"Penelitian Skripsi ini membahas mengenai persepsi dari karyawan fungsional pengawas terhadap pelaksanaan kebijakan promosi jabatan pada unit kerja Satuan Pengawas Intern Kantor Pusat Perum Bulog. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan tekhik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada responden. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa karyawan fungsional pada unit kerja Satuan Pengawas Intern (SPI) memiliki pandangan yang positif terhadap kebijakan perusahaan dalam kaitan promosi jabatan fungsional. Hal ini diperoleh dari hasil data statistik menggunakan tabel frekuensi deskriptif yang rata - rata jawaban responden menyatakan setuju atas kebijakan yang ditetapkan perusahaan yang mengatur prosedural promosi jabatan terutama bagi karyawan fungsional yang meliputi beberapa indikator yaitu dari kesempatan dalam promosi, asas yang diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan promosi, dasar - dasar pemberlakuan promosi, perpindahan dalam promosi serta syarat ? syarat promosi jabatan, yang kesemuanya disesuaikan antara teori ? teori para ahli akademis dan kebijakan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan referensi tema untuk dikaji lebih lanjut pada penelitian berikutnya."

"Promosi adalah salah satu bagian dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia pada perusahaan. Promosi berarti perpindahan pegawai dari satu jabatan yang lebih tinggi tingkatannya dalam suatu organisasi yang disertai dengan peningkatan tugas, kemampuan, tanggung jawab, dan hak. Promosi juga akan diikuti dengan peningkatan wewenang, peningkatan penghasilan dan fasilitas. Promosi mempunyai manfaat bagi perusahaan maupun bagi pegawai. Manfaat bagi pegawai adalah adanya pengakuan terhadap hasil kerja dan kesempatan untuk maju sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi bagi para pegawai. Sedangkan, manfaat bagi perusahaan adalah untuk menjaga kestabilan perusahaan.
Sripsi ini membahas promosi jabatan pada Inspektorat Jenderal Departemen Keuangan RI. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel dari populasi yang ada dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai bagian dalam pengumpulan data. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 90 responden dari populasi yang ada. Setelah pengumpulan data, maka akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan penghitungan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 15.0 dan hasil analisis akan didistribusikan ke dalam sebuah tabel.
Promotion viewed as one of the activities of human resources development in a company. Promotions mean transfer enlarging and authority of responsibility employees to higher position in one organization so that obligation, rights, and its ever greater production. Promotion will be followed by duty, greater authority and responsibility and usually also followed by increasing of earnings and other facilities. Promotion have benefit both for company and employee. To employee, is the acknowledgement result of the employee?s work motivation. While to company, it can maintain stability of company and employee?s moral more guaranted.The focus of this research is about job promotion in Itjen Depkeu RI. This research use quantitative that is by taking sample from population and use questionnaire as a fundamental means in collecting data. This research has 90 people in population as its respondents. After collected the data, the next step is analyzing the data using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 15.0 version, the analyzing result are presented in distributive frequency tables."

Every organization needs to build professional and high competencies human resources that can support organization to be competitive organization. So, human resources need to be managed by the organization well. To make professional and high integrity employee, an organization need an organization?s culture as a guidance for all employees to do the job. Strong organization?s culture and good human resources management influence employee?s performance which is can be used as competitive tools in organization. Organization?s culture and employee?s performance correlation can be seen in banking industrial. One of banking organization is PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. The competition in banking industry become tighter, so banking organizations need to keep up their performance to face the competition. Basically, a good organization culture will make the employee itself to work hardly and can increase employee?s performance, so that it will improve company?s productivity. From the statement of the problem, the question on this research is (1) how the illustration of organization culture at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Branch office Melawai South Jakarta, (2) how the illustration of employee?s performance at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Branch office Melawai South Jakarta and (3) how the correlation between organization culture with employee?s performance at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Branch office Melawai South Jakarta?The kinds of this research is explanative research with quantitative approaches. The dependent variable was the employee?s performance, meanwhile the independent variable was the employee?s job satisfaction. Data in this research gathered from field research method by distributing questionnaire to the respondent and interview. The subjects of this research were 35 permanent employees, taken from population using total sampling technique. The data of the variables were collected using Likert scale to measure employee?s performance and the organization?s culture. The data were analyzed by Spearman?s Rank Order correlation technique to found the strenght of correlation between culture organization with employee?s performance at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Branch office Melawai South Jakarta.The result of this research showed that Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Melawai Branch Office has good corporate culture and good employee?s performance. On the dependent variable which is employee?s performance, it is founded that the level of work quantity is the lowest while the level of personal quality is the highest level. This research also found that the level of reward system on organization culture is the lowest level while the job integrity is the highest level. The correlation between culture organization with employee?s performance at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Branch office Melawai South Jakarta was determined as strong correlation with scale 0,787. Therefor, there was positive and significant correlation between indicators of culture organization with employee?s performance at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Branch office Melawai South Jakarta. Researcher suggests that PT Bank Danamon have to increase employee?s quantity by reset the reward system, so, employee will get more motivated to increase their quantity of work."
