan konstituen dalam kalimat.

In this thesis, syntax of Dutch Language is discussed through historic-comparative linguistics study. The research is an applied qualitative study using a comparison method between syntactical structure which was obtained from the sentences in the book Max Havelaar of the version year 1881 and 2010. Aim of this study is comparing syntactical structure of the Dutch language in 19th century with the Dutch language in 21st century. Discussion of the comparative result from syntactical structure is regarding to subject, predicate, object, cases, and constituent order of the sentence."

"Setiap bahasa memiliki sistem yang berbeda dalam menyusun kalimat kala lampau. Dalam bahasa Belanda terdapat seperangkat aturan linguistik yang perlu diperhatikan untuk dapat membuat kalimat kala lampau dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan kalimat kala lampau bahasa Belanda imperfectum dan perfectum oleh mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan data berupa transkrip hasil berbicara 8 mahasiswa semester 4 tahun ajar 2021/2022 Program Studi Belanda FIB UI, yang dianalisis menggunakan teori surface strategy taxonomy oleh Dulay, dkk (1982) beserta aturan pembentukan kalimat imperfectum dan perfectum oleh Ridwansyah (2008). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 tipe kesalahan yang dilakukan yaitu kesalahan penghilangan, penambahan, dan kesalahan bentuk, dengan frekuensi kesalahan terbanyak berupa kesalahan bentuk. Faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kesalahan adalah kecenderungan mahasiswa yang mengacu pada aturan tata bahasa ibu yaitu bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa asing pertama yaitu bahasa Inggris, serta kurangnya perhatian pada kata kerja tidak teratur dan kesesuaian kata kerja bantu.

Every language has a set of distinguished systems in constructing past tense sentences. There’s a set of linguistic rules that need to be considered in order to produce a correct form of past tense sentences in Dutch language. This study aims to understand the usage of imperfectum and perfectum of students in the Dutch past tense sentences. Using a descriptive method with data in the form of speaking transcripts by 8 students of the 4th semester Dutch Study Program FIB UI academic year 2021/2022, analyzed using the surface strategy taxonomy theory by Dulay, et al (1982) along with the rules of imperfectum and perfectum sentence formation by Ridwansyah (2008). The results showed that there were 3 types of errors, namely omission, addition, and misformation, with the highest frequency of errors in the form of misformation. Factors that influence the occurrence of errors are the tendency of students to refer to the grammar rules of the mother tongue, namely Indonesian and the first foreign language, namely English, as well as the lack of attention to irregular verbs and the suitability of auxiliary verbs.

"Perkembangan gaya arsitektur tidak terlepas dari hal sejarah. Begitu juga dengan perkembangan arsitektur di Hindia Belanda yang saat itu pernah dikuasai oleh Belanda. Dari peristiwa ini koloni Belanda yang datang ke Hindia Belanda tidak ragu untuk mengembangkan desain arsitektur di tanah jajahannya. Salah satu periode arsitektur yang akan dibahas di skripsi ini adalah gaya nieuwekunst Belanda. Nieuwekunst termasuk perkembangan di masa arsitektur modern. Gaya ini salah satu perkembangan arsitektur yang berkolaborasi dengan ilmu seni. Era ini mulai terjadi pada transisi masa klasik ke modern, yaitu pada peralihan akhir abad ke-19 menuju abad ke-20. Di Belanda perkembangan gaya ini dipengaruhi industrialisasi dan perkembangan kreatifitas para seniman. Pendekatan baru tentang merancang juga muncul. Bersamaan dengan periode perkembangan nieuwekunst yang terjadi di Belanda, abad ke-20 Hindia Belanda yang sedang dikuasai oleh Belanda mengalami perkembangan pada arsitekturnya juga. Perkembangan ini dipengaruhi oleh koloni Belanda karena arsitek Belanda datang dan berkarya di Hindia Belanda. Tidak hanya berkarya tetapi bereksplorasi pada aspek-aspek arsitektur Belanda untuk didirikan di Hindia Belanda untuk menunjukkan identitas asal negara mereka. Gedung Galeri Kunstkring dan Masjid Cut Meutia adalah bangunan peninggalan karya arsitek Belanda dan didirikan pada periode yang bersamaan dengan nieuwekunst Belanda, serta bangunan ini masih berdiri dan digunakan. Dari peristiwa sejarahnya, bangunan ini dapat dikatakan ada potensi pengaruh dari perkembangan arsitektur nieuwekunst .

The development of architectural style is inseparable from history. Likewise with the development of architecture in the Dutch East Indies which was once controlled by the Dutch. From this event the Dutch colony who came to the Dutch East Indies did not hesitate to develop architectural designs in their colony. One of the architectural periods that will be discussed in this thesis is the Dutch nieuwekunst style. Nieuwekunst including developments in the era of modern architecture. This style is one of the architectural developments that collaborate with art. This era began to occur in the transition from classical to modern, the transition of the late 19th century to the 20th century. In the Netherlands the development of this style was influenced by industrialization and the development of the creativity of artists. A new approach to designing also emerged. Along with the period of nieuwekunst development that occurred in the Netherlands, the 20th century Dutch Indies which were being controlled by the Dutch experienced developments in its architecture as well. This development was influenced by the Dutch colony because the Dutch architect came and worked in the Dutch East Indies. Not only to work but to explore aspects of Dutch architecture to be established in the Dutch East Indies to show the identity of their country of origin. The Kunstkring Gallery Building and the Cut Meutia Mosque are relics of Dutch architects and were erected in the same period as the Dutch nieuwekunst, and this building is still standing and used. From its historical events, this building can be said to have the potential influence of the development of nieuwekunst architecture.
